Sweetie Belle and I sat there waiting for the group to finish their little meeting thing. Sweetie Belle had wanted to get a weapon to defend herself, but she started to use her horn even more and got a ton better in the past day. I wanted to get weapon since I didn't have any useful talents, but Sweetie Belle said that she would protect me with her magic.

"Hey Sweetie Belle, do you think that we'll be able to make the castle a safe place to stay," I asked her as she was getting ready to cast magic missile.

"Of course, with the amount of weapons we have, and an alicorn, we would definitely be able to make it safe," she told me as she cast the rather strong spell. The group started to get back into their positions and we continued to walk towards the castle. We had already spent four hours walking and we weren't even halfway there yet. I wanted this trip to be over before nightfall, but at the pace we were going we would probably be there by tomorrow morning. I looked around at our makeshift army, we had an alicorn, two of the mane six,  two doctors, a mentally slow pegasus, and a hitchhiker. I knew that everypony had a little crush on him since he's the 'leader' of our operation, but I feel as though he has a very dark secret that he won't share. I was about to tell Sweetie what I felt about him, but Derpy came out of nowhere.

"Hey, Apple Bloom, I was bored so I came over here to see if you have anything to talk about," said Derpy.

"Sorry Derpy, I'm probably more bored than you right now, but I do actually have a secret I want to tell you about," I told her. "I feel as if he has a dark secret that he's not letting on," I told her while pointing to the hitchhiker.

"Why do you feel that way Apple Bloom, he's the only one leading us on a straight path, without him we wouldn't be anywhere," Derpy said in a very angry tone.

"Sorry Derpy, I'm probably just paranoid," I told her as she flew back to where she was put. We continued to walk in silence with the ever so occasion cough or sneeze from somepony. By the time we got maybe halfway to the castle, everypony was starting to get hungry. We walked to the side of the road and took a little break, the sun was straight up so I guess it was noon. We sat back and passed what little food we had around, which was just a head of lettuce and a few apples. I took an apple while Sweetie Belle took some lettuce. The hitchhiker didn't want any food, he said that if his luck was good he would be able to eat at the castle. After everypony had finished their food we continued on the road, except the hitchhiker.

"We need to move now, timberwolves," We all looked to see a pack of timberwolves chowing down on the carcass of a dead pony.

"Why are they so far away from the forest, aren't they afraid of leaving the forest," I asked the others.

"They aren't afraid of leaving they're afraid of us, ponies, but since we aren't around to scare them off and keep them at bay they are out eating whatever they can find," said the hitchhiker. We all walked faster until we heard one of the timberwolves howl. We all looked back to see the timberwolves looking at our group. The doctor was already on the ground aiming out of his weapon. He fired the gun and in the distance, we saw one of the timberwolves loose a leg, but it was still coming for us. I studied the wolves carefully and noticed something slightly off about them, their eye color. Instead of their normal glowing yellow eye color, their eye's were a dull gray color.

"I don't think their alive, look at their eyes," I told everypony.

"They carcasses they have eaten must of had the virus in it, which made them infected," Luna said. The doctor shot off two more rounds which took off the other timberwolves legs. We all quickly started back on our trail to the castle only to see a pack of 10 to 15 timberwolves standing behind us and another pack next to us. We ran away from the trail and came across a cliff. The cliff was a good 50-foot drop but there was water at the bottom. I watched as I saw Luna jump off the cliff followed by Rarity and then Pinkie, the doctors then Derpy. Me and Sweetie Belle hugged each other and jumped followed by the hitchhiker. We landed in the water and quickly swam to shore. I looked up to not only see the timberwolves but to see the sky was starting to get stormy.

"Why are the clouds moving when there are no pegasus," I asked somepony.

"Well, it's like when Celestia dies the planet loses its magical grip, the same with the clouds when the weather factory is destroyed, it goes back to the way my grandparent's grandparents found it when they arrived on this planet. The weather had a mind of its own, the clouds formed by themselves and the time went by itself," she said as she recited from something. We started to go back to the path when it started raining. I hope I don't get a cold.
