Adagio ate all the fish in the aquarium much to the displeasure of Mr. Rich. After that, he started feeding her regularly but the fish tasted funny and it made her feel weird.

“See told you Silver, my dad always gets what he wants, unless I am the one asking,” Diamond said, showing her Adagio.

“Oh wow your dad has the coolest stuff,” Silver said, removing the lens cap on her camera.

"Make sure to get a good picture for the flyer," Diamond said.

Silver started snapping photos, the camera flash bothered Adagio but she couldn’t muster the energy to respond. She slowly turned away closing her eyes waiting for the bright spots in her eyes to fade.

“I don’t think she like’s the camera Diamond.” Silver said putting the camera.

“Doesn’t matter we got the photos now. Let’s head back to the office, we can use the printers there to make flyers,” She said and walked out of the room.

Silver looked at Adagio who was floating showing her backside and felt sorry for her.

“Silver are you coming?” Diamond called out.

“Yes sorry,” She said and quickly left the room.

Kevin Clydesdale was the go-to guy if you wanted something moved. Mr. Rich called on him often when every he needing to deliver furniture. Other times if somepony was moving in or out usually he would be the one pulling the trailer. It wasn't a glamorous job but he was glad to put his muscles to use. On the side, he worked on fixing trailers.

“Mr. Clydesdale!” Willy said, walking quickly pulling his wheels along.

“Hey Willy, how are the wheels?” Kevin said, lowering his head to be more at eye level with him.

“There fine but that’s not why I am here,” Willy said, looking up at Kevin who was almost twice the height of a normal size pony.

“Well, then how can I help by best bud?” Kevin said, sitting down.

“I am looking for Adagio,” Willy said.

“Who is Adagio?” Kevin said not sure.

“Adagio is that fish pony, the one in the large tank,” Willy said, looking at him.

“Ooohhh, yes I remember now,” Kevin scratched his goatee with his right hoof.

“Where is she?” Willy asked.

“At Mr. Rich house, He asked me to bring her there,” Kevin answered looking at Willy.

“Did anyone even ask her, what she wanted,” Willy said stomping his front hooves. He quickly turned around and walked away as his wheels squeaked behind him.

“Willy!” Kevin said, standing up to watched him go. "What has got him all worked up?" He asked himself and sighed.

He started to head back inside his barn. He stopped in his tracks and started coughing out loud, then spat out some blood before continuing inside.

“This is ridiculous, I’m no packmule,” Diamond complained, pulling a small wagon full of flyers. “Want to take turns?” She asked Silver.

“Let me think about that,” Silver said, rubbing her chin in thought. “Ummm, No,” She answered quickly.

Diamond frowned and keep moving forwarding pulling. She noticed a young pony pulling wheels behind him instead of using his back legs, he was rapidly approaching them.

“Diamond, wait up,” Willy called out stopping in front of them quickly, which kicked up some dust in the air.

Diamond coughed covering her face. “Willy, watch where you are going,” She said in an angry voice.

“Sorry, but I need to ask you something..,” He said, sounding out of breath then noticed Silver and blushed.

“I don’t have all day, what do you want to ask?” Diamond said, waving her hoof getting his attention.

“Oh ya, Adagio, I want to see Adagio,” Willy said, turning his attention to Diamond.

“Who is that?” Diamond said, sounding frustrated.

Willy noticed the stack of flyers and saw a picture. Quickly he grabbed the flyer on the top and showed her.

“This is Adagio,” He pointed to the picture on the flyer.

“Hey don’t go taking stuff without permission,” Diamond said grabbed the flyer from him. “If you want to see it, then you will have to buy a ticket like everyone else.” She said, pointing to the price on the fly.

“100$ bits, I don’t have a hundred bits,” He said with a sigh looking disappointed.

Silver walked up to Diamond and whispered in her ear. Diamond rolled her eyes and then nodded.

“I can give you a sneak peak, but you’ll have to pull all these flyers to my place,” Diamond said with a smirk.

Willy looked at the small wagon stacked full. “Hook me up.” He said with determination.

Sunset slowly walked into the mine shaft, she powered up her horn creating a small floating ball of fire lighting up the way.

“I got to admit Sunset, your magic sure is impressive,” Rarity said, walking behind her.

“I took the same classes as Twilight when I was younger,” Sunset said, looking at the old beams holding up the walls.

“What was Twilight like in class?” Rarity asked, watching her step.

“Like a nerd,” Sunset answered.

“That’s not nice,” Fluttershy said, speaking up.

“In a good way, she was always trying to help me learn,” Sunset said, walking.

“Why did ya steal Twilight’s crown?” Applejack asked curiously.

“I was jealous and selfish back then,” Sunset said as she kept going.

