Chapter v. New Law

"What?!" Spike couldn't believe what Cadence was saying, he knew it was bad his mind went to Twilight not giving Anon a second thought.

"Canterlot and Ponyville have been attacked by changeling's and we don't know whose leading them. We need you to go over and save Twilight and Anon if you can, I will stay here and look after your family." Spike reluctantly agreed seeing no other way out.

"Spike, Please Save my Mama?" Apple Charm ask as Agile cuddles her.

"I don't need to, ill have to Save the Changelings from your mum." Spike promised

Spike made his way over to Scootaloo. "Look after your self and... give them hell!"

That made Spike Chuckle a little bit. "I'll sure as hell gonna kick some flank and ill make it look Awesome for you."

Spike turned to look at as his son. "Why don't I come with you I could help?"

"No its too dangerous I and I need you to stay her to be useful for Cadence if she need's your help." Spike told Blazing to which he nodded in reply. "You too Agile." Spike Smiles

"Of course Dad." Agile false a smile hiding the fear.

Spike kissed his family goodbye and made his way out of the library, he stretched his wings out feeling the wing blow around and through the two holes in his left wing and took off into the skies of Equestria as fast an old friend of his. Along the way Spike mentally prepared himself for the battle ahead he knew there would be thousands of Changelings and he didn't have a plan, That's how it always was when he thought about it he never had a plan for stopping the bad guys, he charged in and let fate and his skills do the rest.

Spike hovered over Canterlot see the destruction, homes and businesses that ponies had put the lives into building to only have it rip down in manner of seconds. Apart of Spike wanted to drop down and kick the crap out of any and every changeling he could see, but he knew that he had a job to do and mustn't ruin it by being reckless. Spike continued watching Canterlot from above feeling powerless in able to help his subjects, but he noticed that the only ponies that we're being killed were the old and Foals, the ones they had no use for. The perfectly healthy Mares and Colts were captured and Spike could only guess that they were taken for slaves and made to do Celestia knows what.

Spike had enough of watching his subjects suffer and made his way to the balcony of his bedroom sneaking past troops Changelings and landing silently outside his door. Spike opened the door a little to see how many changeling's were in his room, peering in he saw two by the wardrobe, one by the bed and two in the bathroom. Spike pulled away and took a deep breath this is where time and speed played a big hand in him pulling this off successfully.

Spike took one more deep breath before heading in Spike grabbed the heads of the Changelings next to the wardrobe and smashed their heads together knocking them out cold. Then heading over to the other changeling by the bed and hitting his head against the corner of the bed side table killing him. Once the Changeling's were dealt with in the bedroom headed into the bathroom and got the jump on the first changeling snapping his neck then throw into the other catching him off guard and landing him onto the floor, Spike stood on top of him and stamped on his neck digging his claws in killing him.

Once that was over Spiked over to his wardrobe pulling out his armour and sword, he quickly put them on and open the door silently peering his head out looking left and right. Seeing that the hallway was clear he made his way ducking in and out of Changelings way hiding in rooms and coming out when the cost was clear. It wasn't long until he reached Twilights room and he only found Changelings and once they were dealt with he sat down and thought about were Twilight could be.

Then it him they knew he was coming and that she is trapped in the Throne room to trap Spike into doing what ever they wanted or needed. even though he knew this it didn't help figure away around the trap. This best thing he could was enter the trap and figure a way out of the mess afterwards, with Spikes mind made up he headed to the Throne room and hoped for best. Spike didn't even try to hide, he walk down to the like it was normal day in the castle as if the his subjects wasn't dying on his door steps. It was weird Spike had made it to the doors of the throne room and no Changeling had attacked him, Spike look at throne room door with uneasy feeling in his gut he had a feeling that as soon as he stepped in the room he was going to be jumped on by a lot of Changing troops. But there was no point in delaying the inevitable, Spike opened the door and entered the room finding it mostly empty.

Twilight was in the middle of the room crying trapped in a green crystal looking shield, Spike started to walk slowly to Twilight as carefully as he could. "Huh? Whose there?" Twilight questioned looking.

"Calm down Twilight its me, see?" Spike looked at Twilight her eyes were completely white.

