Rainbow Dash vs. Twilight Sparkle
Previous ChapterOutside at the soccer field, Rainbow Dash, who's carrying the soccer ball, and Twilight head to the center of the field while the rest of the girls sit at the bleachers. Rainbow Dash and Twilight stands at the center of the field.
Rainbow Dash drops the ball at the center and places her foot on the ball, then gives out the rules to Twilight. "Alright, the rules are simple. First one to five goals wins the game. You cannot use your hands at all times. Got it?"
"Got it." replied Twilight.
"Alright, I'll start things off." said Rainbow Dash.
She kicks the ball and passes Twilight. The girls cheer on at the bleachers hoping that Twilight will win. Rainbow Dash approaches the net and tries to kick the ball towards the goal, but Twilight comes along and intercepts.
"Not on my watch!" shouted Twilight.
She heads toward the net and kicks the ball, she scores. The girls cheer for Twilight scoring her first goal.
"Way to go, Twilight!" shouted Sunset.
Twilight gives a thumbs up at Sunset while she takes a breather.
"Not bad, but lets see if you can try that again four more times." said Rainbow Dash as she picks up the soccer ball.
They head back to the center and Rainbow Dash puts the ball down. She tries to kick the ball to her goal, but Twilight quickly counters the kick and instead kicks the ball to her goal. She approaches the net again, kicks, and scores another goal. The girls from the bleachers are still cheering on for Twilight.
"Wow, I can't believe Twilight is actually winning against Rainbow Dash." said Rarity.
"Well, remember, this is this world's Twilight, not Princess Twilight." said Pinkie Pie.
Rarity grins and replies, "Noted."
Rainbow Dash grabs the ball from the net and says to Twilight, "Only three more goals left Twilight."
Twilight replies, "Yeah, I know that. Lets keep playing!"
They head back to the center and Rainbow Dash kicks the ball. She races towards her goal and kicks, but Twilight comes along and blocks the ball from reaching the net. Twilight then heads to her goal and scores for the third time.
"Two more to go." said Rainbow Dash as she races to the center of the field.
Twilight and Rainbow Dash kickoff again and Rainbow Dash heads for the goal, she tries to kick it, but Twilight tries to intercept. The interception failed and Rainbow Dash manages to score her first goal. The girls are instead booing at Rainbow Dash.
"It's alright darling, you're still in the lead!" shouted Rarity.
Rainbow Dash picks up the soccer ball and says to Twilight, "Looks like I'm starting to catching up to you."
Twilight replies, "It's just one goal Rainbow Dash, but still, I am going to win this game."
They head back to the center and Twilight kicks off. She heads for the goal, but Rainbow Dash quickly intercepts. Rainbow Dash heads for her goal a second time, but Twilight intercepts the ball, heads for the goal, kicks, and scores another goal.
"I gotta say, you're actually going to beat me at this." said Rainbow Dash.
"Really?" asked Twilight.
Rainbow Dash replies, "Of course, you just need one more goal to win, but be careful, I'm gonna play hard to get, so be prepared."
"I'll be prepared for anything." said Twilight as she walks towards center field.
They reach center field and Rainbow Dash kicks off. Twilight tries to intercept the ball, but Rainbow Dash zigzags so that she can't intercept. Rainbow Dash reaches her goal and kicks, but the ball hits the goal post and Twilight manages to steal the ball from Rainbow Dash. Twilight and Rainbow Dash fight for the ball, but Twilight maintains possession. Twilight kicks the ball from a far range, and it hits the net. Twilight scored her fifth and final goal. The girls cheer for Twilight winning against Rainbow Dash.
"Twilight won the game!" shouted Fluttershy as she jumps with joy.
Twilight becomes exhausted and falls to the turf grass. She then takes long, deep breaths in order to cool down.
"Need a hand?" asked Rainbow Dash holding out her hand.
Twilight grabs her hand and is pulled up from the ground.
