In an attempt to scour more Forerunner technology to further advance humanity's technology, a glyph was found in one of the Forerunner's abandoned facility in the outer colonies stated there is a Forerunner shield world in the Horse head nebulae containing massive amounts of information detailing the Forerunner's and their technology. It has been 10 years since the Human-Covenant war but the idea of the Covenant loyalist attacking UNSC fleets had been common in the recent years, and is most likely tracking the major fleets to ambush them.