"Tell me something that only I and you would know ?" Twilight asked with a scared tone.

"Twilight... w-what happened to your eyes?" Spike asked worried.

"ANSWER THE QUESTION!" Twilight shouted out fear, fear that needed to be soothed.

Spike stood there and thought about his answer until a memory popped in his head. "Do you remember before all of this happened, the morning before King Sombra, Where I asked you if Rarity would ever get over Rainbow. And you sat me down and told be that I need to let her and you made me realise that my true love was Scootaloo."

When Spike stopped talking he saw that Twilight was wiping tears away with her hooves. "Oh Spike! I'm so glad your here!"

"So am I Twi, but what happened to your eyes?" Spike asks as he rushes to Twilight trying to find a way out.

"I was sleeping when the invasion happed and somepony kicked me out of bed and I saw was the shadow of somepony and their horn was glowing, casting a spell that... h-has made... me permanently... blind." It pained Twilight to say it out loud make the fact all to real.

Spike stop looking for a way out and dropped to his knees looking at Twilight in shock his eyes started to water up. "Im... so, so sorry Twilight."

"Never mind that now, do you know how to get me out of here?" Twilight asked focusing on the here and now.

Spike wipe his eyes with his claw. "Yeah I thinks so, cover your eyes." Twilight did as she was told as Spike mustered up all his brute force and punched through the shield making it crack and crumble around Twilight. "Lets go!" Spike grabbed Twilight and headed to the door only to be stopped by two Changelings and Before Spike knew it he was surrounded by Changelings that had come out of the shadow.

"Going so soon but we didn't even get to chat." A voice called from the darkness.

"Spike what's going on?" Twilight asked wishing that she had her sight back.

"Twilight stay close to me, Who are you? Show your self!" Spike demanded.

"Of course, its only fair you get to see your enemy." The voice came from behind Spike making turn around.

Spike saw an old Colt sitting in his Throne, he wore a black cape and black crown with red rubies imbedded into it "Who are you"

"I call my self the Master Nightmare, but you may know me by a different name, I was once called Star Swirl The Bearded!" The Master smirked while Twilight and Spike gasped in surprise.

At The Hospital

You and your daughter step in front Pinkies bed blocking the Changelings. Both you and shindig glare down the other Changeling before you both start to attack them. You do your best blocking each attack that came your way you, flew into the kicking the Changeling square in the face catching him off guard. It gave you enough time to throw a couple of punches hitting the Changeling in face and chest making fall to the ground. Before you could buck the Changeling out the room he turns into Pinkie catching you off Guard giving him the to slide kick making you hit the ground with a hard thud causing your vision to go blurry.

Your a bit confused but you could still make out the out line of Changeling making you roll as you saw he was about stamp on face. getting up with your sight clearing up you see a clipboard and throw it at the Changeling with your magic, it hits him in the throat making the Changeling gag. with this opening you turn around and buck the Changeling in the face knocking him out cold. With the Changeling out cold you turn around to see Shindig in shock with other Changeling dead on the floor his head was all bashed in, blood all over the floor.

You rush to your daughter side she wasn't even looking at the body "It's okay, it's all over now!"

"I couldn't stop him im so sorry dad, I tried my best, I really did." Shindig's voice was all shake and sounded so scared.

"I don't understand Sweetheart, what are you talking about?" As soon as you ask that Shindig looks down and points to Pinkie.

You look over to see a hole in Pinkie's chest with burn marks around the skin of the hole you rush to you wife's side. "Say something Please!" You begged looking at Pinkie's dead body, tears stream down your face as hope all leaves you, the acceptance of your wife's death is too much for you.

You and your daughter sit there for half an hour in silence, It wasn't until Shindig made move that the silence was broken. "Come on Dad we've got to get going." Agile tried to push you on to your hooves but she had no luck.

"What's the point, she's gone." There was no tone left in your voice.

"If we don't get going then Twilight, Applebloom, Rosie and Nightfall's Family is all lost, the Master and the Changelings would have Won. And you cant avenge Mum's death." Shindig argued.

