Marcus is a Soul Crusader. These venerable warriors gain their power by absorbing the souls of their fallen foes. These souls grant them great strength and magical ability. Long ago, Princess Celestia, the creator of the Crusaders, condemned them after she had lost use for them. She systematically hunted each and every one of them and slaughtered them..... all but one..... Marcus' father. After an attempt on his life by a Celestial assassin, Marcus realizes it's time to stop hiding. With the help of a new "friend", Marcus decides that Celestia has had enough time on her throne.
