Derpy had never really paid attention to her flashbacks or nightmares. They were never around much, so there wasn't really a need to make a big deal out of it. But a near suicide attempt after an intense encounter with Rainbow Dash causes her demons to come back to haunt her. Psychological warfare turns to physical wounds to bear. Years of suppressed memories are now loose and able to threaten Derpy's life.
