Three months after the Mansion Incident, the case is closed and the survivors' stories about Parasol Industries making bio-weapons are ignored and the outlandish story too unbelievable to be possible. As a result, S.T.A.R.C.O.M. is disbanded and the Crusaders goes missing. Applejack, Big Mac, and Rarity team up to find their missing siblings, while Fluttershy, her older cousin and younger brother, SCPD cadets Solar Comet and Zephyr Breeze heads towards the city. However, the worst possible nightmare has occurred: the SV-21 virus runs rampant and a new virus emerges. All of Stallion City is infested.
