Daring Do and the Inca Gold

Dear Journal,

I have been gone for three days now and still there is no sign of the legendery gold of the Inca Ponies, I fear that I may have wasted my trip coming out here but I can't give up now for I have come too far but I pray to the Goddesses that they help me find what I'm looking for because I can't do it myself.

Chapter 1
The sky was dark yet Daring Do kept on ignoring the cold brush of wind against her body, her vest had been torn from the weeds and thorns and yet she had kept it on for it held all the stuff she would need to make this journey, such as her hatchet and journal which she kept all her thoughts and things and yet the only thing she had written so far was that of bad news for she still had not found the gold that she had been sure existed for she had poured over so many books on this gold and thought for sure she was in the right spot; But no such luck for the only things she had found was an old tomb that had been ransacked by tomb robbers and she hoped that that was not where the treasure had been for if so she had made this journey for naught…
