When I had awoken I still felt pride well up inside of me I also felt stronger than I had ever felt before in my life, one of the changelings said something as I stood still not fully awake, "wow what happened to you?" As I realized who she was, "morning Laura, sorry for disturbing you" I said with a touch of sadness in my voices, she just gave me a hungry longing look "mmm you can disturb me any time you want" she gave me a shiver which went down my spine with that.

I glanced at the rest of the changelings who had a I am full smiles on their faces like they had been throw an entire two loc-love Cristal's, she continued "it's a pity you're moving cast today, (she stopped and motioned for me to follow, once outside of the sleeping chamber and out of earshot of the others she continued, " I know I have not been erm well the kindness one here, as I know you had a Crush on me, but I was worried that it was just a meal thing" she said in a sad tone, and that got me as well she was speaking and it was not in vespid!

I feel so dumb sometimes, "I am sorry Laura but I thourt you were not interested in me?, so what changed?" I braced myself, half dreading the answer and their other half of me just felt strange like wanting something that seems so far away or impossible to come true, she gave a shy "you changed, (a baffled look spread across my face but she continued) you've actually made an impression on me, and when you were dreaming again you fed everyone and you are still stronger than ever, I am sorry for doutting you, and I know you will be great some day, I just wanted to give you something for good luck" the baffled look disappeared off of my face when I saw a twinkle in her eyes.

As she came close to my face and gave me a kiss, which I happily gave back in kind, my heart felt like dancing, and as quickly as it came it stopped as soon as she left, my lips tingling to and from my heart, i just froze for a moment as my brain began to put what had just happened together, of course my wings had stood up on my sides, as I opened my eyes I saw she had the same reaction, we both blushed as reality hit me and her, I had to go and fulfill my duties, "I really wished we had of had more time" I said as my brain seemed to realize what just came out, "well I have to try and go back to sleep, you take care and I'll see you around stud" she gave me a wink turned and with a wow under her Breath went back to the dormitory.

I turned and went in the direction of the army training centre, the best thing about being in the hive is you just know where everything is, it is the same for other changelings, we can communicate with each other over great distances but we mainly do that with the our mother and the ones we love, we can love others in the hive if we want to but no one would love their hach brothers and sisters the same, and i do not mean feeding them love i mean the special kind as that would be kinda gross, as i approached my destination I could just smell the pheromones and blood in the air.

I knew I was going to regret this as I came closer to the training ground, a guard came out of the nook in the wall as soon as I touch the webbing on the floor that was mixed in with the moss, he took a glances at me "well I was not expecting this you acutely look like you can Handle yourself!? Well your early so you must be a sucker for punishment, (he chuckled at the thourt of a newbie being thrashed) go inside you will know the overseer when you see or hear him" (he allowed himself another chuckle before he slunk back into the hole, as I continued the hallway became smaller and more restrictive, by the end of the hallway it was just big enough for me not to scratch my horn off of the ceiling.

Suddenly I found myself in a chamber that could comparably houses at least two fungi crops and still have room, I quickly surveyed my surroundings taking note of the different chambers entrances, when I heard "GET UP YOU FILTHY GRUBS!!! IF YOU WANT TO GO BACK TO THE HACH.." I am going to go out on a limb here and say that he is in charges. As I thourt this how ever I noticed everything went quiet, a quick scuttling sound made me turn to my right, to see a really small changeling scuttling towards me at speed. I ready myself especially when I started to feel the eyes of the others on me and the tension in the air, this is going to get really bad, he stopped just short of crashing into me, I did not move but I did have a spell ready,

"So you're the new grub our Queen wants me to whip into shape, (he laughs in vespid) looks like you know a few things already so why don't you show me!!" With that he jumped with his teeth aiming for my throat, I stept to the side and when time seemed to slow down I charge up my spell when he was in a prime position I unleash a blast that hit him harder than I meant, the channeling was flung to the far wall, it was kind of comical the way he stuck to the wall for a about a couple of seconds then slid down it, with an unceremonious plop he landed on the floor dazed and out of it.

After a few seconds the silence was interrupted by "MEDIC , WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU? It was one of the changelings peeking his head around the corner of a rock and some from behind stalicticks and a few from door ways with a look of shock on all of there faces, I calmly walked over to the stund changeling, and let out a gentle bit of healing magic which hit his horn, his charred and smoking carapace still smoking, he began to heal and repair his chican, after a moment of this I stopped as I did not want to start round two to start off so soon.

He picked himself up not expecting it to be me standing their, " you, you, what are you? You're not normal, you're a freak or something!" He picked himself up again "no one should" he stopped dead as a sound echoed throughout the hive the very earth and walls moved with the sound, "quarry eel attack!!" came a voice of one of the soilder cast members, it came Without warning, and without thinking about it we all assembled and followed the feeling of fear and pain, now I had learnt about them but seeing one, that's a different matter entirely.

It did not take long to figure out why this one was so far from its home, as the diamond dogs had used the porthing like a battering ram, by having it head our way, what made it more dangerous was it was in pain and was scared, I could feel its pain and a longing to go home, now not every diamond dog is evil or bad just as quarry eels are not unless you provoke them, but this group of Diamond Dogs had there eyes on the Cristal's, and did not care about the pour crecher that they had hurt with iron and whip,

as far as they were concerned it was nothing more but a tool to be used, it was close to death because of what they had done to it they did not even wait for the wounds to heal, they had pushed a helmet over its eyes and ears which was held in place by metal spikes, they jabbed it forwards with sticks and fire Cristal's, despite this there was nothing else that could be done for it other than death as it was only alive on adrenaline, which made their weapon more dangerous and rabid, as it would get a Diamond Dog if they strayed too far forward.

As we came to the entrance point I stopped, my heart stopped as I saw Laura or what was left... I felt something that no changeling had felt before, yes we can feel anger but this this was pours uncut rage, I literally blacked out. When I came to everyone was just staring at me the quarry eel was splattered across the walls along with bits of diamond dog with the red and the oranges blood mixing together, the dogs that did not flee were being enveloped by viscous liquid secreted by the others by the glands in our legs soon to be cocooned,

Evan then I still wanted them to die as I moved to Laura's corps I whield and cried holding her unable to move, I heard voices in both languages and even felt a touch or two, but I was numb to the world, it was like some kind of sick joke as my world had stopped and yet everything else kept moving and going on as if nothing had happened,i felt a heat build up inside of me and suddenly I was hit by a bright light and then everything went dark.
