While in Manehattan, trying to help Applejack with a problem, Twilight Sparkle runs into an old enemy. But Trixie seems to have changed for the better. She's settled down and started a fashion business. It's all Twilight could have hoped for the once ostentatious mare.

And sweet Celestia, her ass looks fantastic.
