On the second floor, are the bedrooms for her herd with some guest bedrooms when there are guests. There are two bathrooms on both wings of the manor. The master bedroom, Sunset's room is located on the East wing of the manor and big enough where all of her herd members and then some could easily fit together. The first floor has the dining room, main entrance, living room, a parlor, a grand hall where parties and events are to be held. A small indoor pool that has a small bathroom. The kitchen has a large walk-in pantry and freezer. The freezer is powered by ice magic, but also a new generator.

A garage where Trixie's wagon could be kept and a workshop for any repairs that needed to be done. A laundry room, that has a new washing machine and dryer, both powered by magic. There is also a vault that hold the valuables and money. Protected by a thick metal door that is protected by many spells. A boiler room use both to provide a source of power to the manor and heating, as well as burning the burnable trash.

Sunset had hired Diamond Dogs to dig the basement which is mainly used as storage and where the armory is kept. The armory was added in case they were needed. Also there are store rooms that can be used as jail cells when they're needed or that Sunset want's to punish some ponies. There is also an elevator that connects the basement all the way up to the attic as well as two dumbwaiters on the west and east wings. The basement also has a vast root cellar where more food stuff are kept, that’s also refrigerated to help keep the food inside last longer. And also a wine cellar and several water tanks in case of emergency. The food and water storage are for emergencies and the cellar can be used as a shelter if needed.

The expansive estate around the manor is walled off to keep unwanted visitors away, namely Pinkie who will try to throw a surprise party. When needed a magical wall will cover the estate preventing anything from entering. Sunset is also working on getting auto defenses for the estate as well, she didn't want to take any chances.

"What do you three want?" Sunset asked Applebloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo.

1 - Given how the library is built in a hollowed out living tree. There be a very limit amount of rooms you can make without killing the tree or weaken it to the point where it can’t support the branches.

2 - Living in a fantasy world does have its ups and downs of you come from a modern day world. Namely if the fastest mode of transportation on land is by horse or another animal, someone who is use to traveling by car that even a cross country trip just takes a couple of days if you don’t take the side roads and stick to the highways. Have to get use to a trip taking weeks to months.

Then there is things that few people think about like not being able to have a hot bath, indoor plumbing, a refrigerator, a health inspector to make sure rotten or poisonous food isn’t sold, and many other things you don’t think about till you don’t have it.

Not to mention losing the internet, which is ok for some older people who were around before it was a thing but for some younger people, they lose it completely.

3 - I really have no idea if Equestia has electrical power from magic or how we get power in real life. The show was never clear about it.
