Twilight's Journey:The Amulet of Fire

  It was almost midnight and Twilight was having an amazing time. Pinkie Pie turned up the music and danced out of the cave. When she came back she started serving everyone a piece of cake.

  "This is so amazing" said Twilight "but I'm getting pretty tired so I'm going back to my castle."

   Then using her magic she picked up the sleeping Spike and flew off back to the castle.Twilight flew through the forest, dodging trees.

  When she reached the castle she walked through the front door to her bedroom. She set Spike down in his bed and covered him with his  blanket. She walked over to the window and looked up at the moon. She thought of Princess Luna. Then she got into her bed and turned the lights off. She rolled over and over in her bed and finally fell asleep.

  "Twilight, Twilight, Twilight" Spike said running into the room.

  "What is it, Spike" Twilight asked sitting up and rubbing her eyes.

  "A letter just came from Princess Celestia" he said.

  Twilight jumped out of bed and fixed the blankets as quick as she could. She grabbed the letter and stood staring down at the piece of paper. The letter read: Dear Twilight, recently me and Luna received a strange amulet from an unknown pony. We were curious about this mysterious item. We searched the box which it was sent in and we found a letter that said it was called The Amulet of Fire. Luna was so curious about the amulet she tried to put it on but when she touched it she became very ill. Please come to the castle with your friends as soon as possible. Yours Truly, Celestia.

  Twilight gasped. Then she put Spike on her back and raced out of the castle to find her friends. After searching for a few minutes she finally found them in Sugar Cube Corner.

  "What's wrong, Twilight" Fluttershy asked looking concerned.

  "We need to get to the Canterlot castle as soon as possible" Twilight said "something is wrong with Princess Luna!"

  All of her friends gasped at the thought  of Princess Luna being in danger.

Then suddenly out of nowhere a black vine reached out of the ground and grabbed Twilight's leg. She screamed.
