Twilight was busy cleaning up her personal library in the afternoon with her number one assistant.

"Oh come on Twilight," whined spike, "We have been rearranging these books for 3 hours already!"

"Oh Spike, you know today is our usual cleaning of the library" said Twilight as she levitated more books and placed them on the shelf, "and besides, you promised to help me this time to make up for that vase you broke yesterday"

Spike grumbled as he remembered the promise he made yesterday. He broke a priceless vase from saddle Arabia and Twilight was not pleased when she found out it was broken.

"Yeah, Yeah" grumbled Spike.

Twilight dropped the books she was levitating as a loud thunderous roar came from outside and was soon followed by a large earthquake.

"Spike hold on to something!" yelled twilight through the shaking.

"ALREADY AHEAD OF YOU!" he yelled through the continuing earthquake.

The library shook violently as the earthquake seemed to grow stronger as each minute passed. Twilight, who was taking refuge under a table, closed her eyes in fear and said a silent prayer to Celestia to make the earthquake stop. As the earthquake started to die down Twilight stayed under table thinking there would be an after earthquake. But to her surprise none came, slowly she crawled out from under the table and stood up to straighten herself out.

"What in Celestia's name could've caused such an earthquake?" she asked herself, she turned to see spike crawling out from under a small pile of books, "Oh spike! Are you OK? Are you hurt?"

"Jeez I'm fine Twilight, besides these scales protected me" pointing at his back.

Twilight looked around the library, bookshelf's were on the floor and books were just sprawled everywhere.

"Come on Spike lets go check on the others" said Twilight.

With that they both headed towards the door and opened it. Twilight stared in shock as she saw houses destroyed or either some parts of it demolished. She saw ponies just wondering around the area looking for others or nurse's and stallions carrying injured ponies to the hospital.
Applejack and the rest of the mane 6 ran up to Twilight with concerned looks on their faces.

"Twi', what in tarnation is goin on here" asked Applejack.

"This is just awful! My botique is in ruins and all my hardwork is destroyed just because of some random earthquake" sobbed Rarity as she plopped down on the dirt.

"Umm......Twilight? Im not sure of this but do you have any idea on what just happened?" asked Fluttershy in her usual shy voice.

"I don't know guys, to be honest I have no idea what just happened" said twilight with a hint of worry in her voice.

"Spike" she looked at her assistant, "take a letter"

"Will do" he said as he ran back into the castle and came out with a paper and quill, "Whats the message Twilight?"

"Dear Princess Celestia, Please send help and aid, Ponyville has just suffered a major earthquake and I am afraid we are all in a great state of chaos. There are few houses standing and most ponies are left homeless. I fear the residents may start an uprising if we don't help them soon and the hospital can only hold many patients, i fear an outbreak of some sort will happen and plague us all with a potentially dangerous disease. Please I beg of you send help.

With that spike rolled up the letter and burned the letter sending it of to Celestia.

Celestia had just finished her meeting with the griffon ambassador and things didn't work out as planned. The King of the Griffon empire, King Apex had requested that Celestia give up the lands they possessed over to griffon hands and they wont have to result in fighting. If they didn't comply then the King would have to take the land by force, even if it meant declaring war on Equestria. But of course Celestia wouldn't give up so easily, those lands belonged to Equestria rightfully and the griffons are trespassing on their soil. To make matters worst the griffons have allied themselves with the Minotaur's and Ram's and have agreed to aid the griffons if ever war was declared. The Griffons, being a militaristic race, have spent the last few years building weapons to strengthen their army. The griffons have managed to make cannons that fire off explosive shells that explode on impact and has mounted them on contraptions made of armor (basically a WW2 era type tank) and with that the griffons have a huge advantage over the ponies in terms of armor. They have also managed to make zeppelins that carry cannons on all sides and can provide bombardments, killing anything it desires to shoot, and has armor that not even arrows can pierce. The Ram's on the other hand have built an engine that doesn't run on steam but some type of special fuel which powers the griffons tanks.

