There are two sides to the Couldsdale Weather Corporation, the Cloud Factory, and the Rainbow Factory. A doctor by the name of Black Doctor is part of a family called the Warriors that run a machine in the Rainbow Factory called the Pegasus Device, a device that turns a pegasus filly into a colorful rainbow. A stallion by the name of Anderson Maxwell decides to join the job in helping make these rainbows, but soon regrets even hearing about the job. And a mare decides to take a turn to keep the factory alive, but everyone suffers from her doing. Their slogan is simple, "In the Rainbow Factory, fears and horrors come true, and not a single soul gets through."
