Each time their is a major voting, each section of the USSC would cast their votes, much like a democracy.

-PLANETS OWNED: 10,000

-TIER LEVEL: Tier 1 society

//USSC CODEX-[PUBLIC] SECTION 3.1: MEMBERS

//DATE: 3rd of March 3010

Sangheili:

-Average Height: 6-8 Feet tall

-Average Weight: 150+ KG

-Noticeable features: 4 Distinctive mandibles with conical teeth.

-Body: Binary vascular system to support it's massive build.

Background information: the Sangheili race is a military-bound species and respects a worthy adversary. They are very honorable and tend to respect their enemies- given if they fight with sheer tenacity and courage against overwhelming odds. Sangheili are also naturally very-intelligent and display's extremely skilled military strategic skills.  They were the military back-bone of the Covenant empire before being replaced by the inferior Jiralhanae.

Great Schism: When Jiralhanae and Sangheili hostility met at an all time high, the Prophet's sided with the Brute's executed thousand's of Sangheili in High Charity and Delta Halo or Installation 05. After being betrayed by the prophet's and learning the truth about both the ring's purpose and the true reason why they deemed humanity as unfit, the Elite's sided and allied themselves with the human's and eventually end the regime of the Covenant empire.

Unggoy:

-Average Height: 5-6 Feet tall

-Average Weight: 118+ KG

-Noticeable features: High-pitched voice, stubby movement's, round head.

-Body: Breathes methane rather than oxygen.

Background information: the Unggoy were cannon fodder's for the Covenant empire, being sent with overwhelming numbers to crush the enemy. They are cowardly race but will fight extremely well if led by a proper and well-trained leader. Occasionally, if an Unggoy has run out of options to defeat their enemy, they would run toward's them whilst activating their sticky bombs; effectively killing both the Unggoy and the intended enemy.

Great Schism: The Unggoy played a very minor role in the Great Schism, though the majority of them sided with their Elite allies rather than the oppressive and idiotic brutes. Though if they showed their real colours on front of their superiors, these Unggoy will face a rather painful death.

Humanity:

-Average height: 5-6 feet tall (original) 6-7 feet tall (current)

-Average Weight: 50+ KG

-Noticeable features: Hair on top of their hand's and 'certain body parts', 5 digit hands,  innovative and reclaimers of the mantle.

-Body: Body can differ from wide and fat, to thin and skinny.

Background Information: One of the most powerful member's in the entire alliance, Humanity has a vast yet tragic past. From the first bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki- to the awful Human-Covenant war. Human's are similar to Unggoy in a few ways; one that some member's of Humanity often show sign's of fear and cowardice, though if provoked they would fight with everything they got, thank's to adrenaline in their body, allowing them to respond more quickly in intense situations.

Human-Covenant War: It is a known fact that Humanity has gone a long way since the Human-Covenant war. Out of all the member's in the alliance, Humanity suffered the most in this brutal conflict. Hundred's of planet's were turned to glass and the casualty toll is immense; 23 out of 37 billion human's living at that time.

Great Schism: It is also a well known fact that the great schism may very well save them from extinction. If it weren't for the Sanghelli secession from the Covenant Empire, Humanity will be a relic of the past. After the Great Schism, Humanity played a crucial role rebuilding Sangheili society and culture- since what little left of culture was taken away when they signed the Writ of Union.

Separatist Jiralhanae:

-Average height: 6-8 feet tall

-Average weight: 150+ KG

-Noticeable features: large strands of fur covers their body, providing warmth against any cold climates.

-Body: Body can differ from wide yet muscular, to thin and weak.

Background Information: Though they are a minority in the alliance, the Jiralhanae is a brute-like race, relying on brute force rather than strategic thinking. Though this is not the case with this minority. They have helped countless of Elite planet's from Storm and Banished raid's in the post Human-Covenant War era and would continue to serve under the Sangheili's command, despite the fact that they were ordered to kill any Elite's in their vicinity.

Human-Covenant War: This separatist faction wasn't formed until the Great Schism.

Great Schism: As countless Brute chieftain's executed the order given to them by the Prophet's to kill any heretics (Those who show any resentment to both Human's and Sangheili), some refused to follow the order and would continue to work with the Elite's. These few 'Brutes' honoured and respected the Elite's both by their way of fighting and honour, and vast strategic thinking. After the Human-Covenant war ended, they would colonised a planet on the Sangheili empire's borders and patrol those corners of space for countless generations. A notable act of courage and friendship was:

-Second Battle of Sanghelios: In 2644, Sanghelios was attacked by a newly reformed Covenant, made by the loyalist brute's of old. They smashed through Sanghelios defences and attacked major cities for day's. When all hope was lost for the Sangheili defender's, the Separatist brute's arrived with a small fleet of: 20 CCS-Battle cruiser, 5 CAS-Assault Carrier's, and a single custom-refitted OAS- Assault carrier's. They smashed the Covenant and aided the many battles occurring in many of the planet's greatest cities and strongholds- thus earning respect and gratitude from their Sangheili allies.

-Third battle of Earth: In the last year's of the Covenant Reformation Era (2640-2645) the Covenant made one last final push toward's the Ark, an ancient alien construct that was used as a place for the head of government until the creation of the New Ark in 2906. While the human defender's did win against the Covenant both in land and space engagement's, if it weren't for the aid of the Brute's, the battle would've lost.

Huragok:

-Average height: Can differ

-Average weight: Below 20, due to using airsacks rather actual body parts.

-Noticeable features: Air sacs to keep them floating and working in order, and multiple tentacles to fix or unlock thing's in accelerated pace.

-Body parts: Air sacs

Background Information: Not much is known about the Huragok other than they are biological super-computer's, able to repair damaged or upgrade unknown item's in such an alarming rate, some AI's envied them. Though their time in the Covenant was far from pleasant. They were slave's for the Covenant empire, used to unlock restricted Forerunner technology. Another well known fact is that Huragok was made by the Forerunner's themselves, making them a living relic.