The Minotaur's have made weapons that can shoot out metal things at the end. Not only that but they have a wider variety of weapons that can inflict much greater damage. And to top it all off the griffon ambassador left with a message saying that Equestria will pay for not answering their request. Celestia used everything in her power to change the griffon ambassadors mind, to persuasion, bribing and even begging, which she hated the most. She even resorted to threaten the griffons by not giving light to their lands and cover them in darkness, but no matter what she tried to do everything failed. Celestia knew war was inevitable and she needed to rally the troops fast, she needed to tell Shining Armor and the rest of the captains to start a program and start enlisting all able bodied stallions to fight for their land.

Just as she was about to enter her chambers a letter popped up in front of her. Celestia opened it up and read the Letter.

Celestia closed the letter with a look of distress in her face. Not only did she have to deal with an upcoming war but she had to now send help to a town in need. She quickly dispatched a messenger to the nearest barracks and requested that they move to Ponyville immediately to help with the emergency aid. While that was done Celestia dispatched another messenger to the Crystal Empire in hopes of requesting Shining armor's help. She then proceeded to the throne room to discuss the battle plans with Luna for the upcoming attacks.

As Celestia entered the room she saw two messengers run past her, she looked at Luna and said.

"I take it you have taken care of the summoning of the Captains of the Royal Guard?"

"Not only that Tia, but I have requested troops from Stalliongrad to be moved to the Northern front where the first possible attack might occur" said Luna.

"And what is our current number of troops now?" asked Celestia.

"Well the troops from Stalliongrad are around roughly 900 strong, while the one in Canterlot is around 1,000 strong. Appleloosa has a standing of 300 guards while Manehattan has around 500 guards, Cloudsdale is still rallying up their troops, so it will take some time before they respond" remarked Luna.

"And what of the drafting program?" Celestia asked.

"I have already sent messengers to distribute flyers around Canterlot, Ponyville and Cloudsdale and the to the rest of Equestria" replied Luna.

"I see you have prepared quite well for this, I guess you'll be in charge of commanding the armies while I keep the peace among our subjects" Celestia said before sitting down in her throne with a tired look.

As much as she hated war Celestia couldn't stop it this time, since the enemy refused to give in to peace. And the last war ever fought was 1,000 years ago between Nightmare Moon and Celestia. The Equestrian military was fairly weak since most of Equestria's issues were solved diplomatically. And since Equestria has not seen any battles for the past 1,000 years, it was definitely lacking the pony power.

Celestia sighed, she knew of the upcoming events would scar Equestria for the next 100 years or so. She pondered for a long time thinking of possible ways to end this war quickly, maybe even allies would be of help, but the only ally Equestria has is the zebra empire on the the Southern side of the Equestrian sea which meant 2 months worth of sea travel to Equestria and an extra month to deploy to strategic locations.

Kessler relaxed in his chair as the London Monitor made its trek through this forest trampling trees and life-forms without consent. Kessler had dozed off to sleep every now and then. He marveled at what the Monitor had to offer, not only did have it own control center it also has a fridge and an extra closet for uniforms for any commanding officers, the fridge had food that could last up for one year and it wall for him.

Kessler looked at the screen which gave a detailed view of where they were now. The London Monitor had stopped at the outskirts of the forest and they were now standing in a clearing, only this time the clearing they were standing in, seemed to be a wasteland that extended into nothingness. There was a mountain in the distance which seemed to be a short walk from here via London Monitor.

"Monitor proceed to that mountain over there" commanded Kessler.

"Roger that" the Monitor replied as it lurched forward towards the mountain.

As the monitor approached the mountain, it seemed to be covered in dark patches all over. It seemed lifeless, The thundering footsteps of the Monitor mean't that its presence was known to all living things. Not that it actually cared but it wanted to make its presence known to anything stupid enough to attack it.

Missy the changeling watched in awe as a giant behemoth made its way towards the hive. She ran inside to inform the guards about this monstrosity. At first the guards and queen didn't believe Missy's story but when they heard the thundering footsteps outside, Chrysalis wasted no time in rallying her troops and motioning for them to dispose of this new intruder, whoever dared attack the mighty hive of Chrysalis was bound to pay.

Kessler watched in awe as thousands of horse like bugs came pouring out of the mountain, it seemed that the Monitor has disturbed some sort of hive, and they just made it very angry.

"Monitor engage battle mode!" commanded Kessler.

As soon as Kessler gave the order the Monitor brought all its weapons systems online.

