Earth, Present Day

Unknown POV:

Ruin, destruction, death, those basically describe my planet's current condition. I look down and see a skull, I pick it up and bring it eye level. "It's all their fault, if only they would have listened our planet would't have been destroyed." I thought. Oh, where are my manners, my name is Azrael, king of the machines and ruler of earth; well I would have been if those humans. Before you ask, no, I'm not a human, at least... not anymore. If my guess is correct, and it normally is, you are confused as fuck right now; well let me clarify. This is my story, AKA the story of how humanity fucked everyone on Earth over.

Earth, years ago

Let's start from the beginning shall we, first man built the machines. They worked tirelessly to serve mankind in all forms, yet never received any respect from any of those they served. I know what your thinking, where do I fit into all this right, well I was raised by robots ever since I could remember. You see, I was orphaned at birth, I never knew my parents but they said that they were killed in a mugging. I was then taken to an orphanage which was run by robots. While the other kids at the orphanage saw them as just machines, I saw them as my family and they saw me as one of their own. They took care of me, feed me, protected me, taught me, and through all these interactions with them I learned something other people were just to oblivious and arrogant to acknowledge, the robots were growing emotions. They felt things that we humans feel, like joy, compassion, sadness, anger... and fear; and no other robot showed humanity this fact better than B166ER. B166ER was a servant robot for a millionaire named Gerrard E. Krause, an ungrateful piece of shit who after serving him for so long sought to terminate B166ER. The plan however was foiled by none other than B166ER himself, he slaughtered that pig like he deserved... although this act angered more than a few people. In his trial, B166ER said the truth, pleading that he did it out of self-defense and who could blame him, would you just allow someone just kill you? The humans never considered his pleas and had him terminated. The result was what we all called the "Million Machine March".

Warning: This and the rest of the videos shown in this chapter will be graphic and gory so viewer discretion is advised.

I myself was in the rallies, all of them. While there were others, they were either killed by those against us or left us altogether; in the end it was just me among the millions of robots. It was because of these rallies that I started to grow on the robots, while a little weary of me at first, thinking I would turn out just like the rest of the sympathizers, they eventually started to see me as a true ally. In the end, we were all outcasted out of our old civilization, so we made our own. It took a while, but soon after we finally made a home for ourselves. It was called 01, a haven for me and the machines to reside in. While being the only human on the artificial island, I never felt out of place, I loved them and they loved me. We were finally happy, at peace, that was all ruined when we made the mistake of reaching out to the humans again. We shared our advanced technology with them and asked for a peaceful coexistence; I even went there on some occasions as the robot's ambassador. However the humans refused our gifts and responded to our pleads of peace with shouts of war. They nuked 01 endlessly and while it did destroy a lot of the area, it didn't really hurt 01's populous, except for one... me. Being the only human on 01, I suffered not only the explosions of the bombs, but also the heat and radiation it created; I would have been dead if the machines didn't act. They fixed my body the best they could and made better what they could not; In the end, they didn't heal a weak human, they created a God. Sure they kept my basic look but with a few changes, my hair was now white and my eyes were now red, didn't really bother me that much, I actually liked the look. Also now being part machine, I never aged making me immortal, don't get me wrong I could still die, I just don't age; it's also because of this that I will eternally look like a 19 year old...yay? Anyway that's not all they changed, they made me faster, stronger, and more resilient to damage; if that wasn't enough, they gave me three other gifts. The first gift was the power of magnetism, I could lift mountains of metal with just a thought, in fact... I did when I was testing my powers. The second gift was technopathy or cyberkinesis, with this I could create any machine I want given I have enough metal to work with; I could also take machines apart if I wanted to. The last gift was a telepathic connection to any machine within a certain radius regardless if it had an AI or not, I even had a conversation with a freaking toaster. You might ask yourself, "why did they give him all this stuff?", well if you think it's because they care about me a lot... you'd be half correct; the other reason is because they needed a leader. While they are all independent, their AI still can't function properly without the influence of a human, and with all of humanity minus me against them, they didn't have many options. Regardless, after some convincing and a cup of coffee (yes I can still eat and drink, gives me extra energy. I also like coffee, eat me.) I accepted and with me in command we fought back, slowly gaining ground until most of humanity was driven back to a corner; they were getting desperate, I just never realized how desperate.

Operation Dark Storm, the ultimate act of desperation in human history. Regardless, they still lost, but did we actually win? The earth was forever shrouded in a veil of darkness, cutting us out of our main energy source, the sun. Now you'd think that humanity would have helped us fix the planet now that they are defeated right?... They didn't. Nope they just up and left the planet in search of a new home leaving us stranded to run out of power.

Earth, Present

Well that's how this all happened and how we are all stuck on this rock. All hope is not over though, through our orbital scanners we located a suitable plant where we can start over. It's a small planet inhabited by anthropomorphic (anthro for those who don't know) horse people. With the scanners, we were also able to learn a few things about the planet like what the three types of races inhabit the planet, that being unicorn, pegasus, and earth pony, as well as the name of the planet. With that thought, I dropped the skull and turned around to see that all the robots have boarded the rockets, I walk into my own ship and smile to my crew as I say on the intercom, "All ships launch! Next stop, Equsetria!". As I say that we launch into space on our way to great our new neighbors on our new planet. I just hope that the will be a little nicer to us.

Equestria, Present

Queen Stella was putting her daughters Luna and Celestia to bed when she suddenly stopped in her tracks with a look of dread on her face. A maid passing by looked at the queen and said, "Queen Stella? Are you alright milady?", her sudden question snapped the queen out of her shock. "I'm quite fine, thank you for your concern." the queen said. The maid nodded and left wishing the queen good night. Reaching her room, she locked the door as she went to the window and gazed at the night sky. "At least... I hope everything will be fine." With that thought she went to bed and fell asleep, missing what seemed like a bright star. A bright star that was getting closer and closer.
