7: The Transformation, For Real This Time
Previous ChapterYou guys are awesome. 58 favorites and 78 comments (at the time of typing this), with 3 comments and 3 favorites on my song, and 3344 views across this and my song. I apologize for my childish behavior last chapter, but, seriously? I would rather have a comment that a favorite any day on my Musescore and this.
And to be nice, I'll include any of Link dialogue in this chapter.
...Despite the fact this is about Pinkie and Rainbow Dash and Link's name may be mentioned only under dialouge.
Rainbow Dash opened her eyes to the pink, fluffy tail of her party palooza pal (Try say that ten times fast.) lying on her face. It had snowed last night, so there was snow littering the ground and the two of them. What am I doing here?
Memories of yesterday flooded back to her. She tried to organize her thoughts. Navi. Parasprite, no, not a parasprite. Cupcakes. She shuttered. Polka. Fluttershy. Possessed. Pinkie. PINKIE! "Pinkie!" She yelled, surprised at the low, gravelly stature of her voice.
"Yes, Rainbow Dash?" Pinkie stood up and turned around. She screamed, "Ma-ma-MANTICORE!"
Manticore? What? "What are you talking about?" Rainbow looked around to find they were the only ponies standing around.
"Rainbow Dash? Is that you? What are you doing in a manticore costume? It looks so realistic too."
Terror struck Rainbow as she looked down at her dark brown, furry body. Spreading out her wings, she found they where more bat like. She stood up and was surprised to find her entire structure was changed. Her bones were no longer hollow. Her hooves were now paws and, for the first time, felt the ground beneath her. Then a thought appeared to her.
"Why are you still a pony?"
"I'm Pinkie Pie, silly!"
"Wha- How? Right. Pinkie." That would have to do, for now. Meanwhile they must save Fluttershy. "Come on Pinks lets go do this thing."
"Okay-dokey-lokey-smokey then!" How she could be so energetic with her polka instruments tied around herself was beyond Rainbow.
"K, I think she headed towards Ponyville."
"Lead the way, McDuff."
"McDuff?"
But Pinkie was already on her way towards Ponyville, playing a Old McDonald on her instruments, for no apparent reason. Rainbow soon followed in confusion.
You may be asking yourself: Why is this chapter so late? What do you mean? Is it really late, or are you just early?
Exactly.
"Excuse the awful mess. My little sister had her friends over, and-"
"I, Photo Finish, do not care about your pity problems. Are my dresses finished?"
"Uh, yes. Yes! Here they are! I think you will be most pleased." Rarity pulled a rope, revealing a bright pink dress with a large, poofy skirt. It was decorated with bright red rubies, seeing as gems were Rarity's 'thing'.
"They good. I go now." and with that she called for her slaves to carry her away.
Rarity pulled the curtain closed with her magic and was just about to start cleaning up the mess, when she heard a high pitched, German scream, causing Rarity to chuckle and turn around to see a terrified Photo Finish rush in, look around, and race into Rarity's changing room. She heard the door lock behind the distraught fashionesta.
After staring at the lock door for a couple seconds, she chuckled, then laughed outright. Well, as much as a lady would. But what would have caused Photo to act like this? Creeping around the corner, she spotted the tentacled mask tormenting Photo's slave ponies. Rarity's mouth hung open in amazement and fear. She had to do something. Looking around the shop she got one of the stupidest ideas she had ever gotten.
For all your hard work commenting, I will skip to the action instead of annoying you with a cut to something else.
"Stop you fiend!" Rarity scream.
Majora turned to see a pile of buckets, baking sheets, and other metal items with a broom levitating in a light blue light. Must be another futile attempt at beating me. He let out an evil hackle.
"Come to play?" the mask asked.
"Uh, yes? I believe I have, you gruffian." She was just buying time until they had escaped.
The demon laughed. "I just wanted to play!"
Rarity cringed. He was like a demonic Pinkie. "Uh, okay. Why don't you go play over there." That usually got rid of Pinkie.
"Do you not like me? Can't I play with you?"
"What do you want to play?" She was scared of the possibilities.
"I don't like you. You ask too many questions." At that he started shaking.
Rarity noticed Photo's servants were gone, so she rushed into the boutique before she was transformed. Majora, luckily didn't care enough to follow, so he headed toward the library, which she just now noticed was smoking. She ran over to the phone to call the fireponies.
I need more time to think of the next part, and a new chapter is waaaay overdue, so I guess I'll have to leave it here. I guess it's a short chapter. Next chapter will have the fight between Link and Majora. Maybe even some Pinkie and her new manticore friend.
Once again, I'm sorry for the short chapter. Leave a comment with suggestions for the fight. And click that green thumbs up if you are enjoying the story so far. You know you waaant toooo.
