A Whole New World

The princesses return me back to Ponyville but I ask them to leave me a little way from Derpy's house. I give the princesses a wave as they take off back to their castle in Canterlot. I walk the short distance to Derpy's and manage to keep myself hidden from other ponies. I walk up to the house and go to open the front door when I hear crying coming from the living room window. I slowly make my way to the open window and listen in.

“Mom, you can't say that. It could be alright.” Sparkler says.

“Y-You don't know that. They might experiment on him or dissect him!” Derpy replies with a few sniffs thrown in. “I just can't believe that I've found someone after all this time and now he's rotting in some prison.” Derpy breaks down again and the crying continues.

I sigh and head for the front door. I grab the handle and twist it opening the door. I was slightly relieved when Derpy's crying blocked the sound of the door opening. I slowly and quietly close the door, however my surprise was ruined when Dinky walks out of the kitchen and looks at me in shock. I put my finger on my mouth and Dinky nods much to my relief. I watch as Dinky walks in to the living room and I slide up the wall so I could peek into the room.

I spot Derpy crying on the large couch with Sparkler rubbing her back, I notice Dinky has sat on a small chair opposite the two.

“I love him Sparkler, I really love him.” Derpy says with her head still between her hooves.

“I know you do mother.”

I sigh and step around the corner. “Then it's good I'm not going to jail then.”

Derpy's head snaps up and in less than three seconds I was on the floor with a grey pegasus trying to squeeze the life out of me.

“Derpy! Air! Need! To! Breathe!” I say tapping her side in submission.

Derpy let's me go and plants a big kiss on my lips. I return the kiss. We both pull back after a minute and I look around, I spot Sparkler covering Dinky's eyes no more than four feet from me and Derpy.

“Sparkler~! I can't see!” Dinky whines trying to remove her sisters hooves.

“I think that would be for the best Dinky.” Sparkler replies giving me a slight nod to Derpy's back.

I look over Derpy's shoulder and I see her wings are ridged and pointing straight up. I look back int derpy's eyes and she was blushing heavily.

“S-Sorry, I can't control when they do that...”

I rub Derpy's cheek. “It's ok, it's a clear sign that you really love me.” Derpy squirms on my body. “Are you ok?”

Derpy sits up. “Somethings poking me.” Derpy goes wide eyed when she spots the offending item, it was my turn to blush. “Is that your way of telling me you love me?” I watch as Derpy looks to Sparkler. “Sparkler could you take Dinky out for some ice cream?”

Sparkler looks to me then back to Derpy. “Sure mom, come on Dinks.” Sparkler ushers Dinky out of the room much to the filly's protests. When the door shuts and the sound of the front door to the house opening and closing sounded I looked back to Derpy's eyes, I could see the reason she wanted Dinky out of the house.

I place a hand on Derpy's face and start to stroke her cheek. “Are you really sure you want this? We don't have to rush, I'm not going anywhere.”

Derpy leans down and gives me a quick peck on the lips. “I'm sorry, I guess I haven't had a partner in so long I'm all tensed up.”

I smile. “You have ways to stem the urges though right?”

Derpy's ears flatten. “We do but it's not the same, the feeling of having a stallion inside of you is much better than using your hoof or a toy.” Derpy blushes.

I return Derpy's quick kiss and keep my smile on. “Look Derpy, I have very strong feelings for you. I mean really strong. I however will not just make love to you just so you can scratch some itch.” Derpy goes to reply but I stop her by placing my finger on her lips. “Though we can increase our relationship by going on dates and working towards the outcome you desire.”

Derpy smiles back. “I would like that Michael, I wouldn't want to ruin what we have now that I have found somebody like you.”

I smirk. “You know Sparkler is now thinking we had sex with the way you told her to take Dinky away.”

Derpy gasps. “Oh dear! I didn't think did I?”

“No you didn't.” I say chuckling. “But it's ok, we can just tell her the truth about us taking it slow.” I hold Derpy closer and feel her body go limp. “I like this, you make a great blanket.” I chuckle when Derpy hoofs me in the chest.

Derpy lays back on my body and closes her eyes. I close my eyes and feel Derpy's heart beat against me. I sigh and slowly drift off. I wasn't sure how long we stayed like that but I was awoken by a soft prodding of my body.

I open my eyes and yawn. “Huh?” I look to my right and spot Dinky sitting there smiling broadly. “Hey Dinks.” I say reaching over and scratching her ear. “What time is it?”

“It's nearly five, Sparklers getting tea ready so she sent me to wake you.” Dinky stands up and walks to the living room door. “I will tell Sparkler your awake.” Dinky left leaving me alone with Derpy.