After about 15 minutes they came up to a fork in the tunnel and noticed that it slip into two different directions.

“So which one will it be? Door number 1 or door number 2,” Pinkie said out loud sounding like a game show host.

“It’s too dangerous to split up,” Sunset said, closing her eyes using her horn, then pointed her hoof to the left. “This way I think.” She said and started walking left.

“Sure hope yer right,” Applejack said.

“That's left Applejack,” Pinkie said with a giggle causing the others to shake their heads.

After walking for a long time the air started to feel humid and warm. Then there was the sound of pickaxes striking against rocks as they walking further down the mine shaft. They noticed an opening to a larger chamber. Then there was the sound of hooves clopping, crunching against the rocky ground. Sunset extinguished her fireball when she started to notice a light. The light got brighter, then they saw a young earth pony covered in dirt and dust. She was pulling a cart full or raw gems of different shapes and sizes. There was a small oil lamp attached to it allowing her to see as she kept moving.

“This is terrible…” Fluttershy started to say but Applejack covered her mouth.

There was the sound of something large moving around in the next chamber.

“Mm, m, Mr. Ripjaw, I got more gems,” The young pony said sounding nervous.

Applejack recognized the voice and quickly started to push her way forward but was blocked by Sunset who held her back shaking her head. The was a low rumble and then the sound of crunching.

“Not good enough,” A deep low voice said as it spits out the gem.

“I don’t understand sir this is what you asked for,” The girl sound frightened.

“Yellow and red gems have more energy, these dark blue gems are not worth my time,” The voice echoed causing some dust and dirt to fall. “Go back to your post, inform the others that I will only accept yellow and red gems,” He said.

They watched Babs walking past the entrance with her head lowered pulling the half full cart with her. Sunset could feel the rage coming off of Applejack. Her body was tense and steam was coming from her nostrils.

“You big bully, you won’t get away with this!” Twilight voice yelled out. Applejack stopped moving when she heard her voice.

“So you keep repeating,” Ripjaw answered not concerned.

“What kind of dragon ponynaps children and uses them to dig for gems?” Spike's voice yelled out.

“I am more than just a dragon,” He said and started to move away. “This conversation is over,” Ripjaw said leaving the chamber.

After waiting a few minutes to make sure the coast was clear. Applejack was the first to stick her head out of the opening and looked into the chamber. The chamber glittered with fragments of gem shards embedded in the walls. This provided an eerie glow allowing them to see without the need of torches, it was like walking inside a christmas tree. She spotted Twilight in a room dug into the wall behind bars. Her horn was covered in some kind of tape. Spike was across the room in a cage locked up.

“Twilight,” Applejack whispered and quickly walked to her.

“Applejack, careful if he sees you he will harm the children,” Twilight said, happy to see her friend but worried.

“She is not the only here,” Sunset said, walking into the dim lit chamber followed by Rarity, Pinkie, and Fluttershy.

“Sunset, Pinkie, Rarity, Fluttershy,” She said with a large smile looking at them.

“Spikey-wikey, darling I missed you,” Rarity said, walking quickly to Spike’s cage and used her magic to unlock it.

“Rarity,” Spike said and hugged her close.

Sunset used her magic to bend the bars open allowing Twilight to step out.

“I loved to tell you what happened, but we need to move quick before he comes back,” Twilight said, taking charge.

Willy moved forward with determination pulling the cart full of flyers with only his front hooves.

“Willy please let me help,” Silver said, looking concerned.

“I can do this just watch me,” He said, pulling as they slowly walked up a small hill on the trail.

“Silver, if he really wants to see that fish he will have to earn it,” Diamond said with her nose pointing up in the air.

“She’s not a fish,” Willy said with a grunt as he kept moving.

“Let’s see, she lives under water, has gills, flipper, and fins, sounds like a fish to me,” She said, leading the way.

“She’s my friend!” He yelled out moving faster to the surprise of Diamond.

“Actuality she is a siren,” Silver said, trying to correct them.

“Not helping Silver,” Diamond said, sounding annoyed.

After a few minutes, they reached the gate to Mr & Mrs. Rich’s house.

“At last,” Willy said relieved wiping the sweat from his forehead.

“Not quite yet, you still got to bring them inside,” Diamond said as she opened the gate.

“Aw really,” Willy said, lowering his head and then started pulling again.

Silver looked at Diamond for a moment and then walked quickly catching up to Willy.

*****

Spike was clawing at Twilight’s horn removing the tape that was covering it.

“Thanks, Spike, now can you help Pinkie and Fluttershy find the children. We need to get them out of here quickly,” Twilight said pointing to the smaller mine shaft where the sound of pickaxes were coming from.

