[3 days after first encounter with the ponies]

(POV John/Alpha)

I was sitting in one of the main laboratories with my legs propped up on an deactivated control panel. Directly in front of me was a large screen playing a recorded movie from 2016. The movie’s name was Deadpool and i’ll have to say it was pretty entertaining.

“Sir I do believe you should see this.”

“What is it Delta?”

“It would be best if you follow me,” he said as I got up and paused the movie.

“What is it?”

“It would seem as though the ponies followed us down the hole.”

“How do you know?”

“I set up multiple security cameras while you were gone and I also built a security room by augmenting some of the screens,” in front of us were four large screens each depicting a different part of the cave systems.

“Well where are they?”

“Wait,” he calmly stated before pointing out a screen with the android’s hand. “Look!”

“What the hell are they doing down here?” I said while looking at the screen designated as C3. “Are they near the base at all?”

“If they continue down their path they will undoubtedly find the entrance to our base.”

“How far are they?”

“Most likely one mile away from the door.”

“Good i’m going out there to stop them from coming any closer.”

“How sir?”

“Are there any corridors branching off of the one leading to the doors?”

“Yes sir there are quite a few.”

“Now what i’m going to do is hide in one of these corridors just behind C2 and when they get close i’ll run out of that corridor and talk to them.”

“What will you say?”

“I’ll tell them to leave.”

“Sir what would you like me to do?”

“Watch the screens and tell me when they get close.”

“Yes sir.”

(POV Celestia)

My self along with Luna, Twilight, and her friends were currently walking down a large cave. This cave was different though it seemed as though it had been mined and had chunks of crystal ripped from it.

“Sister what do you think he will do when he finds out we are here?”

“I don’t know Luna but it does not matter we are all at full strength so if he attacked he could not harm us in any way.”

“I still believe we should be careful.”

“So do I Luna.”

“Princess?”

“Yes,” I said to the small voice that turned out to be Fluttershy. “What do you need?”

“Well what if Alpha wants us to leave?”

“We own these caves,” Luna answered for me. “So if he refuses to leave we will make him.”

“But he has probably been here more often then us so shouldn’t that make this his home?”

“Yes it would and we will talk to him in a manner that will not make him believe we have harmful intent,” I answered this time before Luna.

“That is quite a good Idea Princess because what you saw in the throne room was but a fraction of my power,” spoke a deep voice from the shadows of a corridor to our left.

“Who are you?”

“Have you forgotten me already Celestia?” said the voice.

“Well what is your name?”

“Surely you know me,” said the voice that was revealed to be Alpha.

“Oh Alpha you scared a few of us for a second.”

“Good.”

“What do you mean good?”

“I was trying to scare you enough so you’d leave but instead I believe we must talk about this.”

“Creature these caves belong to us and you are tresspassing so I Princess Luna of Equestria am ordering you to leave!” Luna stated in a quick and strong reply.

“You do not own these caves child,” he said to us. “I have been here for years and I have claimed these caves as my own.”

“Hey you,” shouted Rainbow.

“Yes what is it my homosexual acquaintance?”

“First I am not gay and second you can’t talk to a Princess like that!” she yelled.

“Ha your kind make me laugh you believe you could force me from my home,” he turned to stare at me before continuing. “Now are we going to talk like civilized beings or are we going to fight like barbarians.”

“I would like to talk in a civilized manner,” I quickly replied not allowing Rainbow or Luna any time to interject.

“Good I was hoping you wouldn’t have as much aggression as your counter part does.”

(POV Delta)

It was interesting to watch John converse with the ponies. They each had a different nature to them and went about things differently. Although the one who John has designated as gay rainbow has almost as much testosterone coursing through her body as a normal male human. I established a connection with John and sent him a message of my findings on the ponies and my data about them.

Looking to my right I saw the thing I had been trying to keep secret for so long but would reveal when John returned. Half of the gene banks had been destroyed in an earthquake about two thousand years ago. What was even worse was the fact that if we did not start the process soon the human DNA would never work without high mutations.

Turning back to the screen I saw John conversing with the one designated as Celestia. Celestia was some what odd. She seemed to have great control over the world’s energies. They called it magic. Of course this was not true because they were just mutants able to manipulate the energy much like John could do with his suit.

I saw out of the corner of my vision I saw something happen. It would seem that the blue pegasus had kicked John in the stomach and knocked him off his feet.

“This isn’t good.”

(POV RD)

He called me gay I mean it only happened once so that doesn’t make me gay right. My anger was boiling over and I needed to do something to get my anger down. I was going to fly away and out of the caverns until I heard Alphas words.

“It is interesting that a species of your type would so easily allow homosexual marriage especially since many of you males look female and could cause the population rates to go down when they find male partners.”

It was too much it seemed as though this guy had a personal hatred for anything that deviated from regular social standards.

“Why you!” I flew forward and kicked him right in the gut and launched him back about six feet.

“Rainbow!” yelled Fluttershy as she ran towards the downed creature. “How could you do this?”

“He was insulting many people I knew and I wouldn’t stand for it.”

“Oh little creature you have started something that you cannot finish,” Alpha stated before rising and launching a golden wave which sent me flying back at least thrice as far as my kick had done to him. “You will all leave NOW!”

“Why did you do that?” shy asked.

“Because she attacked first,” he said before getting up and walking down deeper into the caves.

(POV John/Alpha)

Ha idiots they believed that I am just a child and yet I am at least 960,000 years older than them. Their peace loving nature will be their end.

“Sir?”

“What?”

“I saw you small battle and I would like to notify you that the large blue one is still following you.”

“What do you perceive the best course of action would be?”

“Fire a couple shots behind you and see if that scares her off.”

“Thanks.”

After our small conversation, I turned around and activated my thermal sensors. After a few moments of searching the dark corridor I saw a small amount of body heat poking out from one of the large crystals. As I continued watching I saw her head stick out and was able to confirm her identity. After identifying her I fired of a few golden blasts.

“ZAP ZAP ZAP!”

(POV Luna)

I had decided to follow the unruly beast into the depths of the crystal caverns. I was still able to see him when he stopped and I quickly hid behind a crystal just large enough to shield my body. It seem like he was talking to somepony. After his conversation abruptly ended he turned around and looked straight at me before firing three golden magic blasts from his hand.

“ZAP ZAP ZAP!”

I quickly moved my entire body to the left before the blasts could hit me. Once they past I looked after them to see what they would have done to me.

“BOOM BOOM BOOM!”

What I saw was a large Dimond get demolished by the three blasts.

“Stop following me child I am busy.”

How does he know i’m here.

“Please leave before the next blast hits you.”

Maybe I should go.

“Fine I will leave you in peace beast,” I said before teleporting away.

(POV John/Alpha)

Good she has left now I can finally return home. Wait where is home.

“Delta where am I?”

“You are currently heading in the wrong direction but if you move forward a bit more there should be a corridor to your left that will lead to the base.”

“Ok also how do you know these things?”

“Remember how I set up the cameras?”

“Yeah.”

“Well I had a small rover so I sent it on a path through the caves so that I would have a map.”
“Well thats cool.”

“No sir actually the rover create a surprising amount of heat so it would not be cool but hot.”

“You know what I mean.”

“No I do not because I am a robot beep boop beep beep.”

“Smartass.”

Author's Note

Just so you know I do not hate homosexuals I just put that in there so I could write about rainbow's aggression and how she was easily defeated.

Also this fic is not going to turn out all dark and evil like my other one. I am planning for only the first few chapters to be this way.
