A Moon Full Experience

You open your eyes to discover you've wound up in a darken void that seems familiar. Hints of fog were covering your ankles with a chill tingling them.

"...What the hell is this place?" you ask yourself as you slowly stroll around the dimension of darkness.

You then remembered the last time you were here and quickly look around for any creepy claws slithering around to grab you like last time.

"Don't worry, no ones around...well except for us two," says a familiar echoing voice. It was your own voice talking to you.

"Hey! Where are you?!" you shout out while scoping the area.

"Turn around."

The voice sound much closer from before. Before hand it was almost as if the host was anywhere, but now it feels more focused in the one direction. You then slowly turn your head to find yourself facing...yourself.

You jump slightly from the sight of yourself that wasn't from a mirror.

"Relax, buddy. I mean no harm," he tells you while presenting his hands up in the air slowly.

You back yourself away from doppelganger in caution. "Oh yeah, because the last time we spoke: you meant no harm what so ever! Thanks by the way!" you say sarcastically.

The other you sighs. "Look that was a bit of a...dick move but hey, at least you woke up right?" he asks rhetorically with a cocky grin on his face.

"Yeah well what if I ha-"

The double strolls around the night dimension like it's a common walk in the park. "So you seem to be having fun out there with your new friend," he notes nonchalantly.

"Well..."

"And this Luna, seems to be having fun also," he reminds you.

"Well it's barely her first day. But it's a start somewhere."

"And she seems to be doing well," he starts. "How long's she staying for again?" he asks instantly.

You move towards him. "It's...complicated. It seems she doesn't know how to return to Equestria. Even though it should be simple as t- "

"Yeah, so I heard."

A moment of silence goes by.

"How about a change of scenery?" he says with a quick snap of his fingers to create a grassy field that sporadically rises from the ground beneath the two of you. The dark sky then unveils a into a sky blue colour with the sun rising.

He sits down on the earthy ground. While you remain standing.

"So...what's the plan buddy?" he asks. "A being from another world trapped on earth with a human. Typical," he scoffs.

You stand thinking of an answer for a brief moment. "Well...I'm the only one here who can really help her out."

"But yet, the two of you are still on the learning phase of all this: No offence but you're socially awkward and have no clue what to do. Yet she in a way, she's on the same boat, only with higher knowledge," he briefs out loud. "I mean why did she come here in the first place?" he asks genially.

Your mind rewinds back to the talk you had with Luna back in the forest. "She said she wanted to explore and learn things about Earth and humans. Not sure what exactly, but that's what I got out of it" you answer. "Shouldn't you already know that?"

The one on the floor ponders to himself. "I'm just making sure."

"She said she had to find...me specifically and wants to learn things about...us humans. Like maybe our history or...maybe how we as human beings interact with one another...I don't know."

The other you gets up quickly with a jolt. "Well if she wants to learn more about humans...why not show her yourself? You know?" he persuades. You merely give him a quizzical look. "Take her around town and let her see how different humans are compared to her people! Huh? Show her a good time!"

"What?!" you shout as the nerves shiver around your body.

"Not like that pervert. Unless things work out that way, go for it," he jokes while giving you a light jab to the side. "Think about it! If you show her around it'll help her advance on her human knowledge."

"And it could help us get to know each other a little better," you begin. "We could possibly learn a lot of things about one another: not just personality wise but in culture, history and all kinds of things. Yeah, I think she'll love it!"

"Well then it's settled: Forget about the bad! You show her around as much as possible and...have fun while doing it! Good luck!" he says while walking away and then fading away with a faint sound of fingers being clicked.

"Hey wait!..." You then collapse to unconsciousness. The world around you begins to disappear.