"Charge Changelings, Charge!" yelled a Changeling commander as he watched the Changeling army descend towards the Giant Behemoth.

As soon as the Changelings made their way towards the London Monitor, it opened up its dual tri-barrel rocket launchers and launched a volley of missiles in separate directions to spread the explosion damage and kill as many of these things as possible. As the Missiles hit the Changelings, nearly all of them were vaporized in a fiery death.

The Changeling commander watched in horror as the first wave was completely obliterated in front of his eyes. He trembled in fear and was sweating buckets, he needed a new approach and he needed it fast. Not wanting to make the same mistake again, he ordered all troops to land and attack on foot. As the Changelings landed some Changelings were already shooting magic bolts and punching the Behemoth but to no avail. The armor was too strong for them.

Kessler watched as the bugs descended and landed to attack the Monitor on foot, he sat back in his chair and watched in amusement as they were going to be surprised by the bottom turrets, as much as he hated killing defenseless people/creatures, he particularly enjoyed watching this race suffer for unknown reasons. The Monitor watched as the hostile enemies landed and proceeded to attack on foot, quickly thinking he deployed his tri barreled gatling guns which was housed in turrets under neath him to protect the London Monitor from being flanked by enemies, as they started shooting bolts at him he could only watch as they bounced of his armor harmlessly. The Monitor returned fire by firing his gatling guns and completely mowing down the enemy targets. He watched as some were crawling away from the scene and quickly ended their demise. The Monitor kept on firing his gatling guns and decapitated some Changelings, leaving them with no arms or legs or with just their upper half of their body.

The Monitor released another volley of missiles at the ground troops before watching them get obliterated. It turned in the other direction and saw there were still more of these bugs. The Monitor charged up a standard Laser shot and fired it into the group of hostiles, the next moment, the once large group of enemies were nothing but ashes. As the Monitor discharged another volley of missiles at a group Changelings that were trying to escape, it noticed there were no more of these strange things left. It scanned the area and found an opening in one of the Mountain sides that lead into some sort of hive inside the Mountain.

"Sir are you getting this?" it asked.

"Yes Monitor, what do you think we should do now?" asked Kessler in a curious tone.

"I detect more lifeforms inside the mountain sir" it said, "And with your permission I am willing to deploy the guard robots in an attempt to clear out this infestation"

"Are these the standard Guard Robots?" asked Kessler.

"No sir, These are the Mk 2 Guard Robots, their design is the same as their predecessor but its flaws have been redesigned such as the armor improvement, The armor is now impenetrable to bullets and explosives, the only thing that can harm them are high powered Laser Shots to anywhere in its body, other than that nothing else" it said.

"Very well, You may proceed Monitor" Kessler said.

With that two pods detached from the London Monitor with rocket assisted Thrusters and landed with a heavy thud on the ground. The pod opened and deployed the Guard Robots one by one in quick haste. Soon a total of twelve Guard Robots stood to attention at the entrance. The Monitor soon transferred its orders to the Guard Robots, its Order, "Kill all known Lifeforms inside and take the leader hostage, show no mercy" with that the robots proceeded inside the cave.

Changelings set up barricades all throughout the hive to stop the intruder.

A Changeling scout returned in full speed to report his findings.

"SIR! The enemy is approaching fast and they are-ACK!" said the scout before falling to the floor in a smoking heap.

Around the corner came a single Guard Robot firing Its Heavy Laser Blaster at the Changelings and completely going right through them and burning their insides. Within seconds the First barricade was destroyed and the rest of the mechs moved on towards the Throne room. Soon more barricades fell within a by the second as nothing would stop the intruders. Chrysalis stood with a handful a her elite guards and the remaining soldiers that were left. All remaining personal fell back to the Throne room to defend their queen.

The doors were blasted open by a loud explosion and the doors flew back killing at least 20 Changelings. The Guards stood their ground and waited for their enemy. Four Guard Robots emerged from the smoke with their red menacing eyes and guns Blazing, they mowed down guards that stood in their way and showed no mercy to those that tried to surrender. even the personal Guards of Chrysalis were killed instantly because they fired their laser bolts at them, in return the Guard Robots returned fire.

