The Gamer

On spotting us it seemed Selena has become hostile. Though using observe on her I found she has taken on the alias fantasia. Considering what I look like currently it was understandable. Flicking my free wrist I hot ready.

"So my target has found me and got a body guard. Interesting~ once I capture you this world will fall" said Selena with a slight rumbling purr. She snapped her claws causing inhumane monsters that barely had human traits appeared and I narrowed my eyes on seeing that they resembled the beings normally found in equestria and similar nations. I didn't see changelings or discord's kind but there was pegasus, unicorn and earth ponies there. One of the pegasus though has a disturbingly familiar rainbow hair and cutie mark.

I clenched my fist in shock and anger plus sorrow.

"So you been to equestria the parallel universe connected to this one and took it over! Guess they put up quite the fight if the main protectors had died fighting you!" I said my tone holding nothing but fury.

Closer look had revealed that four others and a lone dragon was the rest of Twilight's friends though how they managed to get Spike was a mystery.

Selena scoffed in amusement.

"Yes quite annoying we had to substitute five close relatives to complete the seal then revive those who died for not even death can prevent their use" said Selena darkly as she brushed a claw through fluttershy's mane.

"I swear you won't get away with this anymore! Do you realize the damage your doing to the timeline of this world! How you just possibly caused the end of existance! I saw what effects that happen when a world is destroyed! It effects every other world to the point they collide and the result erases them from existance! The balance between world's is there for a reason! And I swear I will hunt down all of you who dare mess with the worlds!" I said getting ready to fight.

Unnoticed my blade started to glow.

"I would like to see you try!" Said Selena ordering her mooks to attack.

With that I charged and slashed at the dead monsters that used to be residents of one of my favorite worlds.  To my surprise each slash glowed and sent the undead back twitching before with a flash returned to their original appearence and started to fight with me against the still transformed monsters.

"Whoa that's new" I said kicking a undead as I managed to slash rainbow dash back to her pegasus form until this world made her, her human counterpart in form.

"What's going on!" Asked rainbow shocked.

"No time get back!" I said pushing her behind me and slashed slicing a combined spell sent our way by undead unicorns.

The two halfs of the spell exploded in the air gathering a bunch of the undead together. Time to thin out the enemy some more. I twisted the ignition on my driver and placed my only shift car into the steering sword.

Hisatsu! Full throttle! Speed!

Entering a stance I blurred around the grouped enemies slashing with the ZeroSlash as I'm calling type zero's rider slash move. With that a lot became back to normal and I skidded to a stop as I noticed sonata joined the fight using her sword to the same effect mine did returning the remainder to normal. I ended up stopping next to sonata as we pointed out weapons at Selena.

Said dragon/cat hybrid looked shocked at what happened and growled.

"Just who do you think you are! No one should have been able to reverse the magic and revived them!" Said Selena anger in her tone.

"To you I'm kamen rider drive type zero! Someone on a journey between worlds tasked to fix the balance you destroyed! You have caused enough damage to this world and by the end of today your acts of terror will be finished" I said getting ready.

"I am Sonata Dusk. You took my sisters, and various other people just to ruin this world and while in the process you have managed to piss me off!" Said Sonata with a glare.

"To quote a fellow kamen rider: saa omae no tsumi o kazoero!" I said my voice sounding like it was over lapped when I said it sounding a lot like kamen rider double as I pointed at her.

Together we charged. I ducked a kick and retaliated with a punch and sonata went for a kick herself. Soon enough it got to the point me and Sonata were in complete sync. One of us dodged a attack and the other took advantage of the opening and this continued to the point the three of us were worn out. It was time to end this.

Placing protozero back in the shift brace I twisted the ignition and pressed the red button on my shift brace.

Hisatsu! Was heard and I quickly shifted the lever.

Full throttle! Was then announced as my bike arrived and started moving in a circle arround us as sonata moved back. Tensing my legs I jumped at my moving vehicle rebounding off the tires to land multiple drop kicks on selena. "ZeroDrop!" I declared the technique name ending the fight. With a dual slash with our blades it was over. Selena fell and started to vanish and I lowered my head.

"Shoot her body was corrupted for so long it couldn't hold out with being finally free from the taint" I said and saw the former undead was also fading away. Guess they weren't revived as well. In their place was now the elements of harmony which made sense Twilight's equestria is no more. Turning to the Crystal I slashed destroying it and in a flash of light the missing people and lone princess appeared just as selena finished fading into oblivion.

Sonata rushed to her sisters and I looked up as I heard a chime. The quest box appeared stating I cleared the quest and I checked my reward which was the door gun and shift justice hunter shift car.

Letting my weapons go to storage in my ride I slumped against it and looked down. I didn't feel victorious. A whole dimension was gone! That was why the portal was closed there wasn't anywhere to go. The first to wake up was Twilight and I lifted my head sadly. How was I going to break it to her and sunset their world and everyone they knew was gone. I looked as she walked up curious as I was still in my armor.

"Sonata explained that you helped her save us and figure out where we were" said Twilight and looking behind her I saw the others were up while I was in thought.

"Yeah but that was all I could do. When I arrived the portal to your world was already closed. I don't know how to say it but your world is gone and I barely prevented this one from following it's fate. The elements of harmony over there confirmed it after the battle. Your stuck here" I said sadly making everyone wide eyed.

Sunset hugged Twilight as she collapsed in shock.

Even adagio and Aria held sympathetic looks knowing the feeling of being stuck in a world not their own. Sonata handed me dimension break before sitting next to me.

"I forgot that in all this mess we never did introduce ourselves" said Sonata.

"Right" I said standing and removed protozero before pressing the button on my shift brace dispelling the armor and making the driver call out nice drive.

"My name is james also known as kamen rider drive, multiverse traveler" I said waving to them still holding a sad expression.

"You already know my name and I guess you know everyone else by name since you helped investigate where they were held" said Sonata.

I walked over to the elements of harmony and picked them up before handing them to twilight.

"These are all that's left of equestria and your world. You better keep them safe" I said giving her a look.

"Right" said Twilight hugging them to her.

"James why don't you spend a few days with us and help us take their mind off the subject for a while" said applejack.

"Yeah sure and you three do know that now that equestria is gone the only form of magic you can access is your usual one right but even that will fade. Your pendents were still connected to equestria through the portal but with it now permanently closed your magic with start to fade to the point your ordinary humans. Your singing voices won't be effected" I said having used observe on the sirens pendents and thought they ought to know.

"How do you know this" asked aria.

"A quirk of being a multiversal traveler is that I get general info about the world and important infomation to help blend in. Your pendents were part of that info" I informed.

"Well there went our plan" said Aria with a sigh.

"We better hurry and get you all home its been a few days since you were taken. Your families if you have them must be worried" I said and with that they scattered and I was dragged along by sonata who said I was bunking with her. I just rose a eyebrow in confusion much to the other two siren's amusement.

"What was that about" asked sunset blinking.

"A old tradition of our race that james unknowingly triggered in helping her. The magic in it is tied to the soul so it stays despite normal magic vanishing. In a way james became her soulmate" said adagio with a small giggle.

"It's a process that if a siren is helped out of the true honest goodness of the heart their souls become intertwined. It's how we were born and we don't mind sharing soulmates if they feel a connection. It's kind of why we are sisters in the first place besides sharing a farther" said Aria in explination.

"It was used because there's way too few sirens and now with just us three left we need to reinstate it if we want our race to continue" Finished adagio.

"Well that's interesting and poor james he's in for interesting times on his journey" said sunset.