Suddenly a flame lit in side you like Somepony had turned on a light bulb. "Your right we must save our friends and kill every last pitiful Changeling piece of shit in sight, working our way up until we finally kill The Master Nightmare!" You get up with a new passion in your eyes.

"I promise Dad, The Master will pay for what he did." Shindig hugged her father deeply pouring all her emotions into the hug.

You hugged your daughter just tight as she did, Once the hug was done you planted a goodbye kiss on Pinkie's forehead before Shindig jumped on your back, once blew a hole in the wall with magic and flew out the room towards Sweet Apple Acers. You knew fly high above the clouds jumping from one to the other keeping out the way of Changelings until you reached Sweet Apple Acers. The farm looked clear as if no Changeling had been near it which was a relief knowing that Applebloom and Rosie was okay.

"The Changeling Troop's must all be converging on the city." You say thinking out loud as Shindig got off your back.

"Well lets be thankful then, It doesn't make our job any harder then it need's to be." Shindig tells you as you make your way towards the house. You knock on the door and wait a minute until Applebloom opened the door "Applebloom are you-"

"Cut it!" Applebloom interrupt's you, her voice is strong and serious, She stood in front of Rosie protecting her. You decide to let her continue talking not wanting to anger her. "Ah know What's happing in Ponyville, so If ya the real Anon tell me you'll past and if ya the real him yer would know what I mean," Applebloom stared you down.

"Im actually a human and im not really Celestia son and I was the husband of most beautiful pony Pinkie Pie, are we good?" You ask unsure.

"Ya we're good" Applebloom answers now relaxed she lets you in.

"Good!" You reply as you relax and enter the house.

"I assume ya have a plan?" Applebloom asks you walk into the kitchen Were Rosie was eating lunch.

"Yes I need you to stay here as I bring each of our friends here, Then ill teleport us all to the Crystal Empire with the help of twilight and then we have to find Spike and his family." You tell Applebloom, your tone of voice is harsh yet still has it of its caring nature behind it.

"Can ah Help?" Rosie asks making Applebloom frown

"Oh no ya don't im not letting you go Rosie, your Mum Would kill me if ah did. Besides Anon does this thing sort of thing before and it Sounds good to me but Im sorry Anon." Applebloom could tell that Pinkie Pie was dead, it was hard to figure out harsh ness in his tone voice and sad expression on both Shindig and Your face was a clear give away, not to mention the clear absence of Pinkie.

"Yeah I guess."

"Come on Shindig, lets go" You didn't want to reply to Applebloom out of fear that you might start to cry even though you was thankful for Applebloom's kind words.

"Wait, what? You want me to come with you?" Shindig asks surprised.

"Well, yeah you handle you self pretty well I mean look at the state of the changeling back at the hospital, and im gonna need somepony to watch my back." You were able to smile for a Small second as planted a kiss on your daughters forehead making her feel loved. "We Wont Be long." You told Applebloom just before you teleported back home to your bedroom in Sugar Cube Corner.

"Why are here?" Shindig asks confused.

"One I need my armour on and two I need find Nightfall's door number I cant remember it right now, I have it written down somewhere?" You first go to the wardrobe and put your armour on and then search your bedroom.

"I thought your armour was at the castle?" Shindig ask sitting on a chair in the corner.

"I it is. I have another armour's this is an emergency armour in case if the other is broken. can poke your head out the and keep watch Just in case if Changeling makes an unwelcome visit.?" You ask as you rummage through your draws not even looking at Shindig.

"So why are we going after Nightfall first and not Twilight." Shindig as she does what you ask heading towards the door. You didn't hear your daughter as you found a photo of you, Pinkie and Baby shindig at the hospital (It was day Shindig was born). "Dad!" Shindig calls out making you wipe your eyes dry as put the photo in your mane just like Pinkie taught you.

"Sorry what did you say Shindig?" You apologise and continue to looking for the door number.

"I said why are saving Nightfall first, not Twilight?" Shindig repeated her self.

"Well for one thing Nightfall has a child and husband and Twilight is strong independent Alicorn who has very powerful magic, I think she'll be fine and I think I just found the door number. 331c, Yes this it, come on lets go." Once Shindig was next you teleported outside Nightfall's house.

