A long-running global conflict begins to sweep the world of Sera as the Coalition of Ordered Governments (COG) and the Union of Independent Republics (UIR) fight over Imulsion energy resources. The Pendulum Wars begin, resulting in the end of peace and harmony as humanity revert back to its destructive and chaotic ways.
Princess Celestia attempts to persuade humanity to not go to war, but the UIR threats her that they will destroy Equestria if she intervenes any further.

The 2nd Raid on Ponyville, the UIR returns in full-force and forced the COG and Equestrian Royal Guards to retreat but the Mane 6 refused to leave their home and stays behind.
Rainbow Dash is severely injured with a severed wing, Fluttershy is taken as a "Prisoner of War" by Gorasni soldiers, Spike is killed by a stray bullet, and Pinkie Pie is killed after a frag grenade exploded near her. Twilight Sparkle, Rarity, and Applejack are taken forcibly by COG Gears, despite them wanting revenge.
The COG forces successfully pushed out the UIR off of Equestria.
Princesses Celestia, Luna, Cadance, and Twilight Sparkle thank the COG for saving them and Equestria.
To ensure Equestria's safety, the COG annexes the kingdom, much to the dismay of the ponies.
Marcus Fenix joins the army, against his father's wishes, with Carlos Santiago.

Rainbow Dash receives a mechanical wing from Adam Fenix and later joins the COG Army, against Twilight's wishes, with Applejack.

Battle of Andius, the destruction of the city leads to miles long traffic jam for COG military units and refugees.
Ambush on Voslov Bridge during the retreat to Jacinto, the Locust Horde ambushed an armoured convoy of Gear troops and wiped them out.
Marcus Fenix and his squadmates were able to retake the bridge and clear the way for civilian and military traffic at the loss of using the waterway for boats.
Thousands of Gears and civilians make it to Jacinto and overcrowding becomes a problem.
Three days after the announcement of the retreat to Jacinto, the COG begins using the "scorch earth" tactic on Sera to deny the Locust all valuable military assets. The Hammer of Dawn and chemical weapons destroyed 90% of Sera and leads to widespread environmental damage and kills millions of civilians and soldiers along with any Locust outside the Hollows. Fortunately, the animal sanctuaries are spared by the HoD strikes.

The Battle of New Ephyra takes place, Jonathan Baird, Ajax Cole, and Spectre Dash see action for the first time at New Ephyra.

The Destruction of New Jacinto occurs, the Swarm attack and destroyed the city-state.
Five months into the Swarm-Human War, the COG orders all citizens and Gears to get to the bunkers and prepare for cryogenic hibernation before Chairman Peterson initiates a "scorch earth" tactic on Swarm forces in occupied city-states across Sera, using what remains of the Hammer of Dawn satellite-array.
Twilight Sparkle is killed during the retreat to the bunkers by a Swarm Drone.
It is estimated that around 72 million civilians and soldiers and 95,000 ponies made it to the bunkers, and have began entering cryogenic sleep.
Chairman Peterson of the COG sacrifices himself to fire the remains of the Hammer of Dawn satellite-array on Swarm forces across Sera. The Swarm somehow survived and has fled the surface after the human and pony city-states were destroyed and the Deadlands became even more dangerous thanks to the HoD strikes, and have began establishing hives in which they lay dormant in.

The animals in the sanctuaries escape and began repopulating their species in what's left of Sera's plant life.

The Deadlands begin to show signs of life once again as animal and plant life return but the Deadlands won't disappear for at least a few thousand years.

Judy finds Nick, hustles him, visits Mystic Springs Oasis, and has 39 hours to solve the case. Upon leaving Oasis, she and Nick goes to DMV.

Judy and Nick began investigating the Tundratown Limo Service, then they met Mr. Big, and later, Mr. Manchas.
3rd Day: 13 hours left to solve the case just before dawn.
It's nighttime or extremely overcast when they arrived at Cliffside Asylum.
Judy addresses the media, Nick leaves after Judy displays minor bigotry and fear of predator animals.
13th Day: City gripped in fear. Polar Bear mauls Caribou. "This, the 27th attack, comes just one week after ZPD officer Judy Hoppes first connected the violence to traditionally predatory animals. "(14 missing animals + Mr. Manchas + 27 animals = 42 animals having gone savage) Gazelle hosts a protest. Clawhauser is removed from front desk, Judy quits the ZPD, and goes back to Bunnyburrow.
Two months later: Judy returns back to Zootopia, finds Nick, and they solve the case mystery.
One month later: Antidote works for animals infected with Night Howler, Judy's leg is healed, and Clawhauser returns to the front deck.

After five months, Nick graduates from the Zootopia Police Academy and joins the ZPD, and is assigned as Judy's partner.
Two weeks later, remnants of unknown ancient cityruins are unearthed by archeologists 12 kilometres outside of Zootopia, belonging to unknown species.

