Chow Part 2

Previous Chapter

"Why were you a statue?" Was the question that broke the silence between the floating Boy Scout and the three travelers.

"Oh, that old thing. That's how I greet people in every universe I go to." Chow answered, receiving confused looks his way.

"Did you just say... universe?" Ulysses asked, raising his eyebrow.

"Yup. I'm that kind of guy." Chow said, before disappearing and reappearing along side daring do.

"Hi, I'm chow, nice to meet you." He said, shaking daring do's hoof. Two other hands appeared out of no where and shook hands with the griffons.

"Uhh, hi." Daring do responded, feeling uncomfortable.

"So what brings you all to my humble abode, other than sanctuary." Chow smiled.

"Sanctuary?" Abraham said.

"There's a giant angry mama condor circling my home outside at remarkable speeds. I'm assuming you got to close to the nest?" Chow said, receiving only a nod from all three of them.

"I thought so, you'd better be careful on this island. Their be monsters in these woods!" Chow said with a scary voice. The attempt at humor was unnoticed by the three.

"Who are you, again?" Daring asked.

"I've already said I'm chow. The greatest chaos maker in all of the multiverse." Chow said matter of factly.

"Right..." Ulysses doubted.

"I'd like to ask some questions about you, if you don't mind." Daring asked, hoping to get some answers.

"Yeah sure, go right ahead. I got nothing to do anyway." Chow said, floating upside down.

"What are you, exactly? I've never seen a Minotaur like you before." Daring wondered.

"Oh, I'm no minotaur. I'm what this form calls a human." Chow responded, opening and closing his hand. Chow noticed Daring looked even more confused than before.

"What's a human?" Daring asked.

"Humans are a species descended from monkeys through millions of years of evolut-"

"Not, what I mean. What I meant was where are they from?"

"Aw, I see now. Humans are from Earth, a planet way different than this one." He said matter of factly. That just opened up even more questions. The biggest being that daring realized they are the first of their kind to make first contact with an alien.

"So I chose to look like one." He explained. Daring wondered what he meant.

"So your not actually human?"

"Yup. Just a form I really like."

"Why?"

"I don't know. It just feels natural to me. That and my true form is a lot bigger."

"Ok. But who are you?"

"I'm what they call a tourist. See, thanks to your friend over there, I've been summoned to this tiny little world- into your tiny little universe to spread my chaos and bring a new era to gaia." Chow responded. They didn't like what they heard and took step backs, filling with unease. Chow noticed this and tried t diffuse the situation.

"You misunderstand, my chaos is for the good of the world." He explained. They silently sighed in relief, thinking they dodged a bullet. The three of them exchanged looks to each other before continuing in questioning him.

"What did you do before?"

"I used to travel universes and just watch them, sometimes I'd go down there and interact. But it's much more fun to watch." Chow said. Daring do was surprised to say the least. Here this thing was telling them that he supposedly travelled universes without any real effort. It sounded impossible even with the most powerful of magic. She just had to know how.

"How did you get here?"

"Through my magic. Chaos magic to be exact."

"How do you possess chaos magic? I only know of one creature who could use chaos magic. And that was-" Ulysses butted in.

"Discord, am I correct?" Chow said, Ulysses only nodded.

"Well normally discord is the only one who uses chaos magic. But I am chaos." He grinned.

"What do you mean you're chaos?" Daring raised her head.

"I mean I'm the living embodiment of chaos."

"In shirt. I'm God." Chow said, hoping his announcement of who he was would only give shocked faces. Instead all three of them were unconscious on the floor.

"Aww, and you didn't even notice me say shirt!" Chow exclaimed in disappointment.

"Well, I can wait. Might as well see the history of this planet."

Fluttershy's cottage

"Hello there my little pony." Athair said with a calm voice. Fluttershy didn't know what to do. She wanted to help them but now that they were awake she didn't know if they would let her. The oldest one seemed to slowly walk forward, trying to look as nonthreatening as possible. The thing was clearly trying to tell her they weren't a threat so she asked them if they were okay.

"Are you alright?" Fluttershy asked.

"We're fine, thank you." The younger one said.

"We are sorry for accidentally teleporting into your home, Fluttershy. I hope we didn't cause any harm to you or your ...animals." The oldest one said, noticing the animals from outside had watched through the window.

"Oh, it's no problem. None of the animals and me were hurt." She assured them

"I just wasn't expecting to have...visitors." Noticing their strange features. Her eyes came back to the weird dragon like wings on them. She wondered if they were part dragon.

"It's not polite to stare, you know." The young one said, catching Fluttershys attention. She blushed in embarrassment and proceeded to apologize.

"Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean too." She assured them.

"It's alright, Fluttershy. I was only joking." The oldest one smiled.

"It's just that I've never seen anything like you before. And I know every animal in equestria." She continued. She then realized the oldest one called her fluttershy. She never told him her name. She took a step back and lowered her head.

"How do you know my name?" She quietly asked.

"You are the element of kindness, right? I know all the names of the element bearers." He said, erasing fluttershy's fear with realization.

"Oh, right." She smiled.

"And to answer your question. We are not native of this world. We are Kirin, the overseers of the multiverse." The oldest one explained without hesitation. The younger one was starting to freak out and was at a loss of words. Getting close to the oldest one he whispered to him.