Unfortunately as you teleported four Changeling troops notice you and Shindig appear causing you both to get into a battle stance. You see two Changeling's fly straight at you which you smile at as fly straight up make the changelings hit ground, With the Changeling's dazed you fly straight back down cracking their skull open seeing the blood pour out. You look over to see Shindig be over whelmed, anger fuels your fear as you snap the two changeling's neck's keeping your daughter safe. You gallop over to Shindig checking her over, only a couple of bruises but that's it.

"Anon!" You hear Somepony call your name you turn around to see Nightfall he's opened the door "Get in now!" You help Shindig up and gallop into the house.

Nightfall locks the door behind and puts a magic shield around the house before turning to talk to you and Shindig "What the hell were you doing out there?"

"We came to get you, Dad has a plan." Shindig answered while trying to catch her breath.

You Explained your plan after that, Nightfall wasn't happy that you didn't get Twilight first but he could understand you reasoning. Nightfall gathered his family so that you could teleport them to Sweet Apple Acers. Once you back at the Apple farm it was time for to leave again but not before you have an Argument with your daughter.

"No! Shindig I've already lost your Mother im not losing you, I was an idiot for thinking you were ready to face Changeling troopers. Now you will stay here and wait for my return, do I make my self clear?" You give your daughter serious look.

"Yes Dad." Shindig answers coldly.

"Good I wont be long." And with that you were gone leaving a disappointed Shindig behind.

Spike beats off every Changeling that come his way but Spike can feel his muscle's getting tighter by the minute, his breath was getting quicker by the minute. Spike was getting tired and his fighting was getting sloppy, but Spike still wasn't giving up no matter what he'll keep fighting till his last breath to defend Twilight. Once Spike had beaten one changeling another four would come down to attack him, each punch, Kick, scratch and Bite weakened him down. The Master Nightmare Smiled as watched his victory unfold right in font his face, he could almost taste the sweet victory.

Spike throw a punch and missed his target which was his biggest mistake as a Changeling hit him in the gut making him fall to ground in agonising pain. "Excellent now restrain the Princess and the King." The Master chuckles.

"NOOOOO! Come on Spike! Get up! Don't let him Win!" Twilight was silenced as two Changeling's hit her the stomach.

"I must say Spike You put a good Fight, but not good enough im afraid. Before I do what I do I must tell you this is not personal." The Master horn glow's and a knife and Vial appeared beside him.

Spike laid on the tired as coughed up Blood spiting it in his face. "Sorry to say but it kind of feel's personal."

The Master cleared the blood off his with a cloth before throwing it away. "Hmm I guess it would, now a word of warning this going to hurt like hell." The knife dug into his arm just above elbow ands started to cut into deeply.

All Twilight could were blood curdling Scream of her friend's pain as the knife got past his scales now hitting bone. The Master hacked and hacked away at Spikes bone until the knife went clean through, All that was left was a bit flesh that still connected his arm which The Master tore right off separating him from his arm.

Spike watched as The Master used magic lift the arm up squish a small drop of blood into the vail before tossing the arm aside. "That was the reason you cut my arm OFF!" The master looked back at the drake. "You didn't need to do that!" Spike coughed another load of blood as he felt like he was about to black out from all the blood loss.

"Oh I know but whereas the fun in just cutting your arm open eh?" Before Spike could answer The Master kept talking "Now you are gonna wanna stay awake for this." The master horn glowed once more and Four other Vial's appeared around him. "Remember these, all thanks to the lovely miss Rarity."

"You corrupted her with your dark magic! You arsehole" Spike growled.

"Maybe so but her purpose was put to good use, Now hush and watch." The Master Nightmare cleared his throat before begging the spell. "From the pits Tartarus bring back those who were lost in death, those of pure dark magic to under my control for my own use keeping me alive for the rest of eternity." A black and red Portal opened from the ceiling and King Sombra, Lord Tirek, Chrysalis and Discord fell out.

All four of the villain's turn to The Master "What is thy bidding My Master?" Spike's eyes go wide in fear until He blacks out of blood loss.
