Final Bonus Chapter: "The Royal Prank War!"

The Good, The Bad, and The Celestial Butts.

All was silent, not a peep emanating from anypony. In the sky, the two times wrestled each other for control. One side was day, with the Sun hanging high above the world. On the other sky was the Moon, its radiant light raining down on those who chose to bask in it. As to why, well, for the first time in years, there was a war.

Princess Celestia stood on the far end of one of the hallways in Canterlot Castle, a breadstick in her magical grasp. Upon her face was a look of determination, and a small smile. In front of her was a line of her finest guards, two of them being Private Dusk and Private Eclipse, who still had the decorated Lunar Armor on and a clown nose plastered on their muzzle. All of them held pies in their hooves or were suspended in the air by magic. Some of them even had breadsticks of their own.

Princess Luna glared at her sister, a firm and just look on her complexion. She also beared a breadstick in her magic, floating by her side. Her guards donned water balloons and flimsy sticks. This war was last minute, and unlike her sister, she didn't keep pies and breadsticks on standby. Clearly, the older sister knew this was coming and acted accordingly.

“You were supposed to watch the Day Court! Not leave it in ruin!” Princess Celestia broke the silence by yelling at her younger sister, trying to suppress the urge to grin. She knew this was silly and ridiculous, but she was having too much fun. Of course, she would have to make up a lot of Day Court due to missing so much time.

“Well, from my perspective, the Day Court is boring!” Princess Luna replied in a shout, her eyes focused on her older sister. This war may decide the outcome of Equestria for many years to come. She was willing to do whatever she could to win it, even if it meant… Assassinating her with a water gun.

“Then you are lost!” Celestia shouted, pointing her hoof forward at Luna, signaling her guards to attack. The guards let a war cry escape from their mouths as they charged into battle, heaving pies at their allies, er, enemies. They then donned their breadsticks and waited for an opponent to challenge them.

“Charge!” Princess Luna ordered, her guards heeding her call and galloping to meet Celestia’s guards head-on. Water balloons ejected from their hooves and struck a few of the Solar Guards. The ones who were struck quick pulled out permanent markers and drew an X over both of their eyes and dropped to the ground.

Now that all of the ranged weapons were out of commission, they dueled each other in the middle of the hallway. However, the Lunar Guards’ choice of weapons were horrendous, and Celestia’s guards took advantage of it, breaking the weak sticks and leaving them defendless. They then struck and ended their lives… Not really.

Princess Luna groaned out loud and teleported away, leaving Celestia, her guards, and the dead guards. She smirked and prepared herself, but before she left too, she walked up to the guards in the hallway.

“Thank you all, you're all relieved. Private Dusk and Private Eclipse, you're both promoted to Private First Class.” She said walking past them down the hall.

“Really?!” The two guards excitedly said, their eyes wide open and their muzzles curving upwards into a big smile. Princess Celestia turned back to them with a cheeky smirk.

“No.” She quickly said before teleporting out of the hallway. The two guards sighed before leaving to clean themselves up in the shower. They humiliated themselves, she could at least promote them for real.

* * *

Princess Celestia walked slowly through another hallway, keeping any eye out for younger sister. She could strike any moment and she needed to be prepared for it. Her hoofsteps echoed in the hall as she neared her own court room.

“Ha!” Luna screamed out as she jumped out of a room to the side of Celestia, lashing out at her with her breadstick. Celestia defended herself with her own breadstick, blocking her sister’s attacks. Luna kept getting frustrated by Celestia’s blocking, so she bucked her into the court room.

The older sister landed perfectly on her hooves and backed up onto her throne, her breadstick levitating in the air as she breathed through nose, her attempt to not smile failing. She covered her mouth with a hoof as a large grin formed on her muzzle.

“I have the high ground, Luna, don’t try it!” She yelled to her younger sister, who also shared a smirk upon her lips. She then shook her head and regained her ferious glare.

“I’ll try…” Luna muttered before jumping high into the air, closing in on Celestia’s throne. Celestia sliced through the air, decapitating Luna’s breadstick in half. Luna landed right next to her sister and stared at the severed breadstick on the floor.

“... Pizza?”

“Pizza.”

The End.
