Load Full StoryNext ChapterTurbo leaned back in his beach chair, enjoying the sun as it shone over him. The sounds of the beach echoed into his ears with the sounds of the tide, he could also smell the sea salt as he relaxed.
"We will find you, Turbo."
The beach around him vanished into a dark, moonlit corridor. The gray pegasus now noticed he was running desperately away from something. He had no idea what it was that was chasing him, but it was something that told his instincts to run.
"Your heart, Pegasus, Master wants your heart." A deep, gravely voice echoed through the hallway.
"B-back off!" Turbo yelled futiley at the presence chasing him. He looked ahead of himself to see that the corridor seemed to get longer as he ran as fast as his panic induced body would allow, a flash of light blinded him, he shoved his hooves to the ground, causing him to skid to a screeching halt. He rubbed his eyes a bit as his vision cleared. "What the buck was that?!" He thought looking back in the direction he was running, he saw a bright red eye, that glowed in the darkness about 10 feet ahead of him. The eye wandered around the room a bit before stopping to stare directly at him.
Turbo's teal eyes snapped open, sitting up in fear, and drenched in cold sweat. He shivered from what he saw as he sighed. The pegasus noticed he was in his bed in his home. He sighed in relief. "Just a nightmare." He sighed.
"So... we found one of the pieces." A dark blue pegasus stallion smirked at a large twenty foot screen in front of him, his right eye was a grassy green, and the other was a pure blood red color. His left forehoof was a metallic silver mechanical leg with four rings with numbers that ranged from one, to nine positioned a few inches from where it met the rest of his body at his shoulder. He turned around to face a throne behind him. "What's the plan of action?"
The throne's occupant was blocked out by darkness, it had a blue and red glowing sword leaning against the right arm of the throne as it leaned back on the throne. "Keep a Watcher on each of them, and wait for the pieces to come together before striking. I want them all at once." It answered in a male voice with a calm tone.
The other's eyes seemed to narrow. "Wouldn't it be a better plan to isolate them and capture them one by one?" He asked.
"Are you questioning my orders, Nightingale?!" The occupant asked his calm demeanor suddenly changing into anger he leaned into the light far enough so only his dark green eyes were visible.
The cyborg pegasus named Nightingale shuffled a bit at the glare. "No, Master, I'm not..." He answered nervously. "I'm just saying that-"
"Get back to work, and don't report back to me until the pieces meet." The occupant growled standing up and walking to a door behind the throne. The sword was enveloped in a ethereal yellow aura as it was carried into the room.
Nightingale turned around to face the screen again. He tapped his hoof twice on the ground, causing a soft mechanical hum to emanate from the floor beneath him. "Sorry Master, but we need that pegasus."
*Harmony... will reign... forever...
