~11:42 AM~
Harry was lying on his back on a towel under an umbrella at the beach shore off the front of the central island of PARaDiSE. He still had some time before it was really time to head in for lunch. If he recalled the morning bulletin, it was some kind of fish with angel hair pasta noodles smothered in a lemon mushroom sauce. He was looking forward to it, but he wanted to relax for a bit more before heading in.
Harry was an Earth pony male with a brown coat. His mane and tail were colored a reddish orange and were short but semi-curly at the tips. His eyes were a deep purple-blue color as well, and blended well with the navy blue swim trunks he had on as well. He had no shirt, as he had been in the water not too long ago, and a shirt would only take longer to dry.
Everyone else on the beach already, as he had assumed, gone inside for lunch, and it was just him on the beach. He sighed softly, taking his earbuds out to listen to the sea instead. The gentle crashing of the waves against the shore amid the symphony of water and wind especially soothed him. All of sudden he heard what sounded like a mare's voice calling out. He opened his eyes and sat up, looking around. He spotted a light pale pink shape far down the beach, where the sound appeared to be coming from. Frowning in confusion, he stood up and trot briskly towards it. The shape saw him, and waved at him to get his attention.
As he neared he saw the shape was a mare. She had silvery gray eyes and a light pale pink coat. Her mane and tail were colored a pale shade of lavender and mid length with little upturns on the sides. She appeared to be buried in the sand, so her close-fitting ivory gray one piece was indiscernible.
"Er, hi, sir." She said once he was within earshot, smiling, embarrassed, up at him. Harry's cheeks tinged red a bit, but he smiled back.
"Hello, miss." He responded, smiling back reassuringly. She was indeed buried mostly in the sand, with some of her head and forehooves remaining above ground. She glanced down at herself, and said,
"I think I lost track of time, because everyone seems to have left, and the sun's almost at its zenith. It's lunch, right?" Harry nodded, and began to dig her out.
"How did you get buried in the first place?" He asked her as he worked to excavate her.
"Well I used my wings. I thought I would be able to dig myself out too, but I guess not..." She said with a small laugh. Harry laughed with her as well.
"Heh, well, I think you've definitely perfected the technique." He complimented, stepping back. He had moved enough sand at this point that she was able to escape by wriggling and spinning her wings. Harry blushed brighter upon seeing her standing there, her full body now visible, making his heart jump a little at well. She had a very nice figure in his opinion. Subtle curves, sturdy legs, while still keeping the lithe female charm. Her crotchbreasts looked fairly modest in size, and kept their shape surprisingly well despite the tight meatier all of her one piece swim suit.
She looked at her wings, which were covered in sand and itching horribly. She tried to shake some of the sand out, but most was lodged irritatingly between the feathers.
"Eek! I knew this was going to happen..." She sighed, annoyed at her own lack of foresight as she tried to preteen her wings by herself, which didn't look very comfortable.
"Allow me, miss." He said, stepping forward. She looked at him, and blushed a bit. She looked like she was about to say something, but she just nodded, turned around, then sat down to allow him access to her wings. He walked up and stood behind her, carefully sliding his hooves though the feathers to gently dislodge any particulates. She smiled, and purred softly. Seeming to enjoy the touch.
"You're pretty good at this...~" She said, smiling over her shoulder at him. He smiled back, and responded,
"Well thank you. I've had a lot of practice. My sisters need preening practically every other hour." He said with a chuckle. She giggled as well, which was a rather pleasant sound.
"My name's Angie, by the way." She said after a short silence. Harry had nearly finished, but he paused to return the favor.
"Mine's Harry. It's a pleasure to meet you, Angie." He said to her, making her smile more and blush. This in turn made Harry blush more, and return to preening. Her forehooves fidgeted together in front of her, she too was feeling butterflies.
