Gallant Mind was a great detective. During his short career, he solved cases both hot and cold with ease. He foiled villain plots and was the poster colt for the Royal guard academy. He even once stopped an attempt on the royal nephew's life. Gallant Mind was Equestria's detective. He now sits in Equestria's admax prison on death row for crimes he committed. He is surprised to learn he has been given a stay of execution, much to his confusion.
