What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

I opened my eyes and saw Vinyl next to me, smiling. I moved a bit when I yawned and saw Vinyl opening her eyes. Seeing her red irises and her big smile...That made me let out a little squeal. We gave each other each other a hug. We smiled at each other again. I really hope this day will be normal. We both got out of the bed and opened the curtains, the sunlight shining in the eyes always wakes people up.

“Good morning Vinyl.” I said bluntly while hugging her.

“Mornin’. Did you sleep well next to me?”

“Oh I slept more then well...” I replied, lifting my eyebrows in a lewd manner.

“I’m kidding by the way... I hope.”

“You wanna go shower first, Vinyl? I’ll go downstairs to check on Pinkie and Octavia”

“Sure, thanks!”

“No problem!”

I called out as she went over to the bathroom and winked. When we went downstairs, I saw that no one was in the kitchen or living room. Guess it’s just me and Vinyl. I went over to the kitchen and saw the basket of apples. I should try to make something nice for Vinyl and me. I grabbed some apples and a knife. I cut the apples into pieces and poured a little bit of sugar on top. I didn’t have much cooking knowledge, but I did know how to make a tasty little snack. I put them on some nice little plates and put the snack on the table. Then I saw something else... Eggs! I grabbed two and turned on the furnace, grabbed a pan and cracked open the eggs in the pan. Omelet time! I might make some waffles or pancakes, but I don’t exactly remember the recipe. I watched as the eggs started to turn into omelets, amazing progress!

You should try it yourself sometime. Anyways, back to the actual story.

I noticed that I didn’t hear any water being pumped up anymore, so I’d say that Vinyl finished her shower. I picked up some bigger plates for the omelets, this should be a tasty breakfast. I heard Vinyl coming down the stairs and I quickly grabbed two glasses and filled them with water. Yes from the sink, don’t judge me, it’s healthy!

“I see that you made us a nice little breakfast.” Vinyl said, walking into the kitchen with a big smile.

“I did, let’s hope its going to be good!” I replied as I gestured her to take a seat.

“Thank you!” she replied we both started eating. I did a pretty good job. And these apples and omelets tasted WAY better then on Earth, I guess Equestria is just simply heaven... Did I die when I fell asleep? Nah, that’s impossibru. Anyways, back to talking!

There was sort of an awkward silence while eating, mission objective: kill the silence!

“Yesterday was weird huh...” I began

“Mhm!” Vinyl replied while eating her omelet.

“We didn’t do any weird stuff while we were sleeping...right?”

“Not that I know of.” she said, slightly swinging her backlegs.

“I’m gonna check on Pinkie later on, ‘kay?”

“Sounds good, I’ll go look for Octavia.”

“M’kay.” I replied and another awkward silence followed, why is it always so awkward!

We finished breakfast and I quickly went upstairs for a shower. After showering I went downstairs to give Vinyl another hug... We looked at eachother of a while. Suddenly Vinyl kissed me!

“I...did not expect that. But thanks... I guess.”

“Don’t ever leave me. EVER.”

“Trust me, I won’t.”

I walked outside and made my way over to Sugarcube Corner.

Did Vinyl really kiss me? Does she feel something for me? She’s cool and all but I don’t think I’m ready to kiss a pony’s muzzle myself. Beeuugh! Better to not think about it right now. I need to check on Pinkie.

And there it was... Sugarcube Corner! This place is never going to be the same again after what happened. As I walked in went up to Mrs Cake, which was walking around.

“Uuuh, hello Mrs Cake. Where’s Pinkie?”

“She’s upstairs, why do you need her?”

“I just need to check on her really quick. Thanks Mrs Cake.”

“Eeeuh, goodbye.” she said nervously, thinking about yesterday.

I went up the stairs and came across a door that had a sigh saying ‘Pinkie’ on it. I went in and saw Pinkie sitting on the side of her bed. Something is wrong with her, she should be spitting in the face of physics! Come on! She's Pinkie! I approached her and accidentally scared her.

“Oh he-hello Pim.” she said with a nervous laugh. Her mane was all ruffled and she looked like hardly slept at all. Fuck. This pony needs to be calmed down. I NEED to fix this. It breaks my heart to see somepony/somebody that is important to me crying.

