To Become a God
Talk with Principal Celestia
Previous ChapterNext Chapter"Just one question; where the fuck am I?"
"Welcome to Canterlot High. The school where friendship prospers above all else." I heard from behind me. I turned to find the woman that gave Twilight her crown.
"Thank you, now who are you?"
"My name is Celestia, the principal of this school."
"Cool. Nice to meet you Celestia."
"May we continue this conversation in my office?" She asked.
I shrugged. "Sure, see ya later girls." I waved to them. They waved back and I returned my attention to Celestia.
We walked through the halls, past lockers and classrooms. We eventually came to a door near the reception area. Celestia brought out a key and unlocked it. She walked in and I followed her. Inside was another woman with hair that looked like the night sky. She was a litle bit shorter than Celestia and had blue skin.
"Arceus, I would like you to meet my sister, Luna. She is the Vice-Principal here at Canterlot High." Celestia said.
I extended my hand to Luna. "Nice to meet you Luna."
She shook me offered hand. "The feeling is mutual." She replied flatly.
"You have to forgive my sister. Sometimes she can seem cold to new people, but she isn't the most social. Among friends she's much more open, but to new people, she is more withdrawn." Celestia said.
"That's fine. I'll just have to get to know you both better." I replied, shrugging.
"Then we will await the times when we can get to know each other." Luna stated.
"Now, onto why I brought you here." Celestia started. She sat down in a chair behind the desk in the room, Luna standing behind her, slightly to the left. "How did you arrive here?"
"Sister, what do you mean? He obviously came by bus or another means of transport." Luna asked.
"Not exactly, Luna. Arceus is... a special case." Celestia replied.
"I'll show you what Celestia means, Luna." I said. I transformed back into my original form. I had to shrink down to fit in the room, though, and I think Luna might've been a bit underwhelmed or overwhelmed. One of them. Or maybe both? I don't know.
"Just so you know, this is about one sixth of my original size." I said to Luna. Now she was overwhelmed.
"I did not know you could do that." Luna said in wonder.
"My other form is who I was before I became this. Arceus is the name of this Pokémon, and so I have changed my name to it. My original name was Steven Miles, but please refer to me as Arceus from now on. Arceus is the Creator and God of the Pokémon universe, and one of the legendary Pokémon. Legend says that It hatched from an egg in a void, and shaped the world around It." My little tale had them wide-eyed.
"Now, I received a gift, used it and I was brought here. I also turned into Arceus and gained Its powers. Meaning I have a wide variety of moves and have God-like powers."
"Wow. Thank you for answering that question for us, Arceus. I have a couple more left. What do you plan on doing now?" Celestia said.
"I'm probably going to stay here. I was only 17 back when I was human, so I can continue doing schooling. I was training to be a teacher, funnily enough, so I could probably help out on the staff once I've finished this year." I answered.
Celestia nodded. "That is acceptable. It's fine for you to stay in that form when there aren't any public events happening. However, when other schools visit or we go out in public, I would appreciate it if you stayed in your human form."
"That's fine with me."
"Good. Now that you've answered my questions on how old you are, what you were learning and you have agreed to stay hidden in public, I have one question left. Do you have anywhere to stay?" Celestia asked.
"No, I do not. I can, however, make a pocket dimension for me to stay in. I can connect it to a door somewhere in the school. That way, you can reach me easily and I can have a room for when I become a teacher here." I replied.
"That will be fine. Luna, do you have any questions?"
"Yes, how much do you know?" Luna asked.
"I can travel through time to learn things, I can access the internet in my mind to search things, and I have the knowledge of the universe. Perks of being a God I guess."
"That is impressive. Do you know any fighting techniques?"
"Yes and no. I do know them, but I have never used them."
"Ah, how about we give you another job as well. I will have to discuss it with my sister first, though."
"Go ahead."
Luna nodded and turned to Celestia. They started huddling and whispering. In the meantime, I started thinking about what technique I would use. I can use the Assassin's technique from Assassin's Creed. They always did seem rather OP. Or just good old martial arts. Probably Assassin. Hidden blades are cool! And I can fit it around my robes as a human. Just need to get a hood. Oh, and possibly also get the insignia on my robes.
I was snapped out of my thinking by Luna's voice.
"We can offer you the position of a... bodyguard of sorts. If anyone tries to break in or trouble arises, you will be there to stop it."
"That's cool."
"Do you have a symbol of sorts that we can use to identify you as the guardian of our school?" She asked.
"Why yes! I do." I summoned forth the Assassin's logo made of silver and gave it to Luna.
"Here you go." I quickly made a copy and hid it in a little pocket dimension for storage and closed it. Hold on, I don't remember making that. I opened it back up. Inside were all the type plates. Wow. Did not expect that.
"What are you doing?" Celestia asked.
I closed up the dimension and replied. "I just found something I did not expect ever. No I will not tell you what. It is perhaps my greatest tool." I almost said weapon, but that would've gotten them suspicious.
"Fair enough. I don't expect anyone to reveal all of their secrets."
"I believe we are done here, are we not?" Luna asked.
"Yes, sister, we are." Celestia replied.
"Good. I'll get started on that pocket dimension, then."
"Until later, Arceus." Luna said.
"Yes, we will see you later." Celestia added.
"Goodbye, Celestia and Luna." With that, I turned back to my human form and walked out. I made a door next to theirs and put the Assassin's logo on the door. I created a distortion in the fabric of space, and made a large room. I connected it to the door, and opened said door. Inside was empty space.
Literally, it was all space.
"Well, this is going to be fun." I said to myself.
I walked in and closed the door behind me. I left the floor, walls and ceiling as it was, and started making small hallways to living quarters for myself. I made a bedroom, bathroom and a training room. The training room was full of training dummies and obstacle courses designed to increase my fitness. I also created an area where I could practice parkour like the Assassins.
I made a weapons rack, and fitted it with weapons of all sorts. Swords, lances, spears, axes, bows, you name it. I also made a work table next to it for when I wanted to tinker with anything. I copied my robes and put them on a mannequin. On the copy, I placed the Assassin insginia and equipped it with belts for throwing knives. I made some hidden blades and put them on my wrists, hidden by my robe. I also summoned The Eagle of Sugar from Assassin's Creed Unity. I placed it in sheath and strapped that inside my robes, making sure I could access it easily without being seen.
With that done, I started training.
