It was a normal day in Ponyville. The school ponies had just finished their lessons and were racing their friends to unknown destinations. Applejack was selling apples and talking with some of her customers. Pinkie Pie was bouncing around while she hummed a rather familiar tune.

She suddenly stumbled in the dirt as a painfully hard object came in contact with her hooves. She landed with a loud thud, "ouchie, that smarts." The pink earth pony declared as she stood up, "and now to rid the earth of that rock or what ever it was."

She turned around and pressed her muzzle to the dirt. She looked around and suddenly out of the corner of her eyes, she saw a sparkly object. She stared at the thing, it's colors glistemed in the sunlight causing a magnificent glow. She squealed as she began to frantically dig it up from it's dirt prison.

"I wonder where it came from!" Pinkie Pie smiled as she examined the ring, "maybe Twilight can shed some light on this!"

Pinkie Pie stuck the ring into her hair. Unknown to everypony else, the pink pony's hair had tardis technology and was able to not only carry the ring, but a lot of other items as well. She bounced to the castle of Princess Twilight Sparkle, to see if her friend may know anything about the ring.

Once she was there, Pinkie Pie knocked on the door with such force that it opened. Twilight stood in the door way, suddenly she was whacked on the nose by the pink pony. Pinkie noticed and shrugged, "sorry...Hey can I come in?"

"Why not." Twilight said as she rubbed her nose, giving herself a strange accent.

"Thanks!" Pinkie bounced happily inside, "how have you been?"

"Good." Twilight pulled on her nose, soon it made a loud popping sound and was back in place.

"You read any good books lately?" Pinkie asked.

Twilight snooker her head, "no."

"Oh hey, I just remembered something!" Pinkie Pie said as she dug threw her hair. She pulled several objects out of her tangled main. Soon she found what she was looking for, "here!" She handed it to Twilight.

The purple alicorn tilted her head in confusion, "Pinkie, is that a ring?" She asked.

"Yes." Pinkie replied. Suddenly Spike walked down stairs carrying a bouquet of magnificent wild pink and red roses. He looked at the pair with confusion.

"Am I interrupting something?" He asked.

"Nope, I found this pretty ring and I wanted Twilight to see it and maybe find out if it was dropped by magical elfs." Pinkie Pie grinned at Spike. Her eyes then moved towards the flowers he clutched in his claws, "who are those for?"

"I'm giving these to Rarity, maybe she'll wanna go out with me." Spike closed his eyes and brushed his free claw threw his scales.

"Oooh, I hope she says yes!" Pinkie smiled, "you and her just seem like a cute couple!"

"Thank you." The young dragon nodded as he continued to walk down stairs. He waved to them as he opened the door. Once he was gone, Pinkie looked up at Twilight.

"So do you think magical elfs dropped it?" The pink earth pony's eyes widened with excitement and childish hope.

"Pinkie, I highly doubt it's magical, but if you want me to look then I'll look." She took the ring and sat it on a table.

Twilight stepped back and her horn gave off a magenta glow. A beam shot from it and hit the ring, causing it to sparkle. Twilight stopped the spell and nodded, "it definitely has magic in it."

"Awesome!" Pinkie picked up the ring, "I wonder if we may go on and adventure like in Pony of the Rings!"

"I admit, that was a good book but I don't think that will happen." Twilight laughed, "but, this ring is magical and you need to be careful with it."

"Careful is my middle name!" Pinkie grinned, "Pinkameana responsible Careful Pie!"

"Yeah, good luck with that." Twilight replied.

"Thank you!" Pinkie bounced outside, but she then raced back inside, "oh hey, I almost forgot the ring!"

She picked it off of the table and looker at Twilight, "do you think Rarity and Spike will become a couple?"

"I don't know, do you?" Twilight asked.

"Oh yes, I wish they would." Pinkie grinned, "I'd be sad if they didn't get together."

"Well be careful what you wish for PInkie." Twilight replied.

