Getting more little ponies!/The End

Previous Chapter

It has been a whole year since Kevin bought his little pink playmate. The two have been nearly inseparable when Kevin is home from work. Kevin noticed something though. One time a few months ago he came home with a cupcake for Pinkie. He sneaked inside so it could be a surprise, but he didn't see her anywhere. He searched the house and he finally found her laying on a shopping catalog. He noticed the paper was warped near her head, like a drop of water hit it. Kevin inspected the page she was sleeping on, it was a page advertising other pet ponies, more specifically the rest of the mane six. And in some print that was warped was the text "Sales end next month. Last time to order this series!" The show has finally ended after over 8 seasons. A reboot is in the makes, so the company will stop production of the FIM characters. Most pet stores are running out of stock of them. So Kevin got an idea.

*a few days later*

Kevin was on his way to the pet store where he made sure the store would reserve certain pets he was planning to get. Pinkie stayed home and watched the FOOD Network. It was one of the few things that could keep her in one place.

"That pony can sure make a mess for only being the size of a mini hamster." Two weeks ago Kevin found her covered in lint after she wandered into the laundry room. "I will need to Pinkie proof the house one day." Keven parked his car and walked inside the store.

The person behind the counter gave a smile. "Welcome! Do you need any help finding anything?"

"I am here to pick up an order I made. they said it came in today."

"What is the order under?" The clerk asked.

"Kevin B."

"Ah. Yes your pets are here. You are a lucky one. These were the last ones in a 50 mile radius." The clerk walked to the back and brought two boxes. One was labeled 'Crystal Castle Replica' and the other had holes cut out near the top. "Here you are sir. I saw that you payed in advance. Hope you enjoy your new pets."

"I will. Thank you." Kevin took the boxes and loaded them into the car. Once he was buckled, he looked over to the box. "I know you are nervous, and a little scared, but don't worry. I know you will love your new home. I even have an extra friend to play with." He smiled.

There were little whispers from the box until he heard a faint, "Thank you for adopting us..."

"It was no problem. I should probably be thanking you. You are going to make my special pink friend very happy." Kevin smiled whenever he heard the little ponies in the box trying to whisper about what he is talking about, but he left the radio off so is wasn't hard to listen.

"I hope he has a lot of space for me to stretch my wings." A gruff voice grumbled.

"I hope he at least bathes us regularly, It is a pain to pick wood chips from my mane everyday..." A posh voice whined.

"I just hope he is kind, but from the looks of it....he is." A soft voice whispered, barely audible.

"Well. Wherever we're goin', it will most likely be more homey than this here box." The voice sounded strongly Southern.

"As long as we are still together, we will make the most of any situation. Right girls?" A calm yet attention grabbing voice said.

"Right!" They all said in unison.

Kevin couldn't help but smile. "You guys are going to make Pinkie very happy."

The tiny pink pony was in the middle of watching Cupcake Wars as she heard the door open. She turned her head towards the door. "Welcome home Kevin! How was the trip to town?"

Kevin hefted the boxes into the living room carefully and popped his back. "It was alright. Little too much traffic."

Pinkie jumped off the couch, using her tale as a cushion. "What's with the boxes? She walked up to said boxes and tapped the cardboard with a hoof.

Kevin smiled. "It is a gift Pinkie. For all the joy you give me. I know how lonely you get while I am at work. So I got you some company." He opened the biggest box and carefully picked each pony up. Rainbowdash flew from my hands and sped around the room, Fluttershy was curled up in a yellow ball from the heights, and everypony else had just let him carefully place them in front of Pinkie. "Surprise! I got your friends. Well, not exactly your friends yet, but you know what I mean." Kevin scratched the back of his head.

Pinkie walked around the group of ponies, inspecting them like you would a vase to make sure it isn't cracked. She nodded and gave a big smile. "Welcome to casa day Kevin! Population us!" She gave them all a big hug.

"Um...Nice to meat you too." Twilight pated the pink pony's cotton candy mane.

"Please watch the mane darling. I still have to pick out wood chips." Rarity calmly said trying to comb said chips out with her hoof.

"That is a mighty fine welcome. Howdy." Applejack smiled and hugged back tight.

"Squee..." Fluttershy was too shy to say anything.

"Coming though!" Raindow flew towards them and everypony, but pinkie ducked, causing her to be tacked to the ground with Rainbow looking down at her. "You can take a tumble. I like you." Dash smiled and gave Pinkie a noogy.

"Yay! New friends to play with! Thank you so much Kevin. Love you, best owner ever!" Pinkie beamed and gave her owner's shoe a hug.

"Thanks Pinkie. Love you too." He gave her chin a scratch making her purr.

RD: "Hey! I want scratches too!"

T: "That does sound nice.

AJ: "I want to wrestle his thumb!"

R: "Can you brush my mane?"

FS: "...I want to be cared for too..."

"Whoa, whoa. Hold on girls. At least let me get the castle set up and get you guys some food." Kevin chuckled. 'This might be a handful.' He thought.

"Awe. Okay." They all replied.

Epilogue

Kevin and his ponies couldn't be happier. Pinkie has been enjoying her new friends. She gave them a tour of the house. RD nearly got stuck in a roll of toilet paper when she was chasing a fly. Rarity begged for daily baths but we compromised on every other day, though Kevin thinks she occasionally dirties herself up so she can have another bath. Why did pinkie have to show her the lint trap... Twilight can actually do magic somehow but the best she can do is levitate something her own weight, and even then she has a bit of trouble. She loved muting the T.V. to read the sub titles. Kevin even bought her a pocket sized dictionary. She hardly leaves it for more that an hour. Applejack enjoys watching Kevin cook, but she said she wanted to have a plant, so he got her a small planter for wheat grass. She and the others nibble on it to keep it trim, plus they say it taste good, but he would disagree. Flutershy is still a little scared to ask for stuff. The others told Kevin that she came from a mean owner who would scold her for asking for things. This broke his heart so he bought her a stuffed bunny twice as big as she was to snuggle up on and talk to. He thinks it has helped a lot. She even came to him to ask for a chocolate chip yesterday. Progress.

All in all. Kevin was glad he bought Pinkie all those months ago. He just though she would be a little bigger.

Author's Note

So. There we have it. It was a long time coming, and I am sorry for making you all wait so long. I hope the ending was too your liking. Will there be a squeal? Probably not, but you never know.
