We all know Twilight is a motherly figure towards Spike, but what is Starlight Glimmer's relationship with Spike? Does he think of her as more than just a friend? Spike starts to have family issues. See, in this story how he tries to solve that problem!

This is the first Fimfiction story I've ever made that is NOT a comedy! I'm really not into FiM fanfiction anymore, since I'm working on an actual book right now, but Spike and Starlight's relationship has meant more to me than any relationship in this series, and I written this story so I can embrace my feelings towards it. Spike will always be my favorite character on MLP, and Starlight has become my second favorite character! I can relate to both of them, and seeing them bond like this, that's what really made me love The Crystalling, and The Times They Are A Changeling so much!
