It was early morning; Spike and Blazing help lift the banner for the Crystal Fare while Agile and Apple Charm rounded up all of the sheep and put them in their pen. After helping his Dad put up the decorations Blazing had asked if he could help partake in the celebration's by helping make the straw hats at the stand to which Cadence was more then delighted to let him help, Flurry Heart heard about Blazing going to help in making straw hats and decided to join him wanting to get know the young drake/colt, Flurry wasn't sure what she should call him. Scootaloo sat in her wheel chair and watched every pony help in the celebration and couldn't help but feel useless stuck on the ground in a wheelchair like she was a little Filly who had been grounded by her parents.

Spike made his way over to Scootaloo and kissed her on the cheek, "Come on." Spike started push the wheelchair towards the festival.

"What are we doing?" Scootaloo asked confused

"Well we're going to join in on the festivities of course!" Spike admitted like it was plainly obvious.

"But im in stuck in this bloody chair?" Scootaloo's head hang low.

"So, it doesn't stop you from having fun the blood bag is attached to chair. Now I hear they are making some Tasty treats over in the baking tents, I think we should go over and inspect that they are making them properly." Spike suggested with a bright smirk. Scootaloo smiled up Spike feeling so much love for her drake.

Agile and Apple Charm got all of the sheep into the pen and began to help the little Fillies and colts to pet the sheep as Blazing Daimond and Flurry heart got into a rhythm of making hats for each of the ponies that came by. Cadence smiled as she saw everypony having fun and enjoying themselves so she decided to go back into the castle. Cadence made her way up to her bedroom and closed the door behind her self making sure she was alone before activating a secret passage in her wall using her magic. Cadence horn glowed help he see as made her way through to the other side of the secret passage leading to a room with a shrine to her late husband. Massive framed picture of Shinning Armour hanging on the wall with flowers, candles and pictures of his happiest moments all around the picture. Cadence came here to think, pay respect when she missed her husband or when ever she was scared of something and she need her husband advice, and she need her husband advice more then ever.

"Hi Shinny, im worried I feel an great evil coming and its the strongest I've felt it-" Cadence frowned "-and I don't think Spike can stop it this time what should I do?"

Meanwhile-

Blazing Diamond finished working on a straw hat for a customer when he see's Thorax coming over and he let Flurry know that he had to go and made his way over to thorax. "Hey Thorax, its good too see you" Blazing Smiles.

"Its great to see you too Diamond, I hope that book helped you out." Thorax replied.

"Oh um, yeah it did as matter of fact, thank you." Blazing blushed as he remembered yesterday.

"No problem Blazing im just glad I could help tis all."

"So wanna have that talk with me, my Sister, my Mum and Dad?" Blazing asked knowing the reason he found Thorax so quickly.

"Um... well, if you don't mind that is?" Thorax asked unsure that it was okay.

"Sure we just have to go find them, I think my sister is over at the petting pen so we should go there first." Diamond told Thorax he nodded in agreement and followed Diamond to the petting pen.

Agile turned around hearing her name being called, she turned around to see her brother standing next to Changeling. "Um... Brother you do you know your standing next to a Changeling?!"

"Yeah This is Dad's friend Thorax I met him in the Library, Thorax wants to ask us about our biology wanna join?" Blazing ask casually which confused Agile.

Agile didn't know how to reply she couldn't figure out if it was a trap or if the Changeling was genuinely good, But then a thought came to her if the Changeling wasn't good Dad would stop him anyway. "Sure Ill come just let me tell Charm im going." Agile told Blazing And Thorax before leaving to find their Dad.

Spike was overwhelmed to his old friend again in such an long time. Spike greeted Thorax with open arms; squeezing the Changeling in the processes. Once the pleasantries and introductions we're done everypony decided to go back to Thorax's library to continue talking.

In Canterlot Before Sun Rise.

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

The loud beeping sound of you're alarm fills your room as you try your best to sleep by digging your head further in the pillow.

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

The alarm continue ring sounding louder then before, but you were determined to sleep extra few minutes, you place pillow over your head in attempts to block out the alarm.