I sat down next to her and looked at her.

“Tell me what’s on your mind Pinkie.”

She started sobbing. I pulled her closer to me and gave her a little hug.

“Why do you look so bad Pinkie, see you like this worries me. Alot.”

“I couldn’t sleep. I kept thinking about yesterday.”

“I know Pinkie. It was terrifying...”

“I’m scared Pim.” she said after a moment of silence. She did sound scared, even more scared then Fluttershy in a large crowd that is watching her. I pulled her in for another huggle. (SO MANY HUGGLES)

“I’m also scared, we need to inform your friends about this. The shit that happend is... mental.”

“It’s just... I feel like I need someone to protect me. I feel so vunerable...”

“Pinkie, look at me.” I said and I gestured to look at me

“I would never let you down or get hurt. No matter what. You’re one of my best friends. I would kill myself if something happens to you.”

She started sobbing more and pulled her forelegs around me.

“Pim...Don’t let go, please.”

“I won’t, don’t worry.”

We glared into each others eyes and we both smiled. I hugged her and closed my eyes. Then I felt something. It was soft...wait, no. Is she also kissing me?! I opened my eyes to see Pinkie kissing me. She stopped as soon she realised that I was watching.

“Oh sorry, don’t hate me.”

“Eeeeuuuhhh, Don’t....worry, it’s ok.” I replied with a nervous voice. I didn’t expect that these things would happen! Fuck! What do I do? What do I say!? I need to get out of here. NOW.

“Eeuuh, Pinkie. Gather your friends, we need to go to Canterlot. I’ll go get Vinyl and Octavia...If I can find her. Meet me at the town hall in 30 minutes.”

“Ok!” She sounded happy again. So that kiss cheered her up. I went out of Sugarcube Corner and made my way back ‘home’. Well I live there so its home! DEAL WITH IT!

I walked in and saw Vinyl. She had a worried look on her face.

“What’s wrong Vinyl?”

“I can’t find Octavia! Some people say that she went to Canterlot but she was going with us wasn’t she?!”

“Well, let’s go to Canterlot with Pinkie’s friends. We need to go order a carriage right away!”

“Ok, let’s go!”

We walked to the town center and ordered a carriage to Canterlot. I told Vinyl that I’d go get Pinkie and the rest. I walked towards the town hall and saw some good old friends waiting.

“Hello eveypony!” I called out to the group and waved

“Hello Pim, why do you need us?” Twilight asked.

“No time to explain, we need to go. There’s a carriage waiting and I have no time to explain now.”

“Wait a moment. Ah could finish ma’ chores at Sweet Apple Acres right now!” Applejack interrupted

I took a slow breath...

“We don’t have any fucking time right now! All you need to know is that this is very important.” I sighed

“Sorry, but trust me. I’ll explain once we’re on our way.”

I gestured the group to follow and a few moments later we we’re in the carriage. I felt the carriage moving, time for a explanation. Vinyl started explaining what happened yesterday and then Pinkie began to tell about the red pony.

“So Discord is free again and that pony is going to free Nightmare Moon?! We need to hurry.” Rainbow Dash yelled after Pinkie finished talking.

“Thank you Captain Obvious.” I said bluntly

“We reached Canterlot!” I heard a voice call out from the front of the carriage.

“Looks like we arrived! Before we go to the castle we need to look for Octavia!” Vinyl said.

“All right!” the group cheered.

We looked around but we didn’t see her. So we started to ask everypony if they saw her. Nopony knew if she was here or not.

“Fuck it! We need to go to the castle, we’ll look for her later.” and a moment later I hear some singing in a recognizable voice... I went up the source of the sound and found out it was coming from an alleyway.

“Do you guys hear that?”

The group nodded.

We went up to the alley and we all gasped!

“Smile, smile....SMILE!!!”

We saw Octavia, all grey, no colour other then different tins of grey, lying on the ground with a bottle of Buck Daniels next to her. Completely drowned. She had a strong smell of alcohol coming off her. We just stared... and she noticed after a while.

“Wha’ are y’all lookin’ at huh!” and she hicked.

So that’s another chapter done! So you probably noticed that Pinkie and Vinyl are going for a relationship here, we’ll I can’t decide who to pick.