Within minutes the throne room was a graveyard, there were bodies everywhere and green blood was splattered everywhere, the walls and floors were soaked in changeling blood. Only Chrysalis remained and she was scared as a little filly.

"Who are they? And what do they want?" she thought to herself.

The Guard Robot looked at Chrysalis and was feeding live data to the London Monitor for its superiors to see.

"Hmmm, quite an interesting species this one," Kessler said to himself as he analysed it, "this one seems to have a horn and bug like wings and is shaped as a horse?"

"Tell the Guard Robot to question it" commanded Kessler.

With that, the order was relayed and the Guard Robot began its interrogation.

"What are you?" it said.

"Ill never talk beast!" exclaimed Chrysalis.

With that the Guard Robot stomped its left foot down on the left hind leg of the insect, crushing and breaking any bones it had.

Chrysalis let out a painful scream, "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!"

"Answer me now!" it said.

"I'm Queen Chrysalis, Leader of the Changelings" she said in a painful way

"Is there more of your kind?" it asked.

"No" Chrysalis replied.

"Are there any species similar to you?" it asked again.

"There are the pony races to the east and the griffon race to the north. There is also the Minotaur's and Ram's that live to the West" Chrysalis replied this time in a more angrier tone.

The Guard Robot looked at her for what seemed like eternity before speaking up again.

"Your services are no longer needed," with that it fired a clean shot towards the leaders head and ending its life.

"Re-draw the Robots, were moving out" said Kessler.

"To where exactly sir?" the Monitor asked.

"Were gonna pay those ponies a visit and maybe we can at least find out what country we're in" said Kessler.

"Roger that" it said, with that the Guard Robots were called back.

After Five minutes of waiting, the Robots were stowed away in their pods, the pods activated their thrusters and took off and re-attached themselves to the London Monitor to be used again for battle next time. The London Monitor spun its legs around and headed in the direction of the ponies or heading towards the land of Equestria. And are heading right into the thick of Equestria's first war after a thousand years.

Mk 2 drone details

Based of its predecessor, the Mk 2 drone was made as a replacement for the standard drones that are in current use of the Third Reich.

Boasting several enhancements, such as the new Mk 5 Beowulf engine, the drone can fly and take off in a VTOL way after it is done rearming. The drone will switch to hover mode as its basic attack mode when engaged in closed and small open areas where in the enemy can be cornered or flanked easily. The Mk 5 engine not only has a top speed of 433km/h to deploy to specific locations quickly but also can reach speeds of up to mach 1 when emergency return protocol is activated. The new engine is more quieter now and only emits noise when it is in battle mode (useless for it to stay quite when the enemy can't see it, except in stealth mode, where it utilizes the cloaking system).

The drone has a new ability to cloak itself for as long as it wants. And can still fire its weapons when cloaked which makes even more deadly. While the drone is cloaked its engine noise will be completely silenced, the only drawback is that it still produces wind from its thrusters, resulting in it blowing plants and bushes aside and gathering clouds of dust underneath itself giving away it location easily.

The New A.I system has been revamped for the drone and completely rewritten by the best programmers of the London Nautica. The new A.I not only makes it more self aware but it also has the ability to freely think and handle any situation it is put up in whether it be spying or executing prime targets, the drone will still follow its orders from its superiors but use different forms of tactics to complete the task at hand. If the superior deems its tactic useless or unsatisfactory, the superior can order it to execute his plans by his own methods. The drone itself is obedient and will never object against an order. It is not programmed to develop any sort of relational terms to anyone and is ready to take on any task its superiors throw at it. Other than that it will get the job done anyway.

The new weapons upgrade has replaced the old standard burst fire laser rifle the drone carries, but is now outfitted with a fully automatic Laser Cannon fires plasma rounds which were based of the AR Marksman Rifles (basically an AR Marksman in plasma mode and only smaller) which kills enemies instantly. The new Laser Rifle can also switch to sniper mode (similar to the AR Marksman rifle) which fires uranium rounds at its target at unprecedented speeds. Though this is a major set back, for the recoil is too much for the drone to take, as it will shake it violently after every shot.

Aside from the upgrades the Mk 2 drones look very similiar to their predecessors the only difference is its size (extra 2ft bigger)and the new Laser rifle, which stands out.
