Unafraid of you

Soul awoke to find himself in a black room where a slight red mist moved around. He was no longer chained and from what he could tell, the monster was no where in sight. However he knew that it, just doesn't want to make itself known yet. Soul pulled himself up with just about every amount of spare energy he had left, and began calling out to the monster. "Damn spawn of Tartarus," Starts breathing heavily "What are you planning? What's your goal, huh?"

There was a light chuckle as a mirror image of Soul appeared from the mist. Everything was exactly identical except for the eyes, the left was black and the right a pupil less crimson. It spoke similar to him, but in a lower tone "Now why would I tell you? You grow weaker as I grow stronger each day. Besides I rule over this realm, remember? But if you must know I want out just like you" he said as the fur became a grey color.

Soul had a face of disgust he'd seen the monster do this ever since he had first acknowledge him. "I wish I had never met you and I wish.."

The Monster had cut him off "Are you joking? You know where you would be right now if I had never come around. You would've been dead or worse, I saved you" it spat. The hooves of the figure turned into claws, and it's mane and coat became as one. The monster had almost showed his true form.

Soul started to back away from the creature as tears appeared from his eyes. "No that's not true, stop twisting my thoughts" he cried sending out a short blast of magic towards the monster.

The monster stopped the magic blast in mere inches from impact and changed the color from blue to red. Once red it was sucked into the creature's crimson eye. "You know I speak the truth, don't you remember that day? The day that WE became trapped here and who's fault was it? Its was because her, she trapped you in this mirror world along with me" the monster claimed as his teeth became sharper than knifes.

Applejack was explaining the things she saw with here friends at twilight's castle in hope to warn them and see if Twilight had any clue on this monster and the Stallion Soul. "And that's how I escaped" she said finally done explaining to here friends of this possible threat.

Twilight was deep in thought trying to process they story. "Well I don't know what to say, for what I can tell this monster will comes after us if we are near a mirror. Until we can find out more of this monster we need to stay away from them, and as for Soul I can ask the Princesses for every town's missing ponies list form the past few years to see if he can come up" she explained watching as Rarity gasped in shock of not being able to look upon herself in a mirror.

"Um Twilight where's Spike and Starlight?" Fluttershy asked softly, noticing that Spike and Starlight wasn't in the room anymore. Everypony began to look around realizing that the two of them had vanished in seconds.

Suddenly a loud cracking noise escaped from the castle as a cracks started to form all over the room. Within seconds the room shattered into millions of pieces and turning into dust that blew away after hitting the flooring and other objects. The six ponies found themselves in a room of endless white light, followed by endless amount of floating frames of many types of windows, mirrors, and other objects.

"What the hay? asked Rainbowdash as she gently pushed a mirror frame, causing it to continue moving till it hit another mirror. Like most of the others Twilight was stunned by the lack of "laws of physics" in where ever they were.

Suddenly a familiar figure began approaching them, it was Discord and he was trying to not laugh his hardest. "Discord is this your doing?" demanded Twilight causing the lord of chaos to burst out laughing. His laughter was his normal Chaotic laugh, till it grew lower in pitch causing Applejack to jump back form remembering who's laugh it really was.

"Hello elements of harmony, it's been an while hasn't it Applejack?" it remarked with a sly grin before becoming a the one red eyed, black unicorn she had one met before. However this time he had claws and razor sharp teeth.

"How can this be we didn't look at a mirror, nor did we had one in the room at the time we were talking." Twilight claimed trying to understand how they had been taken to this world of this creature. The monster only grinned till it stopped no longer than an inch from the area where his eye was and where the other would've been.

"Mirrors are reflective are they not?, so are windows, and..." he was cut off by Twilight who quickly caught where it was going.

"So is the castle's wall. You don't have the ability to take us through mirrors, you can take us from reflective objects" she yelled in fright causing the creature to chuckle.

"Your reputation perceives you, smart as always Princess Sparkle" he complimented before he began his approach once again. As he was only a few steps from reach of the six of them, a short blast of blue light hit the monster and sent him flying into a some of the floating objects and shattering the windows and mirrors that he had hit.

Soul was standing on top of a large glass window, one that you would see in stores in Manehattan. He jumped and landed separating the monster and the others. The monster pulled himself up, and shifted into a much larger version of himself. "Are you ready to defend your self and these little foals now or are you going to run like you do?" it growled growing wings that of a dragon.

Before Soul could speak a voice echoed through out the world. "It's me, are you still in there?" the voice asked causing the monster and Soul to freeze both unable to move.
