Chapter One

Shadow Eclipse trotted down the road of ponyville while looking at all the other ponies that were out and doing ether shopping or work, some even stop to say greet her or stare at her due to her being at the same height as Princess luna's old height before she regained her full height, along with the black as night coat and the semi-regal necklace she wore that also had her cutie mark on it, a hourglass in the middle of space, so some asked if she was a princess but she politely and kindly said she was not and that she was naturally tall, which was actually the truth, but she didn't say how tall she was.

Eclipse continued to follow the road till she almost trotted into a familiar white unicorn and a yellow pegasus which made her come to a quick dead stop before looking slightly down at them. "I'm sorry for nearly walking into you too." Eclipse said before quickly taking in there appearance, the white unicorn had carefully styled purple mane and tail while the rest of her body was also well groomed that told her the she was very beautiful, the yellow Pegasus had a pink mane and tail, she was also trying to hide behind her own mane with made her look very cute but her body style screamed that she was a modal, Eclipse even took a quick glance at there flanks for there cutie marks, the white unicorn had three diamonds while the yellow Pegasus had three butterflies to which point finally struck her. "Wait a second, your two of the Elements of harmony right, Rarity and Fluttershy? The Bearers of Generosity and kindness?" Eclipse asked them.

Rarity looked at the somewhat towering black as night unicorn with a golden mane and tail that wore a golden semi-regal necklace with a picture of a hourglass in the middle of space engraved on the center of it in some shock before snapping out of it rather quickly at the unicorns question. "Why yes we are darling, but how do you know that?" Rarity asked the black unicorn before asking her something. "Hope you don't mind me asking but what is your name darling?" Rarity said.

Eclipse smiled sheepisly before answering Rarity's question. "Oh so sorry about that but my name is Shadow Eclipse, but please call me Eclipse, and to answer your other question is doesn't all of Equestria know you, after all you did save it at least four or more times." Eclipse said.

Rarity smiled before she answered. "Oh I forgot about that, since we aren't doing things like that anymore it slipped my mind, also what are you doing here if you don't mind me asking darling?" Rarity asked Eclipse before seeing something that seemed strange, and that was her eyes, one was teal and that was her left eye but her right is gold. But she didn't question anything about her eyes, not yet anyway.

Eclipse's smile slightly faded but remained before answering. "Oh I was moving from my old home to here, so I'm new here and didn't think about housing yet, so I got no home yet, unless you know somepony that don't mind sharing a bed, and yes my eyes are two colors, I was born like that, but I don't mind for all it does is make be different from everypony else." Eclipse said.

Rarity smiled before getting a bit shocked to know that Eclipse caught that she seen her eyes before giving some thought, which was actually quick. "Well I can only think of one place and that's mine and fluttershy's friend Twilight and her castle, it has plenty of room, so just tell her that I sent you there, but before we depart, do you want to join me and fluttershy on a spa trip Miss Eclipse?" Rarity asked.

Eclipse smiled politely before looking at the tall crystal castle. "The tall crystal castle I take it, and I love the offer but I'm gonna decline on it, sorry but thanks anyway." Eclipse said as she turned to look at them again.

Rarity smiled before nodding. "Yes it is darling, also your welcome, now we must be off to the spa, I do hope we get to meet again." Rarity said before she and fluttershy starting trotting to the spa, fluttershy saying goodbye but barely a whisper but it was heard.

Eclipse told them goodbye before she was off to the castle, yet both known and unknown to her that a certain puffy pink earth pony was watching from the shadows, giggling to themselves. "A new pony, ohhh I need to beat her to the castle to set everything up, then she will get a surprise." The puffy pink pony said before disappearing to beat the unicorn to the castle, as well give out invitations.

Eclipse continued to trot to the crystal castle before she soon felt a tug on her mind and magic that rather quickly made her by reflex teleport just before a scooter powered wagon came flying by to which came to a stop with four fillies with it, one on a scooter and three in the wagon. "Un Scootaloo you almost ran into another pony, again." Said the small white filly as she looked around to see if she can find the pony, only to see nothing. "Wait where is that pony?" She quickly asked.

A yellow earth pony was also looking for the pony but came up with nothing as well. "Ah don't know sweetie, but she just disappeared." The yellow earth pony said before looking at her friends.

The orange pony looked back at her friends smiling sheepishly while giving a slight blush. "Oops my bad, but you think that pony might be a unicorn?" Scootaloo said.

Soon a black filly soon answered. "That pony might be a unicorn, but so far only my mother of that pony that my mother met and befriend can use a teleportation spell." said the black filly, she was actually the rarest of there group due to being a alicorn filly, but she still wore her glasses to hide her eyes, her mane and tail was purple while her cutie mark was a blue shield, she was well known in town, some liked her, some didn't due to what she did or what she was. "But there are others that could do that spell girls." The filly said while looking for that pony.

As the four fillies kept looking for the pony, they were quickly got there answer as a quick flash that ended with Eclipse looking around before seeing the fillies but before she said anything she seen the black alicorn filly and just stared in confusion. "I thought there was only five alicorns?" she said out loud before remembering about her keeping that hidden, and she tried to do a quick damage control but she was not fast enough.

Sweetie heard this and said. "Wait there another alicorn other then the Princesses and Nyx?" She looked at the appeared unicorn before looking at her friends, Applebloom was confused but gave it thought, Scootaloo seemed interested while Nyx just stared at the black unicorn with suspicion in her eyes.

Nyx was about to ask on what Eclipse meant about five alicorns before she remembered that they were getting late for there lessons with her mother to which told her friends. "Oh no, girls we are going to be late for our lessons with my mother!" Nyx said before she and the other CMC took off down the road to the castle with scootaloo pulling them along.

Eclipse stared at them before giving a sigh of relief that she dodged that one and knew she needed to be more careful, she soon gave a loose follow after them to the castle to ask twilight sparkle that was a princess if she could share one of her guest rooms till she got her own house.

Yet unknown to the CMC but both unknown and known to Eclipse, the puffy pink pony that was the bearer of laughter, pinkie pie had the surprise welcome to ponyville party set and ready, for the new pony in town.
