T.W.O ELITE
Operation: Lost, and Found
Previous ChapterJohn, and Skirin rushed down a street that was crowded with people running all different ways trying to find an escape. John then spotted a stallion with an RPG pointed at them. John screamed.
"Move! Now!"
John tackled Skirin to the ground to evade incoming fire. The explosion impact sent some people to the ground, some died. Their masks fell over their faces.
"Go! Go!" John pointed to an empty building.
They rushed over to avoid anymore fire, which didn't help because now they both spotted at least ten hostiles come out of a building across the street. The hostiles blindly fired at the twos building. They both returned fire, sending their attackers scattering for cover. John yelled with rage.
"Come at us you bastards!".
John ran down his clip of ammunition.
"Cover my ass I'm reloading!" He yelled to Skirin who now laid suppressing fire.
One of the hostiles yelled out to the others.
"We got a man down!"
One by one each of the hostiles we mowed down to the last one. The last hostile hid behind an abandoned food stall. John, and Skirin peered around to spot him. Skirin spotted him now, sneaking up on the stallion John disarmed him, and threw him to the ground.
In an instant he pulled a knife, and plunged it into the stallions stomach. John brought the knife now straight across the stallion, spilling his internal organs along the sidewalk. Skirin was appalled by John's actions, he nearly vomited all over his uniform, but he swallowed it back. John moved up the street and found cover between two buildings that where perfectly parallel. John touched the coms button.
"Crash, do you copy?"
Thunderlane picked up.
"Yea, I'm not dead yet."
The field commander heard gunfire in the background.
"What's your position Crash?" John's voice holding concern.
Thunder replied.
"Courtyard of the Canterlot castle."
John commanded.
"Hang tight Crash. We are on our way."
John peeked around the corner of the building. He looked atop of the surrounding buildings before proceeding further. As he started to move he spotted missiles flying into the side of the castle, and other important structures. Now a thick wave of dust, swept in the street like a tidal wave. The two covered their eyes before the dust got into them. After the eye shutting John, and Skirin seen a helicopter crash into another building. Forced to seek shelter, they both rushed to the back of a zoo, where they were ambushed.
"Fuck! Grab some cover." John shouted the command, as a detachment of forty men, and two BTRs came out of nowhere.
John threw a grenade that blew up three stallions to bits. Skirin who was firing blindly over cover only hit two of the men climbing over a wall. Octavia's voice heard on the radio.
"Rooster, Fox, get inside the building now!"
John replied as calmly as possible as he could.
"This is a bad time Octavia!"
Octavia commanded .
"The door behind you has been unlocked, get inside now!"
John motioned for Skirin to move inside, and he did so. John kept the hostiles pinned down while he narrowly made his escape through the loading bay doors. Inside now they reestablished their minds. Octavia continued to talk.
"Now the exit on the north side of the zoo should lead out towards the castle."
Skirin thanked her.
"Thanks."
"At least one of you politeness." Octavia said before buzzing out.
On the other side of the loading dock was another big steel door about thirty-six feet long and seven feet high. Skirin's mouth became ajar. John only smiled, then he laughed. Skirin looked at him with his cocked to the side.
"What are you laughing at Rooster?" Skirin asked with a look of concern.
"Oh its nothing." John said. "Just there is no way to get through it without alerting any hostile in the area." John continued.
Then as if a signal from Celestia herself the door opened, and they heard a man over the intercom.
"Don't be afraid I'm on your side." The stallion over the intercom stated.
"Ok cowboy where is the exit?" Skirin asked politely.
"Well." The stallion said. " That's were you help me."
"My best employee was captured in the panda exhibit, and I need you to get her out." He finished.
John sighed heavily and said bluntly.
"Fine, but you better show us which way the exit is, or I'll have to get physical with you."
The stallion laughed.
"You couldn't get me even if you tried, I'm under high tech security." He snickered.
John cocked his Ak47 and walked on the trail towards the elephant, and tiger exhibits. Skirin thanked the stallion and ran to catch up with John.
After a minute or two of walking the two seen a small group of hostiles, around three or four by John's count. John, and Skirin sat there for a moment to devise a plan. The plan was simple, to go in and mock surrender. Then when they get close enough they fire upon them. Skirin breathe heavily, and asked.
"Is this going to work John?"
John went blank faced.
"I don't know that's why your going out first." He snickered.
Skirin sighed and stepped out with his hands high. One of the enemies spotted him, and yelled. Only two more appeared. The three stallions approached him. The first one, who was the leader, stepped into John's sight. John laughed inside, and grabbed the corporal.
"Ok, if you want to see your boyfriend here again you will drop your firearms!" John shouted at the two remaining hostiles.
They nodded and got to their knees. Skirin looked at John, who had a devilish look on his face. He seen John's plan go out. In a swift instant, John snapped the corporal's neck, and stabbed one of the surrendered stallions in the head. The other wet himself at this experience. Skirin pulled this one to his feet, and said
"We need this one alive, he could have intel."
John shouted.
"No!" He grabbed the knife out of the other prisoners head. "He needs to feel the pain he has caused." John finished.
Skirin thought.
"What do I do?"
"Do I let him kill this stallion?"
"I have only twenty seconds to decide."
Skirin kicked the prisoner to the ground, and shot him in the back of his head. John smiled, and walked toward the tiger exhibit closely followed by Skirin. The stallion's Identity was that of an intelligence agent sent by Celestia to uncover this plot more thoroughly. In his pocket was a wallet with a picture of his wife. The wife had learned of his untimely death, and killed herself.
