During a mission to capture Al-Asad a nuclear bomb goes of killing most of the Marines within range of the detonation. This included Sgt. Paul Jackson and his team who had moments ago went to go save the pilot of Deadly.

After the helicopter crashes Jackson survives to see the aftermath of what the nuke has done. He was expecting to die after he collapsed, but faith had other plans for him.

Now stuck in Equestria with only his weapons, military knowledge and training, and a bunch of colorful talking ponies. How will he survive his new life.