"What are you doing! They aren't supposed to know what we are." He whispered.

"We've already made contact with an element bearer and since we teleported within equestria it's likely that's the alicorns have felt our presence. It doesn't matter what we do now." He said matter of factly. The oldest continued his statement.

"And just by being here, we've already changed the future of the universe. At this point fluttershy should have left her home to walk to princess twilights castle to head then head to the crystal empire for the birth of the new alicorn baby."

"Did you just say... alicorn baby?" Fluttershy butted in, realizing his mistake, he sighed and turned to fluttershy.

"I'm sure you can act surprised when the wings are revealed." He assumed, fluttershy only nodded her head in response, but was still confused about what he mean't.

"If you were wondering fluttershy my name is athair" He said. "And this is my son, Zeon. As you already heard we are Kirin. The overseers of the multiverse. The multiverse you might ask is the name for the different alternate universes within this section. Our job is to watch over a planet, keep it safe, and report to the grandmaster, or order incase he decides to talk." Athair explained, finishing up he walked to the door and turned.

"Now that that's over with, come. By this point in time you should've already been at the castle." Athair said, leaving through the door. Fluttershy turned her head towards Zeon, hoping he'd have the answers. He just shrugged and walked to the door.

"He likes things going how it should be." He explained, before also leaving. Fluttershy being close behind them.

Abraham regained consciousness and realized he was in his quarters on the SS. Beakon (Pun intended). He looked around and saw everything was in place and was relatively peaceful. He wondered if it was all a dream before being loudly interrupted by the door banging on the wall.

"Morning sunshine, how was your nap." Chow happily asked. Abrahams only response was to spread his wings and scream in terror at the blue monkey that dare assault his quarters. Then he remembered the moments before going unconscious. Falling on the floor hard, he groaned before getting back up.

"I was beginning to hope you were just a dream." He said, returning to his chair.

"Ha. You can't get rid of me that quickly, Abraham." Chow laughed, flying towards his desk.

"Once you meet a guy like me it's hard to forget about me." He grinned.

"Unfortunately." He muttered, sarcastically.

"So where is my brother and daring do?"

"In there rooms, probably still unconscious. I haven't checked." He said, folding his arms.

"And my crew?"

"Oh yeah, I teleported you guys to the ship and immediately got attacked thinking I was the cause of your fainting."

"But. you were!"

"I know I was, so I told them the same thing I told you guys. I'm God." He smiled, spreading confetti throughout the room. Abraham only reeled back and facepalmed.

"Chow. You can't just say your God." Abraham barked.

"Of course I can. I can do anything." He said, pulling a bunny out of a hat.

"Chow." Abraham said in annoyance.

"Make anything" he said, creating a piƱata that looked like Abraham.

"Chow." Abraham growled.

"Be anything." He said, transforming into a smaller version of the condor.

"Chow." Abraham said, getting increasingly more frustrated.

"See anything." He said, showing a mirror that had some pony sleeping in a bed.

"And I can-"

"Chow!" Abraham yelled.

"Whaaat." Chow blurted out.

"If you were a god you'd know when to shut up." Abraham yelled, climbing over his desk.

"alright, I get it. I overdid it." Chow said.

"So maybe I'm not god god. But I am a chaos god." Chow assured him.

" We already have a chaos god."

"We don't need another one." Abraham replied, returning back to his seat a second time.

"That hurts, man." Chow responded, putting his hand where his heart is.

"Sorry." Abraham apologized.

"You wanna talk about it?" Chow asked.

"No. it's a private matter." He said.

"I'll just leave then."

"No. no. It's fine."

"Naw, I know when I've overstayed my welcome. I'll just take my bags and leave." Chow said, making two different bags appear on both hands.

"I'll be in equestria, Abraham. If you need me just call me using this." He said flicking a coin on abrahams desk. Abraham noticed it was bronze and had a bearded human, like chow, on it.

"You want me to call you using a coin?"

"Yeah, I stole it from some weirdo in this one universe. Kept going on about being a misplaced."

"Right. Well I'll use it if I'm ever in a bad situation. Thank you, chow." Abraham smiled.

"You know what, Abraham. I think we're gonna be good friends. Chow!" He said before disappearing, leaving Abraham alone in his quarters. He took a breath and relaxed. Leaning on his chair, he closed his eyes and listened to the waves. He always liked the ocean and wanted to be a captain ever since he was young. He recalled everything that happened today and only now realized chow was rushing their questioning the whole time. Putting it all together, they had walked through the jungle, got attacked by a condor, entered the temple, released chow, and talked with him in just two hours. Whatever chow has planned, he didn't like where this was going. He then heard what sounded like two objects were just teleported onto his desk. Opening his eyes, he looked at the desk and saw his coin, two other coins, and a blue envelope that had 'From Chow' on the front in marker. opening the envelope, he read the letter inside.

-Dear, Abraham

Hope you liked the lincoln I gave you.
Remember I'm always one call away.
-From Chow XOXO
-P.S. Be sure to tell daring do and Ulysses about me.
I've already sent two more coins for them to carry.

After reading the letter, combined with his own thoughts, Abraham had the sinking feeling that things were gonna get a whole lot weirder.