Gears of War: Zootopia is Magic
0800hrs, 17th Day of Bloom 12017 A.E
300 meters below the surface of Sera, an enormous bunker, out of the thousands, built by a civilization long since vanished from the face of Sera. On the first level, there are thousands of cryo tubes containing a small percentage of the COG Militia. Well on the other levels, there are hundreds of thousands to a million cryo tubes containing civilians. The protect and maintain the bunker's one million cryo tubes, a supercomputer simply known as an Artificial Intelligence (out of thousands) was created by the COG's best computer scientists to ensure humanity's and pony kind's safety while in suspended animation wasn't jeopardized.
A intercom came on and a synthesized voice was heard, "Warning: power levels reaching critical levels. Activating auxiliary power. Preparing for awakening protocol: 178-485-Alpha-Zeta." It said as hundreds of thousands of cryo tubes began opening across the subterranean bunker. On the bottom levels, people stumbled out of their cryo tubes disoriented and confused until they regain their composure. On the second level, thousands of Gears begin following procedure after they regain their composure and are awaiting orders from the general.
A Gear soldier by the name of Jonathan Baird is doing push-ups when he heard someone calling his name, "Yo, Baird!" He looked to see who it was and saw his friend, Ajax Cole coming towards him. Baird got up from his prone position and walked over to Ajax.
"Sup, Cole. Its good to see you," He said, holding out his fist to greet his long time friend.
"You too, Baird," Cole said, giving his friend a fist bump, "You seen Spectre Dash anywhere?"
"Looking for me?" Cole and Baird turned to see a blue coated unicorn stallion coming out of a crowd of Gears.
"Dash!" Both humans said in unison as they fist bumped with Dash.
"Man, you're a sight for sore eyes," Dash said as he brushed his black and grey mane with his hand.
Dash, Baird and Cole walked over to a weapons locker and begin retrieving their respective weapons from.
"So are you," Baird said as he retrieved his Mk.3 Lancer Assault Rifle, Gnasher Shotgun, and Snub pistol from nearby a weapons locker.
"What's happening?" Cole asked, reloading his shotgun before putting it on a magnetic grip on the back of his armour.
"General Mendoza ordered an assembly of all Gears in the vehicle bay so that he could chose a squad to recon the surface see if its safe. And relocate a million civilians back to the surface, and rebuild human and equestrian civilization." Dash explained as he put in a fresh mag into his Lancer.
"Well, what are we waiting for." Baird said as he, Ajax, and Spectre left the enormous cryo bay area and head for the vehicle bay.
"Hey, I forgot to ask," Cole said as he stepped into an elevator, "What year is it?"
In the vehicle bay, there were thousands of Gears assembled into rows and in front of them is General Mendoza, one of the highest ranking officers in the COG Militia, and his two Onyx Guards. He is a veteran of the Locust-Human War like the older Gears; he participated in Operation: Hollow Storm, the Siege of Nexus, and the Second Battle of Azura when he was 25 or 27 years old. His military career was absolutely impressive.
"Alright, ladies and gentlemen!" General Mendoza said into a microphone, "If you're wondering what year it is?" He waited for a few seconds for the murmurs to fade, "It is Bloom 17, 12017 A.E, according to our AI Sarah." shocked murmurs were heard among the thousands of Gears.
"Wait a minute," a Gear said in the front row of hundreds of soldiers, "We were in suspended animation or whatever, for thousands of years? Is that what you're saying, sir?"
"Yes, that is exactly what I'm saying," the General said as more murmurs are heard.
"So, what's the plan?" Cole said in the third row.
"I will be personally pick a squad to recon and explore the surface to see if it's safe for our people and anthropony brothers and sisters to rebuild our shattered civilization," General Mendoza explained and then look toward where Jonathan, Ajax, and Spectre were standing, "Sgt. Baird, given you and your team - Kilo service record in the COG Militia during the Swarm-Human War is impressive, and I think I'll choose your squad to recon and explore the surface if you wish to accept your mission to save mankind and pony kind's future?" All eyes were on Kilo, waiting to see if they accept their mission.
Baird looked to his left to see Cole and Dash nodding their heads towards him, and then look around him. Baird stepped forward five feet.
"We accept our mission... sir," Baird said as he looked toward the General.
"Good, meet me in my office in the command centre, sergeant," General Mendoza said before saying, "Now for the rest of you, setup a base on the surface, dismissed." He said as he left the makeshift stage.
The crowd begin disperse as the rest of the COG Militia has a task to complete. Baird, Cole, and Dash head to the General's office in the Command Centre. They entered an elevator and found themselves on the first level of the bunker, and found the general's office.
Baird knocked on the door twice while Cole and Dash wait outside, "Come in, sergeant."
He opened the door to see General Mendoza at his desk, "Sir," Baird said.
"Sergeant," the General said as he gestured Baird to a chair at the front of his desk.
"When are you sending us?" Jonathan questioned as sat in the chair.
"Later today at 0200hrs," the General said, "which gives you and your team some time to prepare for whatever what's up there."
"Wait, shouldn't you know what's up there?" Baird asked.
"Actually, no. Sarah says, the last of our still 'functioning' satellites fell from orbit over 8,000 years ago," the General said taking a breath before continuing, "And that is the problem with this mission as you and your team won't have any intel about the surface and environment, as well as wildlife, plant life, and the weather conditions such as Windflares and the Swarm, if they still exist."
"So, basically it compromises our mission without Intel about what happened to Sera during our absence?" Baird stated.
"Yes," General Mendoza said bluntly.
"Shit," Baird said aloud.
"But your still on reconnaissance of the surface," the General said, "Now if I were you, I'd head back to the vehicle bay."
"Yes, sir," with that said, Baird got up and head for the door. He opened the door and looked to see Spectre and Ajax still sitting there on a couple of chairs.
Ajax was first to see Baird and said, "So, how'd it go?"
"Well, apparently, without Intel about the surface of Sera since our absence, we'll be blind without a map but we still have a job to do," Baird said.
"So, what are we waiting for?" Spectre said as he got up from his chair and head for the elevator followed by Jonathan and Ajax.