I moved a piece of Derpy's mane from her face and gave her a quick kiss on the nose. Derpy smiled but didn't wake. I decided to press the advantage I had and slapped both of my hands on her cutie marks, Derpy suddenly shot up looking around like she was caught with her hoof in the cookie jar.

“What? Where?”

I grab Derpy and pull her back down. “Sorry, but it's time to get up.”

Derpy smiles and gives me a kiss. “Don't want to!” Derpy wraps her fore legs around my neck and nuzzles my chest.

I laugh. “Yes but I think Sparkler and Dinky might have something to say.” I smile when Derpy shoots up and jumps off me.

“Oh Celestia! They didn't see anything right?”

“Dinky did.” I roll on to my side as Derpy groans. “What's wrong?”

“Everypony doesn't know about you yet and Dinky isn't the best at keeping secrets.”

I sit up. “You think she might tell other ponies before I can announce myself.” Derpy nods. “Then I think we should let her know how serious this is and to hold off until I can address everyone.”

“You think she will understand?” Derpy asks as I stand and crack my back.

“I think she will if we both explain it.”

Derpy nods as she moves to the door of the living room, I follow behind but freeze as there was another pony sitting at the table. A pony that was now half frozen sipping on a cup, her eyes were wide and locked on me.

Sparkler comes into view and spots the situation. “Oh Copper Pot, this is my mums new stallion friend I told you about.”

“Hi...” I say giving the mare a wave.

“H-Hi...” She replies.

Sparkler gives me a smirk and I narrow my eyes in her direction. I walk to the table and sit down the young pony still staring at me. I get a surprise when Derpy gives me a kiss on the cheek.

“Would you like something to drink Michael?”

I turn to Derpy and smile. “Yes please, some tea would be nice.”

I look back to the table and could see Copper Pot was tilting her head to the side as if she was trying to determine exactly what I am. Derpy drops a cup in front of me and I surprise her with a kiss of my own getting her to giggle and walk away fanning herself with a wing.

“Mums in love~” Dinky sings.

“It's been a long time coming.” Sparkler says giving me a genuine smile. “So? Are you and mum doing anything today?”

I take a sip of my tea before rubbing my chin. “Not sure, I want to speak with Ponyvilles mayor so I can set up a town meeting. I've been here long enough and stayed hidden far too long. I think it's time I introduced myself to Ponyville.”

“Are you sure?” Derpy asks looking worried.

I nod. “I think now is the time Derpy, I would like to get out and about. Though I'm not saying it's bad staying inside but it will be bad for my health in the long run.”

Derpy looks down as her ears flatten. “I guess you're right, you can't stay locked up for ever.” Derpy then brightens up and she smiles eagerly. “I'll go talk to Mayor Mare and invite her over, she can talk to you and determine what would be best way to proceed.”

I smile. “Good idea, I can't leave and I think I might need a shower before hand.” I look around the table and could see that Copper Pot had a question to ask. “Is there something you wish to ask Copper Pot?”

The mares ears perk up and she blushes slightly. “Y-Yes, If y-you don't mind?”

“Not at all, go ahead and ask.” I reply.

Copper Pot coughs and fidgets. “You don't look like any species that ponies have met before, so where do you come from?”

I chuckle. “I'm sad to say I can't answer that fully as I don't have all my memories. However, I do remember some details like my name and that I'm human. I know where I came from but not much more than that.” I drink from my cup and give her a smile. “I come from a place called Earth and I was born in a city, what that city was called I don't know. I do know that many of my kind dwell there but not how many or for what purpose, it's strange that I know I have the memories I just can't use them.”

Copper Pot gives me a look of sympathy. “I'm sorry to hear that, I hope you get your memories back.”

I nod. “Thank you, I'm just worried if I'll get them back at all.”

I hear Sparkler gasp. “Copper it's almost six! We're going to be late!”

Copper's ears perk up. “Nice to meet you Michael! Nice to see you again Miss Hooves!” Copper stand up with Sparkler and they both head for the exit in record time.

“That's something.” I say.

Derpy stands up and gives me a kiss before heading for the door as well. “I'm going to go see the mayor and see what we can arrange, are you OK looking after Dinky for a moment?”

I give Dinky a smile as she sat across the table and she returns it. “We'll be fine.”

“OK, I shouldn't be long. Just don't go breaking anything.”

“Oh you know me Derpy.” I grin as I take another drink from my cup. I watch through one eye as Derpy leaves and I listen for the front door to open and close. Dinky slides off her chair and looks around the door frame. “She gone?” Dinky look back and nods. I grin and stand up. “Right! What shall we play?”

“Oh I know!” Dinky says beaming from ear to ear. “I have just the thing!”