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

The alarm seem to get even louder then ever constantly beeping until you finally gave up and got up to turn the alarm off and see its five a clock. You stretch your hooves out while yawning simultaneously as you got up and trotted to the bathroom getting washed and dressed ready for the day's work ahead. Once you were dressed in your royal armour you watched Twilight lower the moon from your balcony, once the moon was lowered you started to raise the sun. You remember when spike first taught you that magic spell it was the most difficult thing you had ever tried you couldn't even get to raise the sun a centimetre into the sky. You silently laugh now moving the sun into its position where it will be fine on its own until you had to lower it.

After raising the sun you head down to the kitchen where you placed your orders for your breakfast this morning. It wasn't long till was served, as you started to eat your breakfast you could start to feel that this life style would suit you, knowing you were doing by others while living in luxury, it seemed Fitting. Once Breakfast was eaten you made your way to the Throne room and called Quartz Pen to find out your duties for the day.

"Well your Highness-" Quartz started to talk until you interrupted her.

"Quartz Just call me Anon, please." you tell with a smile you were getting tired of being called Highness

"Oh, um... sure thing Anon?" She question as if she's unsure but you nod your head to let her know she was okay. "well you have a new Orphanage to open in Ponyville, that's from ten to twelve but after that you're clear for the day Anon."

"Really? Sweet, get the carriage ready to go." you order as you think about being able to go see Pinkie afterwards.

Once the carriage was ready, you got in with to Guards and headed to Ponyville. The Guards didn't say anything no matter how much tried to talk to them or pull face trying to make them laugh, you tried for a good half an hour before giving up thinking it was lost cause that their soul must of died along time ago. You looked out the Window of your carriage and see a big build with hundreds of ponies cheering out your name. you get out of the carriage before you start smiling and waving back at the crowd, Mayor Wish trots up to you extends a hoof to greet you, which you happily accept and shake hooves with the Mayor. Cameras flash as you and Mayor shake hooves, Ponies from all different tabloids were here, you'd be on the front page of every news paper over Equestria

"I cant thank you enough for doing this, I know how much of a busy colt you must be and how cold it is here I cant wait for summer." Mayor Wish smile genuinely happy for you to be here.

"Its no problem Mayor Wish im so glad to be here at the grand opening im just sorry Spike isn't here to do this instead, I guess I'll have to do instead." You apologise.

"Time is getting on we'd better start now." Mayor said looking at sun.

You nodded and took your place in the background as the mayor trots up to the podium to begin her speech, you stand and wait for you name to be called. But suddenly you head starts to hurt a sharp pain pierces through your skull, you put a hoof to your head as the pain gets unbearable. soon you hear a voice whisper to you like you can hear someponies thoughts.

"meet me at the hospital after your done here or im afraid Twilight is going to be last of the Element wilders, come alone or your daughter will die as well."

Your eyes go wide in fear and your heart skipped a beat, losing your wife this scared you to death. But you couldn't think about it now the Mayor had just called you the Podium for you to make you're speech.

"Mares and Gentle Colt I cant say how much of a great day it is, this Orphanage will house so Many lost and alone foals they will be cared and loved for by our warm and welcoming staff. So it tis my honour on behalf of our King Spike that I declare this Orphanage OPEN!" You cut the red ribbon with your magic and crowd went wild, the camera's flashed and you stood there with Mayor Wish wanting to leave.

Once every thing was done you said you're goodbyes to the Mayor and you told your Guards to leave with the Carriage and that your visiting your wife and that you would fly back not needing an escort. You began to gallop towards the hospital, fear had finally took hold of your body and your Family safety was on the highest thing on your list and no pony could stop him. You were at the hospital as soon as possible and you galloped up the stairs as quick as you could. you were running on steam trying to make it to Pinkie's room, your entire body from you head to your hooves and all your inside's were aching begging for you to stop but you ignored them and kept on going.