“Roger,” Spike said making an army salute and then showed Pinkie and Fluttershy the way.

“I don’t wish to be a bother Twilight, but what are we going to do?” Rarity asked.

“We need to buy some time, Mr. Ripjaw is very punctual, he checks in every hour,” She said looking around the chamber and spotted some huge boulders. “Ok we need to move those boulders and close up that large mine shaft,” Twilight said pointing with her hoof.

“There way too heavy Twilight,” Sunset said shaking her head.

“That is why Rarity is here if we combine are magic then we can,” She said standing next to her.

“Oh dear, I hope I can keep up with two princesses,” Rarity said, walking up next to Sunset and Twilight.

They closed their eyes and their horns started glowing in sync. Then opening their eyes they focused on the first boulder. The large rock glowed and slowly lifted off the ground. It slowly floating until it was placed in front of the large mine shaft. They continued moving more rocks closing up the opening.

Fluttershy and Pinkie kept their heads low since the ceiling of the shaft was getting lower.

“I don’t think we can go much further Spike,” Fluttershy said.

“That is why he needed children, there smaller and can get into tight places,” Spike said getting on all fours. “Stay here, I will get them.” He said and kept going.

“Careful Spike,” Pinkie said watching his tail.

*****

“Make sure you clean your hooves and don’t touch anything,” Diamond said, watching Willy.

She leads Willy into the study that looked more like a pawn shop full of rare collectibles. He looked around and then spotted a statue and then past it was a very large aquarium built into the wall.

“Adagio!” Willy walked quickly up to the glass and looked at her. Adagio was staring at the statue not paying attention to him. He waved his right hoof trying to get her to notice him but she looked drugged. “What’s wrong with her?” Willy asked looking at Diamond.

“She’s fine my dad has been training her, now she is nice and quiet,” Diamond said with a smile.

“No this is wrong!” He yelled out looking at Adagio and started to tap on the glass with his hoof.

Adagio keep hearing her name as she looked at her sister. One memory of the past came to her.

“Don’t worry Adagio, the currents may be leading us in different directions, but one day we will see each other again.” Allegro voice said.

“But sister, I don’t want to be alone,” Adagio called out.

“You have Sonata, Aria now and I am sure that one day you will find love like me,” Allegro said with her hoof hooked around a male siren.

“Fine but, I will still miss you,” Adagio said crossing her hooves swimming near an underwater home covered by some carefully stacked rocks.

“May the great mother of the sea protect you,” Allegro swam up and kissed her sister on her forehead before swimming off with her mate.

“Adagio!” A male voice called out with the sound of thumping.

Adagio blinked snapping back to reality and slowed looked down noticing Willy.

“That’s enough Willy, I told you not to touch anything,” Diamond said and pulled him away from Aquarium by his wheelchair.

"Willy," Adagio said under water but he could not hear her. She saw that the little one with a tiara on her head was trying to pull him away.

I got to get out of here. She looked at her sister and spotted the gem. Time to go, Adagio slammed her hoof on the glass which got Willy's attention.

"Yes Adagio I am here," Willy said locking his wheels.

"That's it I, am going to get my dad right now," Diamond said quickly letting going and walking past Silver who was just watching.

Adagio waved to Willy, then pointed at him and made the motion with her hooves covering her ears. She opened her mouth and started to scream out. At first, there was nothing at then the sound of high pitch tone.

Willy covered his ears as the sound got louder. Silver also covered her ears crouching down.

"What in Equestria is going on?" Mr. Rich yelled out as he followed Diamond back into his study. Covering his ears he looked at the Siren with her mouth wide open.

The glass on the Aquarium started cracking. Mr. Rich quickly grabbed Diamond and Silver as the glass shatter into a thousand pieces. The rush of water knocked over most of his collectables and pushed Mr. Rich, Diamond and Silver back against the rear wall.

Willy coughed as the rush of water subsided. He blinked and looked as Adagio dragged herself across the wet floor over the broken pieces of glass and collectables. She reached the statue and balanced herself pushing up with her rear flipped. Her hooves reached around her petrified sister holding her in a hug. Adagio looked into her sister's eyes one last time.

"You kept your promises Allegro, now it is time for me to go," Adagio said and then there was a bright red glow between her and Allegro.

By the time the red glow faded Adagio was gone and only the statue remained missing the red gem that once was attached to it.

"No, no, no..." Mr. Rich said letting go of Diamond. He looked at what remained of his collection. Slowly he walked up to the broken Aquarium, pieces of glass crunched under his hooves.

"Well, you still have the statue Dad, and it is one of a kind," Diamond touched the statue with a gentle tap.

The statue started to crumble as it changed into sand covering the wet floor.

Silver looked left and then right. "Where is Willy?" She asked.
