The will of the Devourer

Pinkie awoke with a low groan and the the sound of chains scrapping against stone. The room around her though mostly dark had a large, albeit dim glowing crystal in the exact center of the cell. "Oowie my head!" The pink pony Said as she saw light flickering just on the other side.

"Eis naki prok undak?" A voice just on the other side of the door spoke in an odd language.

"Kri drung, naki Lord Skarr alung Kaas. " A second voice responded in what could be assumed the same language.

The Loud clack of armored hooves sounded before several loud crashing Noises. Pinkie Pie watched as handle of the dungeon door jiggled before it flew open showing a silver coated unicorn mare. The mare was dressed regally in a long flowing steel colored dress.

"My apologies for your accommodations. My Father's Personal guard can be overzealous.". The mare said walking across the room to the restrained mare.

"What do you want with Equestria?" Pinkie said looking up at the silvery mare.

"I'm sorry. You're Equestria is the next target for my father's hunger." She said looking down mournfully.

"Oh boo-hoo. Who cares about some lesser Realm Whisper ." A steel colored unicorn mare said standing in the doorway. Her shoulder length mane was colored coal black, her eyes were heterochromatic with one bright red eye and one bright blue eye.

"Not all of us can be a heartless curr Vexsis." Whisper said glaring at the mare in the doorway.

"I'm not heartless." Vexsis said looking at her fingers as a ball of and blue energy ball formed in her hand and dissipated showing a disembodied heart. "see?" She said tossing it at Whisper.

Pinkie went wide eyed with shock as Vexsis threw the disembodied part across the room.

"Father has a plan for this one." Vexsis said licking her palm that held the heart. "Maybe he'll rip her mind asunder."

"Didn't your mother teach you it's rude talk about ponies like they're not there?" Pinkie said as her face made a childish pout at the steely mare .

However a voice just outside the cell brought the conversation to a halt. "Ah Princess Whisper and Vexsis. What happened To the guards your father posted here?"

Vexsis without breaking her extremely bored visage spoke up. "The light in their eyes offended me. So I put them out. Speaking of. Your's are offending me, so get what you came for and leave before I put you out." Her voice was no less than completely calm as she spoke her threat.

"Your father wants to see the Pink one. " The silver-armored unicorn said stepping past the glare of Vexsis before kneeling down and releasing the earth pony from her bindings. "Please come with me."

Pinkie hesitantly rose up and rubbed her sore wrists before departing with the Guardpony.

The halls of the castle were made of a highly polished black stone with veins of silver that made up the walls. Pinkie looked around as she was lead to a set of large doors.

The silver guard pushed opened a single massive door showing the massive regal chamber. At the far side a large Blackstone bench draped in dark blue and silver tapestries that draped over the back of the seat. Behind it and all around the chamber were displays with various crowns and other objects one would think to belong to royalty.

"Ah, the element of joy." A familiarly cold voice said as Skarr's body materialized bit by bit in front of Pinkie Pie. "It is a pleasure."

"Listen buster! You crippled my friend, you declared war on us, you'll never win and I am the Element of LAUGHTER!" Pinkie babbled as she poked the king in the chest.

Skarr chuckled before his hand stabbed into Pinkie's chest. Making the mare freeze up and grab at Skarr's arm as it began sinking deeper into her chest.

The area where Skarr's hand penetrated Pinkie's chest shimmer with his magic. "I like Your spirit. I think I'll take it. "

Pinkie started to scream bloody murder as she felt something deep inside her being ripped out of her. Skarr's hand moved slowly up as Pinkie's body spasmed wildly before Skarr pulled his hand from the mare, a bright pink flame danced in his palm.

"Such a lovely spirit..." Skarr said watching the flame dance before pushing the flame into his mouth with an audible gulp.

Looking down at the Writhing mare as her mane straighened out and her coat darkened, Skarr grinned. "It seems you had a guest inside you. "

"Where am I?" A low female voice asked Pinkie's body sat up from the floor. "You are in the Everdream. I just devoured your host. "

"I'm... Free?" The mare in Pinkie's body asked looking up at the king.

"You are free my child. But I must ask something in exchange." Skarr lifted the mare from the floor "all I ask in exchange is loyalty. To me. " Dark pinkie nodded as she became embraced by the large stallion, his Magic wrapping around her form covering it with crimson and black hooded robes. "Hold out your hand. "

The dark pink mare did as she was asked and extended out her hand as crimson smoke tendrils coiled around her arm before the tip of the smoke tendrils stabbed into her hand making the mare grit her teeth as a glowing sun with a vertical slit Iris formed on the back of her outstretched hand. Before long she Fell to one knee.

"Arise and claim your new name. Lumari the Defiler." Skarr patted his hands on the newly named mare's shoulders as she rose to her hooves.

"Thank you my Lord. You are too kind."Lumari said looking down at the new mark on her hand as it's glow slowly faded.