You entered Pinkie's room to see an old pony standing between Pinkie who was still in her bed but she had yellow magic wrapped around her neck and on the other side Shindig was in the air and she also had magic wrapped around her neck. your mind was working a million miles an hour, you we're already on working on escape plan while trying to find out who the pony was in front of but It was hard to tell was so dark in the room.

"Now you have a choice, do you understand?" The old colt asked his voice sounded ruff like his throat had been burnt.

"Yes!" You replied not wanting to mess around with this colt, you knew he business.

"Good, now your going to give me what ever power you have over the throne and I will release your family. If you say no then I will kill your family and I will forcefully take the power from you, yes or no." The old colt was brief and straight to the point, no fuss or bragging he was serious. You thought about the proposal over and over again, if he was going to get it I might as well have my family with me while hell brakes loose.

"Time's up! I need your answer, now!" The old colt demanded.

"I will give you my power as long you hold on to your word and let my family go." You answer, it was the best you could but you thought spike could easily handle him when he got back.

"You have my word." As soon as the old colt said that, the magic came away from your wife and daughter. "Now, let us begin."

you sighed and closed your eyes as you focused on your magic, you raised into the sky and opened eyes they we're completely white and a white beam came from chest hitting the old colts horn. you fell to the ground tired, shindig rushed to your side. "Daddy!"

The old colt started to laugh as horn glowed he opened the blinds to show the outside. "Attack!"

You got up to go look out the window to see millions of changelings attacking the town, thousands of ponies galloping and screaming for their lives. You turn around to see the old colt smiling. "Who are you?" You ask terrified.

"Me? Im The Master Nightmare! but you might know me by a different name, I Was once called Star Swirl The Bearded!" A black cap appears around his neck with a black crown a top his head.

"But your dead and have been for a while now." you argue out of shock.

"I know you have a lot of questions, but I have to leave. I have a tight schedule Im going to have to leave you with my two friends here, they will take care of you." Two Changelings make their way into the room and shut the door behind them selves as The Master Nightmare trots off laughing.

Back At The Crystal Empire

Everypony sat down at the table in the library, Thorax grabbed a book, quill and pot of ink. You could see the excitement on thorax's face it was plain as day. Everypony sat in silence and watched Thorax excitedly write in his book waiting for him to start asking questions.

"So I guess ill start with... how old are you both?" Thorax looked at both Agile and Blazing Diamond.

"Im Thirty two he's Twenty five." Agile answer to which Thorax nodded and wrote the answers down.

"Who got their Cutie Mark first im assuming it was you Agile." Thorax asks without even looking up.

Blazing cleared his throat before talking. "No, actually I got mine first, I was five and I was in School, I wanted to be in the school play but all the taken. So I what the teachers said that I could help make the costumes but I didn't want to do that, it wasn't until an friend of mine encouraged me to go for it, so I did. But short story is that I started to love it and I designed some costume of my own and it wasn't long till got this baby." Blazing stood up and showed Thorax his flank, a diamond in the middle of a flame with magic stars coming off it.

"I see... But what dose the flame and Magic stars mean?" Thorax asked intrigued.

"I don't know to be honest, I mean im really strong with magic. Oh and I can breath fire but so can my sister." Blazing Diamond looked down feeling upset that he didn't know more about his own Cutie Mark.

"Well what about you Agile? What's your story?" Thorax asks while writing down what Blazing had told him.

"I was elven and I was with dad and we decided to race and flew so fast I made a sonic rainbow something that had only been done by on of dad's Friends... Rainbow Dash I if remember right. This was the mark I got for it." Agile stood up showing her cutie mark.

"Interesting." Thorax looked her mark and continued to write down in his book. "So do you have an-."

"Im sorry but why are you asking these questions?" Agile interrupted.

Before Thorax could answer the door of the library slammed open Causing everypony to look up the stairs to see cadence and Flurry Heart with two guards standing at the top. "Spike!" Cadence shouted and galloped down the stairs with Flurry Heart and the two Guards following.

"Cadence what's wrong?" Spike asked concerned.

"Canterlot and Ponyville have fallen!"
