The Dazzlings Get Ahold Of The Tell-All
Talk Trash
Load Full StoryNext ChapterLife was abuzz in Canterlot High School. Teens ran from their respective classrooms to their after school activities, their cars, or wherever the 3:00 PM bell sent them. It was outside where Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, and Twilight Sparkle sat on the steps, talking amongst themselves. Twilight pushed up her glasses before finishing her explanation of the importance of Algebra to Rainbow.
"And that's why we need Algebra, Rainbow Dash. Without it, much of our recent technology wouldn't exist!" the adorkable girl smiled as she finished her speech.
"Yeah, okay, sure," Rainbow replied, jotting down random answers to the questions.
Twilight frowned. "You really should actually try to answer them correctly, you know?"
"The day I use (x-1¾)(12.5+x) to find out how much my soccer uniform costs, I'll try."
Twilight rolled her eyes, resting them on Sunset Shimmer and Rarity hauling seven hardcover books towards the girls.
"Hey girls, here's your own, free copy of the Tell-All!" Sunset beamed, handing out the four books she carried.
"Really!? Oh boy! Oh boy! Lemme see!!" Pinkie Pie bounced up and down as she took her copy, smiling as she quickly browsed the book.
Rarity handed the last book to Applejack, opening her own. "These books were dreadfully heavy. Whoever thought that hardcover would be best?"
AJ rolled her eyes at the fashionista. "Pro'ly someone who wants their book to last."
"Um, not that I'm ungrateful, but, aren't we supposed to buy these?" Fluttershy asked meekly.
"Well, Principal Celestia figured since we've saved the world twice, and you guys did three times, we deserved some kind of reward. 'Cause saving the world from a couple of power-hungry, Equestrian magic wielding she-demons gets you a reward," Sunset winked at Twilight. "No offense."
Twilight giggled. She opened her book to look at the things her fellow students wrote, but before she could get passed the first two pages she heard Lyra and Bon Bon start yelling. The scientist looked up to see the table toppled over and a hooded figure running away with a book. She ran to the duo yelling at the thief just as Sunset Shimmer started running after the delinquent, who ran much faster than her.
'Maybe it's these damn heels that are slowing me down.'
Nevertheless, Sunset gave a good chase. She fought against the pain in her feet as she left to pursue the thief off-campus. She rounded the corner of the first block, which led into an alleyway, and tackled the robber. They went down easy, falling into a pile of gravel. From the feeling of the snatcher's body, and being on top of Twilight more than a few times, she knew it was a girl she had just tackled. Sunset made to grab the book but her face met the mugger's elbow with great force, making Sunset lose her grip on the girl beneath her. Shimmer was barely shaking away the pain in her face when she looked up, only to find the hooded girl she tackled now standing. Before she knew it, the former pony was hit with the same book she was trying to get back. Pain flew through her left cheek as the book collided with her face. Her bottom lip shredded from the hardcover corner hooking itself and tearing away at the tender flesh. She gulped away the pain, trying to get back up. As she looked up, she saw the girl walking to a car parked by the sidewalk outside the alley. The hooded woman held the slightly bloodstained book in her hand. As the thief turned around to see the Equestrian trying to stand, she ran back over and swiftly kicked Sunset Shimmer square in the nose, making her land on her back and cover her now broken septum with her hand.
"If I were you, I'd stay down, Sunset Shimmer," the woman gave a menacing chuckle as Sunset groaned in pain.
As if to add insult to injury, the hooded woman slowly pressed the heel of her sneaker onto the hand Sunset was using to hold her nose. Sunset let out an agonizing scream, and the girl lifted her foot off her face.
"It just might save you."
Sunset Shimmer was in blinding pain. She rolled over to spit out the blood in her mouth, holding her nose to stop the bleeding. Seemingly out of nowhere, she heard the sounds of her friends running to her aid from the other end of the alley. She got a glance of her assailant running to a '78 Mustang, which sped away as soon as she got into the car. She heard the approaching footsteps grow louder as she was hoisted up from the gravelly walkway.
"Sunset, oh my gosh, are you okay?!" Twilight asked, hugging her tight. Sunset smiled weakly at Twilight's concern and attempts to avoid causing her anymore pain.
"Darling, we must get you to a hospital!" Rarity yelled, putting Sunset's arm over her shoulder to help her walk. Twilight got the clue and copied Rarity, taking Sunset's other arm in the same way.
Applejack ran ahead to Rarity's car, opening the back door for the three to get in. Sunset figured she couldn't hear the sound of them pulling up in the car, nor the sound of them getting out of the car earlier, due to the pain being inflicted on her. Rainbow Dash got in the front seat to call the hospital to let them know they'd be there soon. As Applejack got in the driver seat and turned on the ignition, Sunset tossed her keys out the window to Pinkie Pie.
"Can you and Fluttershy take my bike home, Pinkie?"
"Okiedokielokie, Sunset! We'll get him home safe! You be safe, too. C'mon Fluttershy!" she jingled the keys, backing away from the car.
"O-okay, bye, Sunset. I'm so sorry you got hurt," Pinkie Pie bounced behind Fluttershy back to the school parking lot.
Applejack put the car in drive and took off. Rainbow Dash handed her injured friend tissues as they drove to the Canterlot Emergency Health Center, all of them afraid and worried about Sunset's injuries.
The girl pulled down her hood to let out the mass of golden locks that seemed to break the laws of physics to hide under that hoodie. Adagio Dazzle smiled with a sinister demeanor, looking at Sunset Shimmer's drying blood on the top right corner of the book. She was able to draw blood from the girl who ruined her life. That was even better than getting the book she and the sirens had been talking about the day before. The book with two whole pages of them.
"Thank you for the ride, Spitfire. I got what I needed."
Author's Note
CUE THE NOT-SO-SURPRISING ENDING!
In truth, I hated breaking my bby's nose. And the torture porn I put her through. I'M SORRY SUNNY! ![]()
I was inspired by these two pages of the Equestria Girls: Canterlot High Tell-All. It upset me greatly. I love my sirens too much to see the writers hating on them.
For those of you who don't know the getaway driver, read my first story.
