It is all gone. Friendship. Magic. Hope. Even chaos. All because I was a fool. I betrayed the only pony who ever meant anything to me. The only pony to invite me over for tea and cucumber sandwiches. The only one who let me be me. I even reduced her to tears! Who was I kidding. I was never meant to have friends.

I realized this as I held the broken body of the Element of Kindness in my claws. Fluttershy. The sweet, quiet pegasus who didn't treat me as a monster. She took me in and stood up for me and to me. Even against her friends, including the Element of Loyalty, Rainbow Dash, her oldest friend.

Rainbow Dash was right to mistrust me. I've caused all this destruction. I have caused death to those who I had started to consider all my friends. I caused all of this through my disloyalty.

The power that Tirek promised me? All a ruse. Only now do I realize that no amount of power is worth any friendship. And no power will close these wounds. Both the ones covering the lightweight body, of which you can hardly see her light yellow fur, and the ones cut deep into my heart and soul. Everything. Is gone.
