A Snowflake During Twilight

Snow Flake was awoken by the sound of birds chirping at the windows. It must have been early because the sun had barely risen yet. He rubbed his eyes thinking of the night before, hoping it wasn't a dream. He soon figured out it was all real when he noticed Twilight laying on top of him. He then lied backwards onto the edge of the couch thinking how lucky he was to be with her. He never thought he would be laying there with her last night.

He knew what he could do for her, he would make her breakfast! Snow had not really been a big cook but he figured he could do it, for her. Snow slowly sat up from the couch, making sure not to wake Twilight. he carefully put he head back down upon the pillow. She was still asleep, Snow sent up a prayer of thanks for that. He sneaked into the kitchen where he began to make pancakes and eggs. Snow thought to himself, I've ate them a thousand times, how hard could it be?

Snow began to pour the pancake mix in when Twilight walked in behind him. She was rubbing her eyes as she had just woken up. "Um... surprise?" Snow said in a shocked sort of tone. Twilight looked in the direction of the food being cooked and said "You were making me breakfast? That's so sweet of you Snow! Caramel would've never done anything like..." She trailed off as she saw the disappointment in Snow's face. "No! Snow Flake I didn't mean to, he's just been on my mind a lot. I mean I haven't broken up with him so I do feel like I'm cheating." She said. Snow still looked saddened by her comment about her stallion friend.

"It's fine, really don't worry about it." Snow said halfheartedly. Twilight new she must have somewhat hurt him by saying this. "Snow I am going to break up with him today, but first i going to Sugarcube Corner because our breakfast is burning." Twilight said with a little laugh. Snow saw the smoke pouring out of the pan and jumped up to put it out. Twilight said with a giggle as she walked outside "I'll get pick you up something while I'm there." Twilight then rushed out of the house in hopes to soothe her appetite.

After a walk to Sugarcube, she made her way inside to find her friends Rarity and Applejack sitting at a table. She then walked over to the table and sat down to talk to her friends. "Hey Rarity, hello Applejack." Twilight said in a kind voice. "Hello" Rarity and Applejack said together. "Darling, I must know. What happened between you and that stallion named Snow Flake last night? I saw him ask to walk you home last night." Rarity said, sounding very intrigued. "Wait just one cotton pickin' minute, Twilight let a stallion besides Caramel walk her home?" Applejack interrupted. Twilight answered "Girls! Nothing happened, he walked me home and it was cold outside so he came in for just a cup of hot chocolate when he..." Twilight trailed off. "He what? He didn't touch you in any kinda' way did he now?" Asked Applejack.

Twilight took a moment to gather her words "Well he just... just... We kissed alright!" Twilight yelled. The two ponies looked dumbfounded as they both knew that Twilight had never kissed anypony. She hadn't even kissed Caramel since they started dating. Twilight ordered her food as Rarity and Applejack thought about what Twilight had just said. After the waiter left, Rarity was the first to respond. " So Twilight how was he? Was he soft and gentle or was he more aggressive?" Twilight blushed at this, she had never talked about such things even with her friends.

"Well, it was really gentle, like he truly wanted to make it special. I felt like I had never felt before when he pressed his lips against mine." Twilight explained. "Darling, I think you might truly like this pony Snow Flake." Rarity explained. Twilight would admit she did have feelings for this white stallion. She really wanted to head home and talk to him about some of these things with him but first she had to end the thing with her and Caramel. Twilight scarfed down her food and headed towards Caramel's house.

Twilight arrived at Caramel's house at about noon. She knocked on the door and was answered by Caramel. "Hey baby, I didn't talk to you all day yesterday. You must have been really busy. Well hey come inside." Caramel said and ushered Twilight inside his house. She went inside and sat down next to Caramel in his living room. "Caramel we need to talk. Lately we haven't done anything in our relationship, and I don't see it going anywhere." Twilight started "And I think maybe we should just be friends." This really shocked Caramel, he seemed extremely sad at first but, then it all turned to anger. "Are you seeing that new white coat stallion that just moved here? I heard he was walking home with you which i figured was a lie but now!" Caramel was yelling at Twilight now, which really started to frighten her. "I... I only walked back home with him." Twilight tried to explain but was cut off by Caramel "You whore! You cheater!" He was now starting to really go ballistic and flip things like his table. Twilight was so scared that she bolted straight for the door and didn't stop running.

Twilight arrived back at her house which now housed the white stallion and his orange friend. She was panting because she had ran all the way back. Snow broke the silence of her arrival by asking " Did you bring me back something?" The food, Twilight had so much on her mind at that time that she had forgotten to pick him up something. She simply shook her head no and Snow knew something was wrong. "Twi, whats wrong?" Snow asked. Twilight said "It was nothing major, lets just say my thing with Caramel is over now." Snow still knew something was wrong but he would lay off the topic.

Orange spoke for the first time she arrived."Hi, I'm Orange Pop, Snow and I room together but, as I can see here I don't know how long that will last now." Snow and Twilight both started to blush when he said this, but the silence was broken up by a little dragon named Spike that was just now waking up. He came in and said "Hey Twilight, who are these guys?" Orange was again the first to answer for the both of them. "Hi I'm Orange Pop and this is Snow Flake." Spike simply nodded and went back to his room, obviously not interested.

After a while of them exchanging stories, Orange decided to go home." Hey Snow you coming back tonight?" Orange asked. "Probably." Snow said sheepishly. "Alright well you'll have to tomorrow, remember Pony World and everything." Said Orange. "Ok!" Said Snow loudly, hinting for him to leave. With that Orange pulled the door to behind him and Snow and Twilight were finally alone, well except for Spike.

Twilight started "Snow, I really have had a lot of new things introduced to me in just a day, but I can already tell there is something between us that is special." Snow understood, he couldn't get her out of his head. The whole time she was gone he was thinking about her. Everything around him made him think of her, he truly couldn't get this mare off his mind! "And all day I just wanted to come back home, see your wonderful smile and relax in your arms."

He couldn't think of anything better himself, so he motioned for her to follow him onto the couch, which she did. He extended his arms out and she fell into them where they proceeded to cuddle really close. He started to kiss up and down her neck until he reached her mouth. Her breath was hot as she was very nervous. He planted a kiss right on her lips and stayed there for about ten seconds. He then pulled back and she said "Snow Flake, I... I really think I love you."

It was those three words that Snow had waited to hear all day. It brought the biggest smile ever right to his face. He looked at her and said "Twilight, I love you too." He then squeezed her in tight and proceeded to kiss her even more. Snow thought to himself this would be the night him and Twilight made love. They were on the verge of starting in when they heard a loud knock on the door and the sound of Caramel's voice at it.
