Lightning Dust's Ascent into Alicornhood

The name of the chapter is what Lightning Dust said once she fully processed the situation.

      "Why-do I- have- a unicorn horn?!", the pegasus exclaimed quite confusedly.  Sadly, she received no answer.  She decided that today, she would absolutely not be going out in public that day. (Or any day ever, for as much as she thought.) So, she scribbled out a letter that said,"Dear Everypony, I am sorry, but today I cannot go outside or join in any fun things because I have a really bad cold. I'm Really, Truly Sorry For This Inconvenience, Lightning Dust ".   She opened her window, made sure that nopony was staring at her, threw it out the window, and yelled, "Hey, mailpony! Read this to ponies!", and closed the window. The next thing on her agenda was figuring out why she had a unicorn horn.
