Chrysalis turns herself in because she blames herself for the death of race besides herself. she spends most of her time in the dungeon of canterlot. Celestia feel sympathy for chrysalis and takes is on herself to redeem chrysalis. At least now she can do something. Unfortunately later she gets more then what she was hoping for.