"Didn't I just tell you careful is my middle name?" Pinkie asked, "Pinkameana Re-"

"Yeah, yeah, that's nice. Please leave and have a nice day!" Twilight levitated the pink pony and the ring outside. She then slammed and bolted the door shut. Twilight leaned agents the wall, she didn't need all that craziness today.

Pinkie shrugged and stuck the ring on her hoof. She bounced away humming the same tune from earlier. She didn't notice the ring began to brighten a little and then dim about three times.

Spike walked into The Carousel Boutique, he smiled as the bells on the door rang. Rarity ran into the main room and smiled at him, "why hello Spikey dear!"

"H-hi Rarity." The purple dragon stuttered.

"Funny, I was just thinking of you." She laughed, "Remember that fire ruby you gave me?"

"Y-yes." Spike nodded, he had given her the fire ruby and she used it as a necklace. He noticed she was wearing it right now. Those memories warned his little dragon heart, causing him to smile.

"Oh are those roses?" She asked, "I just love them this time of year."

"Th-their for you..." He held put the bouquet to her.

"Oh Spike you didn't have to." She smiled kindly. Suddenly a magical force brought them together and their lips met.

Spike pulled away, "this is random but I li-" the magic caused him to shut up and kiss her. The two loved each other but this was crazy. Suddenly Sweetie Belle walked in from the kitchen, a small white chef's hat sat on her head.

"Sis, I got lunch ready, it's-" the small unicorn began, but once she saw Spike and Rarity kissing she stopped. Sweetie Belle took a smoke bomb and threw it on the ground, it shattered and filled the room with dark smoke. Once it was gone Sweetie Belle was nowhere to be seen.

She peered from behind the corner to see if they'd stopped kissing. Spike and Rarity were no longer kissing, they were however rating at each other blushing. Sweetie Belle sighed as she realized she hadn't been noticed, "those ninja classes me and my friends have been taking really are worth stealing money from Rarity's bank account!"

Sweetie Belle watched as Spike held Rarity's hooves, "would you maybe go out with me?"

Rarity nodded, "of course Spikey darling!"

Sweetie Belle watched them leave together happily. She stared for a moment and blinked. She then looked around, "what just happened?"

Pinkie Pie held the ring in her hooves as she examined it. Twilight said it was magic, so why wasn't there any magicay beams coming from it? She, for no reason what so ever turned her head to the left and saw Rarity and Spike. The two were sitting in the outdoor seats of a fancy restoraunt.

"Oh are you two dating?" She asked as she raced towards them.

"Yes." Rarity didn't look away from Spike. The two stared into each other's eyes.

"When did you start?" Pinkie asked.

"It just sort of...happened." Spike said as he continued to stare at Rarity.

"How long have you been dating?" Pinkie grew a little bit annoyed.

"Just today." Rarity replied, her voice sounded as though she were in a trance.

"Ooh!" Pinkie began to bounce, "can I throw a party for our lucky couple?"

"Spike bit his lip and sat more straight in his seat, "you know, Rarity. We should tell our friends that we're dating."

Rarity nodded with a smile, "your very right Spikey."

"Oooh, I can call it the 'Rarity and Spike are finally dating' party!" Pinkie grinned at the pair. They looked at her, a hint of annoyance on both their faces, "and I need to get the equipment so I should go." She raced away like a bullet.

Pinkie sat down in the dirt, her stomach growled fearcfully. She began to ponder about Rarity and Spike's relationship. If she had wished they would date then maybe the ring's magic could grant wishes! She decided to test it, she picked it up and stared deeply into the jewels that lay across it's surface, "I wish that I could have a bunch of cupcakes"

Suddenly Mrs.Cake walked out of Sugar Cube Cornners and waved to her, "Pinkie dear, I baked way to many cupcakes then I should have. Would you mind eating them for me?"

Pinkie stood up, her mouth opened in shock, "yes!" She looked at the ring, "it works! Oh Celestia it works!"

She ran inside and smiled at Mrs.Cake, "this is the best day ever!!!"

I'm not a shipper of sparity...but....I don't think I should remove it, not sure... I mean, I have followers who like it so I might as well keep it.
