After saving the world for a fourth time and returning the Master Emerald to Angel Island, Sonic The Hedgehog and Miles "Tails" Prower decide to return home on Green Hill Zone for some well deserved relaxation. Unfortunately, their "Vacation" is cut short when Doctor Robotnik discovers a special warp ring that will allow him to travel to escape to a world where Sonic wouldn't be there to stop him: Equestria. When the speedy duo soon discover of the mad doctor's plot, they rush over to their biplane, the Tornado, and fly off to stop his evil scheme.
"So, Eggman thinks that invading another world is the best way to avoid me? Not a chance I'd miss this. Time to crack that Eggman wide open. Yeah, let's party!"
