(This takes place before Twilight becomes a princess btw)
When a cold argument stirs up between the pony sisters, dividing both them, and Equestria. The sisters make their own Empires, and encourage ponies to help them rule Equestria. Everypony is one the Solar Spectrum Empire, but a few ponies are with the Lunar Eclipse Empire. Two of those ponies are caught up with a storm of emotions and feelings they don't understand. Can the rulers of Equestria resolve their problems? More importantly, can those two ponies tell each other how they feel and fight at the same time? Also, how will a certain unicorn open up to a certain dragon after hiding her feelings from him for years?
