Twinkle on the Moon

Chapter Four

Sugar Belle put one last missing poster. It titled Missing:Night Glider. It had a picture of Night Glider,Party Favor,Double Diamond and Sugar Belle all posing with Twilight in the background. It was in the very time they had lived in half there life. It was an isolated town where cutie marks were illegal and taken by a "stick".

"Another one?"Party Favor asked from behind her.

"Yeah."Sugar Belle blushed.

"Are you ever gonna take a break?"He asked her.

"No. I really miss her."Sugar Belle reasoned,tears almost dripped from her eyes.

"It okay."Party Favor said as he hugged her gently.

Sugar Belle had never been hugged so..seriously as he just had. It was definitely not a normal friend hug,but something more long and important. It was odd.

Sugar Belle soon escaped his arms and said,"I just really wish she was back,she was like a sister to me...."She almost cried in the middle of her sentence.

"It's okay to cry."He told her.

Sugar Belle hugged him again,purely because she was sad and scared.

"Shh...shh...it's okay."He assured her as he stroked her curly hair.

Sugar Belle cried on him and warmed herself in his arms. She could hear his heart beating like a drum. It soothed her. It felt like they were hugging for the whole night under the street lamp. When in reality it was only a few minutes.

"It's not."Sugar Belle was able to reason under all her tears.

"She'll come back..."He reassured her.

Night Glider had dissapeared mysteriously and in Sugra Belle's house! Therefore she had no no where to stay,since the police were investigating her apartment.

"I don't have anywhere to stay!"She whined a she nuzzles his chest.

"You can stay at my house."He cheered her up.

"Really?"She said as she looked up at him.

"Yes."He kindly replied.

"Thank you!" She squealed as she gave him a tight friend hug.

"Any time."He said as the two walked down the dark sidewalk and to the apartment building.

The four ponies had lived in that apartment for a long time,we'll ever since living in the twin that is. They had just always been friends even when they didn't have cutie marks. It felt like they inseparable,but Night Glider had dissapeared. The big question was she kidnapped or...just ran away. It pained Sugar Belle to think that.

"Here we are."Party Favor welcomed her into his apartment.

Thank Celestia that Party Favor had a bunk bed for both of them to sleep on.

"Do you want the top bunk?"He asked.

"Nah."Sugar Belle replied as she looked around the room.

To be honest she didn't really care about anything at the moment except finding her friend.

The rest of the night was peaceful. Party Favor supplied Sugar Belle with a microwaved burrito for dinner. Then they both slipped in bed. Sugar Belle was tired from putting all the posters up around town. She almost fell asleep instantly but she kept hearing a voice in her head."She is gone."

The voice continued,once Party Favor was asleep,Sugar Belle said,"Who is there?"

The voice replied,"You wouldn't know me."

Sugar Belle then demanded for the mysterious whisperer to reveal themself. That's when a long magically appeared. It was Celestia..only her hair was pure fire and her eyes were filled with sparks of enthusiasm.

"Sugar Belle."The pony began."You are a spirit of the sun. That means you can predict the future and it is your job to stop night spirits from taking over. You,my child,have a friend. Night Glider? Well she is really Skylar,daughter of Nightmare Moon,who is still out there. We must strike her down."

"Who are you even?"Sugar Belle asked.

"Solar Flare. The Celestia you used to know and love."She replied.

Sugar Belle gasped. "Your not Celestia..."

"We must kill your friend...and anyone who gets in our way!"Solar Flare exclaimed.

"No. You aren't the real Celestia,she would never want to hurt anyone!"Sugar Belle protestsed.

"I am the NEW Celestia."The flame mare snapped.

"No! Get out of here."Sugar Belle commanded as she ran to the kitchen and grabbed a knife.

"Suit yourself. I could've given you power...."The mare then dissapeared in a whirl of flames.

Strange things were happening in Equestria....the strangest of all,Party Favor had slept through the whole thing. Remarkable!
