Three months after the Mansion Incident, the case is closed and the survivors' stories about Parasol Industries making bio-weapons are ignored and the outlandish story too unbelievable to be possible. As a result, S.T.A.R.C.O.M. is disbanded and the Crusaders goes missing. Applejack, Big Mac, and Rarity team up to find their missing siblings, while Fluttershy, her older cousin and younger brother, SCPD cadets Solar Comet and Zephyr Breeze heads towards the city. However, the worst possible nightmare has occurred: the SV-21 virus runs rampant and a new virus emerges. All of Stallion City is infested. Blood thirsty zombies, hideous mutations now overwhelm the community. When the six of them arrive in town their nightmare is just beginning…

Prologue

Three months ago, bizarre murders cases occurred in the outskirts of Stallion City. It was later revealed that the terrible disasters had been caused by the t-virus: a mutagenic toxin created by Parasol Industries, an international enterprise with a pharmaceutical branch secretly working on bio-weaponry. The SCPD's special S.T.A.R.C.O.M. unit immediately began an investigation in the affair. Echo Team were the first to go investigate, and went missing for three days; Delta Team was then sent in to investigate the murders and find the whereabouts of their compatriots. The case was apparently closed thanks to the efforts of S.T.A.R.C.O.M. members Applebloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo. But the industries's experiments were far from finished.
