In the future of Equestria the world has progressed, cybernetic augments and enhancements have become commonplace. You obviously have two sides to the idea, purists that are against the "pollution" of the body, and then you have those that embrace it. Applejack is a swat team member of Cantercity, a sprawling metropolis that came to be from Canterlot expanding and merging with Ponyville. The neon lit skyscrapers reach to the skyline as violence and crime fills the city, from criminals abusing their augments, to purists firebombing augment clinics. It is up to Cantercity law enforcement to do the best they can to keep the peace.
