Determination in Equestria

"Do you think I ENJOY knowing that part of the reason I am the way I am is the same reason Luna and you spent 1000 years in solitude, yours being more metaphorical? Or that I never have quietly, in the back of my mind wondered about killing myself!? HAVE YOU, DO YOU!!!!??" I yelled, waterfalls of tears running down my eyes.

"...I...no...." Celestia said.

"Don't worry, after tomorrow there won't be a reason to be upset." I said, drying my eyes.

"What?" She asked

"I'm killing the demon, my ancestor." I said. "The reason I'm not now is because I need to sleep, I'm tired, if I tried right now, I'd die on the spot." I said. "I'm going to sleep." I said a as I crawled into bed.

As I saw Faust again a said, "You know what I am going to ask, where is the demon?" I asked.

"In a cave, deep in the Everfree." She said. "But you will need these." She said as she summoned a suit of armor complete with helmet and a sword. "You also need this,l but it'll hurt."

"Go for it." I said. Faust nodded as her horn glowed white and she touched my forehead with the tip. My forehead was THROBBING with pain as I rolled on the floor in agony. As it subsided I asked, "What WAS that?"

"I have given you knowledge of many spells, as well as the ability to learn new ones at an accelerated speed compared to normal ponies." Faust explained.

"farewell." I said as I woke up. After I woke up I saw Luna still asleep on the floor. "Good." I said to myself as I got changed into a white undershirt and some light sweats. I then grabbed my armor with my new levitation magic (BTW my magic aura is black). I carried it with me as I opened a window and used my demon wings (..Guess I forgot to mention those didn't I...) to fly to the Everfree forest, determined to slaughter the demon responsible for Celestia and Luna's 1000 year torment.

When I arrived near the cave I felt like something was off, like this was too easy to be the one who brought about Night Mare Moon. I also knew that somepony was watching me. Before I entered the cave I put my armor on over my cloths. I entered the cave while using an orb of light, and I saw that there was a narrow path and then a large open area. I walked into it and noticed something all over the floor, I didn't even have o look down. The liquid was pony blood. "Hey there Nightmare, Its your great,great grandson. Are you going to say hello?" I asked.

"Oh hello Nick I hadn't noticed you walking in. Do you like what I've done with the place?" Nightmare asked motioning to the floor.

"No, no I do not." I said.

"Hey kid, where's your family, they were supposed to-"

"Shut up, they are dead. They were beaten, my mother died from it and my father died about an hour later." I interrupted, anger rising, she knew all of this. My head started hurting.

"Well I bet your new parents loved you as much as your real ones." She said, and THAT put me over the edge. My head's pan rising, my teeth hurt, my eyes feel weird, my dark power growing (STILL not an inuendo).

I walked closer to Nightmare. "You know what, let's do something fun." I said continuing to walk, hitting her in the stomach as I finished.

"Let's make this a good time." We said in unison as I teleported towards the beginning of the room we were in.

I raised the sword Faust gave me "I shall christen this blade in your blood!" I said as I ran at her. Once I got close enough I swung my blade at her but she dodged

"COME ON I BET YOUR FATHER HITS HARDER!" Nightmare said. She then rushed at me, I got ready but the attack came from behind and I looked at myself in the blood, Black hair, Sharp teeth, and eyes that were like Night Mare Moon's except they were dark green and blood red in the outer-part and iris respectively.

"Insult me all you want..." Nightmare looked at me with pure terror, "BUT NOPONY AND I MEAN NOPONY TALKS ABOUT MY FATHER LIKE THAT!!!!" I yelled as I rushed at her. As I got close I teleported behind her and I cut her head off. Her blood, was black and spewing everywhere. Feeling satisfied, I reverted to normal. "Hey girls, like what you saw?" I asked the elements, knowing that they were watching the fight.

"That was...." Rainbow started.

"I don't care." I interrupted bluntly,"It was the demon's fault." I said, she was the one who caused Celestia and Luna's suffering." I said, "So ancestor or not I killed it." I said.

"Wait the demon that was your ancestor..."Twilight started.

"Yes she was my demonic ancestor, now girls do me a favor, don't go around telling everypony about this. Now I am NOT asking you to lie for me, nut if possible I would like to be the one to reveal this about myself." I said, I saw the edges of my vision going black. "Twilight, can you do me a favor and take us home?" I asked as I passed out from exhaustion.
